Very great customer service just pricey but my pet comes first always

I guess Not professional would be fitting for a multiple choice question. Whoever it was that shaved my cats face, cut off most of his whiskers on one side of his face. Why would they not tell me what happened when they brought him back out to our car. I didn't notice it until I took off the cone they put on him. Not cool at all.

One of the best places to take your little family members. I have definitely recommended this place to my family and friends.

Great place but very expensive

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed. First we set an appointment for 2:30 and when I got there they said my appointment was for 3:30 when we had just set it up that same day. They were able to fix that mistake and take him in and said it would take 15 minutes. After not even being there for 5 minutes they said he was ready to go. After I get home I notice 2 of his nails weren’t trimmed . I called back since I paid to get his nails trimmed. The first time I called back I was placed on hold and the call “dropped”. So I called back and I asked once again why weren’t all his nails trimmed and they said “you’re dog was very hard to handle so we may have missed them.” I was very upset at the fact that they didn’t do there job all the way but most of all that I’ve been coming here for years and I was disappointed to see how good customer service isn’t shown here.

The only thing saving this place from 2 stars is that the people are really nice and they managed to correctly diagnose one of the cats, one time. This is not about the staff at all. But they misdiagnosed two cats across two years. The entire time, the cats’ conditions got worse. One diagnosis was actually helpful, and I assume the vaccines were good too. After moving to a new vet, our cats were getting better in a matter of a couple weeks.

I was referred by a friend who always had great things to say about Camden Pet Hospital. I have to say that despite the current covid restrictions, they have provided very good care of our senior dogs. They have been wonderful adapting to phone based meetings and clear communications about what has been happening with the health of our dogs. It will be nice to actually sit and meet the care teams once the covid restrictions have been lifted.

Nice clean facility. Dr. Hodge Jr. & Senior are both great. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors!

Been there many hundred times. Still the same place. Dr. Hoge was friendly and good with my dog (who only needed a booster shot). So in and out in 15 min. The ladies in front were good too. Plenty of parking today, not too busy.

This review is long overdue. This is the best vet! Dr.Walter Hodge and staff are all friendly, efficient and overall wonderful. My pets have gotten the best care here. Highly recommend.

Hard giving a 5 when losing a pet. Dr. Hoge is an amazing vet and made a hard choice more comforting to make. He's compassionate, loves what he does, and loves your animal like his own. Bye Pepper we love you!

Excellent and professional service, but be wary of high prices...

Dr and staff wonderful with Shelby my Dad's cat, that I inherited. The Dr took such good care of her even when it was her time for the rainbow bridge at the age of 19 years old. She was so well taken care of. Thank you so much for the great care for her.

Dr. Hodge was fantastic and so compassionate when my dog had to have emergency surgery to remove items from her stomach (hooray for Labradors who eat everything!) during the follow up calls he and his staff were so professional and friendly. I knew my sweet girl was in good hands!

My dog could barely breath and I took her in and the doctor was very unprofessional, demanding that I took my dog out right away very rudely. Terrible way to handle business..

Dr Hoge and Dr Waller are great, took time to keep and check in on our Kitty with a serious bout of pancreatitis over the weekend. They are very gentle with our very shy and anxious cats

Dr. Walter Hoge very thorough in preparing my dog for a dental recently! Dr. Zeh very thorough and followed up with a phone call. Dr W. Hoge did a great knee repair on my dog.

Love this place. Definitely recommend.
