The staff and Doctor are awesome! Dr is very honest and kind .I've been taking my dog for years and everytime o go there everyone talks to me like family

Dr Lu has been our family's vet for the past 10+ years, he and the rest of the staff are great He is straightforward, explains things well and always answers any questions I might have. The prices are always fair and my dogs have always been well looked after :)

The exterior if the clinic was a little rough. But the inside and care was top notch. Great doctor, staff and very reasonable pricing. This is a jem in disguise for pet owners.

I have been at this vet office on/off for more than 10 years. They are amazing and very understanding of low income families. They show real care of my cats and dogs

Dr. Lu is awesome with my pets. The girls Maria, Maria, and Ana ROCK! Been coming here for 15+ years. I bring my cats and dogs.

Dr. Luu is an excellent vet and his assistants are great too. However that place could sure use some TLC

I originally belong to another clinic, but they had no openings and told me to go to Medvet. So when I called them it was going to cost me 170.00 I don't even have that right now at this moment. So I decided to call East Hills Clinic and ask them if they had an open slot for dog Simba, he had a Foxtail in his ear. They said to come at 3 as a walk In. I agreed, they checked him and couldn't do the procedure because my dog was moving to much and it was to short of a time to give sedation. So they said to bring him in first thing in the morning tomorrow. I was really pleased that they were willing to give it a try. They had great customer service and doctor was really nice. I just might change clinics :)

Dr. Lu and the ladies at the office are the best. ❤️. Been going here for over 15 years. Sad we couldn’t move them with us when we left California.

Called for emergency in regards of my dog’s unusual bump in his chest. The receptionist by the name of Maria had us on hold for almost 30 mins. No empathy or what so ever. I get it’s a pandemic but the way she responded, the most ridiculous person ever. Money is not an issue and You guys are not the only Vet in this world. I rather pay a hefty amount to a clinic that actually care or at least have a receptionist that knows how to handle frustrated situations. Pet lovers should understand the urgency and needs when it comes to our baby but their response is ridiculous. I wish I could give them zero star!

The people answering the calls are rude! They don't care what's going on they just want to hurry you off the phone.

Good service for my dog, was affordable and friendly. All the staff were nice and polite. Recommended services for my dog during his checkup. Only complaint would be the location, when I was parking there was a homeless man throwing a bike over the fence right next to the vet? But beyond that I’m a fan, will be back for future needs.

I wish I had the level of professional healthcare as my doggie does in East Hills Veterinary Clinic. They always have my dog's best interest in mind. Unlike in many fancy-looking clinics they do not want to up-sale you what your pet doesn't need.

I called to get information on the puppy care package a few minutes ago . They picked up the phone and just left me hanging ! I didn't even get a greeting . This is so unprofessional! . You just lost a potential costumer ! People need to learn to answer phones correctly not just leave people hanging with no answer.

I'm very grateful for Dr. Lu and his staff! They are knowledgable, prices are reasonable and services are based on need, not greed. I have 4 cats and all of them will be seeing you moving fwd. Thank you! Jamie

I debated and researched a few vets before choosing this one due to the price costing less. I ended up spending more money in the long run having to goto another vet. Could never get anyone to answer the phones here or text me back. the vet said I was saving money instead I was actually skipping out on shots that my puppy needed. Oh well lesson learned ????

The appointment was good Roxy has clear Lungs and no covid a little chubby but healthy ........

First time here and I'm sure it won't be the last, all the staff make a very good team. Five well-deserved stars.
