Took my dog there to see Dr. because of his red gum. No tests done, they just gave him prednisone because they think it could be “allergy”. My dog started diarrhea after 2 days of the medicine, they suggested us to see ER right away [probably the only thing they’ve done right] ER tested him and said there’s no allergy, woohoo, surprise! ER asked us to stop the prednisone, woohoo, another surprise! Now my dog is having very serious diarrhea, and also ulceration in his mouth all because of the prednisone they gave him. This is the worst vet experience I’ve ever had. Staff is super impatient. Vet is not gentle to my dog.

Seems like they just want to charge you at any chance they would get. Not interested in the health of the Dog but more about making money. The doctors keep on changing and there is no consistency. The staff is also plain rude at times. Need to find a different doc.

Been taking both of my cats to this clinic for two years plus for annual check and random issues (they're both 11 yrs old and both had some chronic issues). The clinic always suggests and sells services such as X-Rays while the major issue with one of my cats is digestion and throwing up. I'm okay with some extra check, but afterward they said he's fine which is totally not the case. Had to take my cat to another clinic to get taken after. Someone from the front desk asked us to wait outside for hours while cats are checked during Covid, WITHOUT telling us this ahead of time. She talks in a super rude way.

No sure what's the deal with this place,my dog had 3 blisters on 3 different paws, ... The vet wanted to "probe" the hole on the blister looking for a foreign object like a foxtail .???? WTH he said is only a few hundred....how much is a few?.. (about 500)...but I told the vet I just changed the food and it might be related, he send us home with orders to soak the paws on Epson salt... Very disturbing.

Please do not trust this vet. They overcharged us and gave us 0 answers about our pet's conditions. They refused to give me his blood work for a WHOLE MONTH and we have found that our pet was mistreated during his visit. And they also prescribed him medication to sedate him during his exam because he was too hard to handle . No other vet has ever had to do this to our pet. Every other vet has described our cat as a very calm pet. Please please do not trust this vet and read all the negative reviews, they are all extremely similar to my own experiences. The staff is also very rude and unhelpful. Now they are unresponsive when our new vet is requesting records.

My dog had a foxtail in his paw. Took our pup here because he was in distress, Dr. Stone said nothing was in there. Just soak with epson salt and he should be ok. We left canyon creek with nothing but $110 lighter and our dog was STILL IN DISTRESS....Thanks Dr. Stone!???? The next day we took him to his vet. Immediately doc said the min would antibiotics and pain meds. They found the Foxtail was removed, antibiotics and pain meds given. Go elsewhere if u have an emergency, PLEASE!

so i really used to like this place i used to take my animals there but my most recent visit wasnt good. I took my 10 week old doxie in and showed up 30 minutes early to my 3 oclock appointment when i arrived its an appointment where you cant go in due to covid which is understandable they came out and j told them what was going on which she had nasel discharge and i also discussed getting the puppy package with them because my baby was gonna need to get all her shots and also spayed soon. the girl took princess in at 230 pm and then came back out with the puppy package info sheet which i signed. when i asked the girl the how this works cause im here for an ilness exam she said the exam would be 10% off because im adding the puppy package. At 3:20 pm yhe doctor called me and said that she look great except he does notice the nasal discharge at this point we discussed treatment options and the puppy package. He discussed we could just put her on antibiotics and if she doesnt get better then do a nasal swab and bloodwork but i said i would prefer to do it now. so he said simple bloodwork a simple nasal spray and the illness exam plus the the puppy package and since im getting the package he would send home the fecal test so with all that he said the total was gonna be $507 but would be a little increase with the cost of the antibiotics. He said they were gonna do nasal swab and bloodwork now. At 3:45 pm i recieved a text saying to click link to pay for services and invoice was sent to email i checked email nothing was there i clicked on link and payed for services i then waited forbthem to bring her out which wasn't till 4 pm and then i told the girl i didn't receive invoice they said they would resend it . i received later that evening i didnt look at it till the following day and immediately was confused it was showing something forbthe same cost as the puppy package vut sid something different i immediately emailed them to find out what exactly i paid for and they said puppy package isnt included but thats not what the doctor and i discussed so a few emails went back and forth and a phone call now 11 days later i get a call from the doctor basically telling me we never discussed anything like that and i was basically a liar. totally and unbelievable and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this clinic again and i will also be contacting BBB. unprofessional and horrible communication.

I highly recommend Canyon Creek Pet Hospital and Dr. Paz Gafter. I had emergency case with my dog who was not able to walk. My vet (who is no longer my vet) was not available to see the dog. I reached Canyon Creek Pet Hospital on the weekend and although my dog was never treated by them, they agree to see it.

People were very nice. However, I was told a 15 minute wait and I was there for an hour. Additionally, I was charged for a wellness exam when I specifically said my pup didn't need one. Again, people were nice and friendly. Just poor communication.

Doctor was professional and I felt he cared for the well being of my animal. Staff friendly and attentive to my time constraints. Practiced Covid regulations (mask, distancing etc.) to my satisfaction. Good value for service rendered. I recommend.

They were so awesome and definitely an answered prayer! They were night and day from my experience with an emergency pet hospital the day before. I had been calling several vet offices and all were booked or busy. They - let me take my cat there in between their existing appointments - let my cat with severe anxiety stay in the car with me until they could see her - let me know when she was next so I could prepare my cat for going in -offered my cat a blanket for her cat carrier - were kind, courteous, informational, and have servant hearts for your animal! I really appreciate all the love and support they gave me and my pet, especially Janie, Dr. Stone, and the male tech who I unfortunately don't have a name for. Absolutely recommend, and if they are reading this, thank you again so much!

Very friendly and helpful people. Love the clinic and would recommend. What would be great is that the prices get lower.

Took my Rottweiler in as she was vomiting blood, hadn’t eaten for two days, and having diarrhea. It took nearly $1,500 just to figure out the diagnosis. They sent her home in deteriorating condition and by the end of the night she couldn’t control her drool or even stand up, it’s like she was dying. Took her to another vet in the area and they were shocked at how unconcerned Canyon Creek was about the condition of my pet. My dog needed to be hospitalized right away with fluids and electrolytes. Not to mention, we did not receive after care protocol OR an itemized receipt of all of the treatments they gave her until I called back and requested it. I’m not sure who I spoke on the phone with the first time, but she was extremely insensitive of our situation and told me word for word “I’ll send it over when I have time.” Granted, she never sent over our bill with the details, so I called again and thankfully Melissa was happy to help me with no issue. A huge headache with still a sick pet and $1,500 gone.

Terrible diagnosis. Terrible advice. Terrible customer service. Ending up paying 1500 to get an indefinite answer on what’s going on with the dog. If we took their advice to “wait it out” and had not taken the dog to another vet, she would’ve probably died. These people should not be in business and they only care about obtaining your money.

I have been a client of this clinic for many, many years. The staff are professional yet they get to know my pets very well and take a personal interest in their well- being. They have all gone to extraordinary lengths to help my pets and I recommend them highly

Dr. Davison has been amazing in the treatment of my foster kitten. His case is very complicated and he is now recovering well. She has gone above and beyond to help my little kitten. The other doctors there have been amazing in helping with his case too.

Last week I took my dog with a swollen paw to Canyon Creek Pet Hospital. The vet diagnosed a possible presence of a “foxtail” or other foreign object and said that my dog would need an exploratory surgery. He indicated that my dog might die if we forego the surgery and the foxtail gets in the blood stream. No brainer! After 4 hours, I picked my up my dog and paid the $650 bill per the estimate. However, the vet indicated that he did not find a foreign object. Three days after, I went there to get the bandage removed. His paw was still swollen and red. He examined the paw and still did not find a foreign object. I was told that another surgery might be needed if my dog’s paw was still swollen after 2-3 days. The next morning, my dog’s paw was still swollen and covered with dried blood. I called the clinic for advice and was told that the doctor who operated was off and that if I wanted advice from another doctor then I would have to bring in our dog and get him examined by the new doctor for an additional fee. Clearly, this facility is more interested in profit then providing care for pets. By this time, I was extremely frustrated and worried about my dog, so I took him to another clinic and in less than thirty minutes, they took out the foxtail and put two staples to close the gaps created by Canyon Creek veterinarian. Now our dog is healing well. With that said, I will not be returning to Canyon Creek Pet Hospital and certainly would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I don’t recommend this clinic. I would prefer to put zero stars. Dr. Mckee talked with me disrespectfully because of my nationality. She insulted me. She is unprofessional. Also, they gave us expired treats for our 4 month old puppy. I was so disappointed and frustrated...

My pets are receiving outstanding care from the Vets and staff at CC Pet Hospital. My dog had congestive heart failure and was given the perfect blend of care and medication for a happy life. I highly recommend the staff, and especially Dr. Davison.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely appalled by how Dr. Chahal spoke to us. My cat went missing, found her, took her to him. He permformed a procedure at an outrageous price. Was given 2 medicines for her to last 2 weeks. They did not give us an extra dose for one of them, claiming that they had. While on vacation, we had to settle this over the phone as our pet sitter was trying to get this taken care of. Dr. Chahal got on the phone, stating "we are not going to play the blame game here, I will give you the medicine at no price as a favor to you". EXCUSE ME?! No one was blaming anyone, we just needed the medicine they never gave us. Absolutely sick to my stomach. WORST VETERINARIAN EVER. Does not care about patients or the pet owners. PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF OUR FUR BABIES, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!

One of the best pet clinic in the neighbor hood. Front desk staff are very friendly. As a first time pet owners, Dr Baljit Chahal explained the process on what to feed and what not to feed and one good advice is treat "pet as pet" and suggested very good websites on how to raise a healthy puppy. I would recommend this place all.

I wish this place was also a human hospital. The staff is super friendly and Doctor Holiday is the best. You will always feel like your pets are in the best of care. The only reason I give it four stars is the $$$ it costs to give your pets this quality care.

Came home to my 11 week old boxer puppy not putting weight on her left hind leg. Looked up this clinic today because we had passed by it going to the grocery store before and had discussed checking out this place since we weren't really …
