Good service and prompt call backs. It would be nice if doctor is not over committed and booked in all fairness. I was hoping few minutes to discuss check up as part of vaccines. Also did not take time to socialize with pet this pet was stressed and not comfortable where I had to pitch in. Also has to wait for a while inspite of appointment.

We always board our cat here when we travel. Highly recommend.

I helped my neighbors out by taking their pregnant dog there because she wasn't feeling so well. I waited outside until they had a room ready (this was their Covid protocol.) When they were ready they called me and we went in. I found the staff to be very warm and endearing. They took my doggie friend to the back, did an exam, and an xray. I waited in the dog waiting room. She returned with my doggie friend and the verdict. She was expecting 5 pups and her symptoms were consistent with pregnancy. The fee was pretty much what I thought it would be. We were on our way within 45 minutes. I recommend this place for your animals needs.

It's the second time I have a bad experience at this place. This place came highly recommended from a friend and I was looking forward to going, specially as a first time dog owner. The Vet (female) was very rude and scolded me about not giving my puppy all the necessary shots. She even blamed me for "declining" a Corono shot I wasn't even offered in the first place when I first went (I have the paper to prove I didnt decline it). I told her I couldn't afford all my dogs shots just yet, but I was eventually going back to get the rest. She made me feel bad about not being able to afford them all at once . It is not the experience or education I wanted as a first time dog owner. All the assistants and desk clerks are very kind and understanding tho. I felt as if i was getting in trouble by a 1950's school teacher or even my mom for that matter. That wasn't professional or educating.

Spoke with the person who answers the phone and they gave me information that was false about 8 week puppy shots. They like to charge you for things you don’t ask for and treat you as if they do not value your business

Very bad customer service, over book themselves and don’t get back to you with test results until you call and complain. Then you get a rude “Vet” arguing with you instead of finding a solution to make a pet parent satisfied with their service . And then call your dog old after they take your money when they are old themselves . Will never return or suggest this poorly run Vet office . Only suggest if you are desperate and no other Vet is available. Good luck

Couldn't be more grateful to these amazing veterinary professionals. The compassionate, helpful, considerate staff went above and beyond to help my dog and I through an unfortunate situation. The trustworthy and knowledgeable DVM performed delicate surgery on my pup and only hours later he's eating and on the mend. Thank you all a million times over ????

We had an unpleasant experience. This was our second visit to renew the vaccinations and nail trimming. The doctor was very rude at the end saying that the dog would need to be sedated next time for the nail trimming claiming he is aggressive (he is a shy Shiba!). During the entire visit he seemed confused about what vaccinations to give (didn’t bother looking at the record). At the end, they didn’t even clarify what they did in the physical exam and when we would get the reports. Upon asking they asked to call in a couple of days to inquire. Overall, the place didn’t seem very organized.

They always take care of my cat at a reasonable price

The young man who works there is so nice. He always calls my pets "Little Buddy". The pricing is reasonable and I always appreciate a Vet who doesn't push unnecessary services on you.

Took my dog Mikey in to get spayed. Service was above and beyond. She came home a little loopy but she's doing great. Thank you all!

Hi I went to this vet yesterday because my dog had a cough my appointment was at 10:30 I didn’t get seen till 1145 the vet herself was pretty nice she was quick she came in said he just had a cough but then they were trying to charge me for all this unnecessary stuff and I initially went in there hoping to get heartworm medicine and when the nurse came back she was being really rude I told her I didn’t need the $60 cough medicine because I just use warm honey and she like looked down at me and then told me I couldn’t afford heartworm medicine because it was expensive but that was originally what I wanted there I feel like they were just trying to take my money and they really didn’t care about my dog at all I won’t be going back there

They took my family when no other vet will

I had an appointment their at 1045 didn’t get in until 1120, when they put me in the room they left the door open I seen the office manager working with other clients and their pets, he come into the room without changing his gloves and was going to take my yorkie puppy in the back I nicely asked him if he can change his gloves, being that my puppies are not fully vaccinated, he started giving me a bad additude he turned around and said well can you put up your mask in which my puppy were pawing at my mask pulling it down a little it was not even off my nose I told him sure and just to let you know I am fully vaccinated. At this point with all the unprofessional people at that office I felt that I should take my puppies to another vet don’t this office know about cross contamination?? When working with puppies that are not fully vaccinated wouldn’t you change your gloves after working with another client? I would not recommend this vet to anyone please please look out for the safety of your pets make sure they are not reusing gloves from patient to patient.

The staff here are very nice, friendly & knowledgeable. I always take my pups there.
