Really nice and friendly people. I take my little one vaccine.

After adopting a cat and taking her for a free check up and almost four hundred dollars out of my pocket for tests and medicine. I had to take back for recheck as she needed more care for her eyes and now she is sneezing. Paid for recheck office visit and 2 new meds for neerly $90 in cash. When I started her meds one was liquid 2x a day for 7 days. The medicine was so thick and gave her 2 doses and there might be enough for one more day but the directions say 2x a day for seven days when I went to the office on Friday, the doctor was not in and said give the rest and come back for a refill. There are no refills and I’m not paying double for the medicine when it was not properly and I’m afraid it may harm my cat if too strong for her. Now I have to wait till Monday as no one there is qualified to fill a Rx per staff on site. Maybe the person who filled the Rx should not be qualified. Just not happy with the care she is receiving. Very unhappy

Dr. Mercer and his incredible staff goes above and beyond to care for the animals. I feel very comfortable in leaving my furbabies in their care. Thank you to them all!!!

Very pleased with service & employees! My new baby didn't have a name yet, so I mentioned 3 names & asked an employee what she thought. They all took a vote &name 'Molly won. They are professional, yet compassionate & care. My Dodger goes there too.

I love this vet. I needed an appt for the same day for my cats rabies shot due to us going to Arizona. They squeezed me in a 10 minute slot. They have the cutest kittens for adoption. By the way, cat shots are so affordable and no office fee. After 2 shots it only cost me 40.00. Rabies is 17.00, hcp vaccine is 23.00.

Great work but i dont like being rushed

Very nice personal Workers . They check coco in right away . Coco was send home after she got her shots With a 1/2 hour.very clean .

They have really good people there they took care of my dog

Very nice people very gentle with your pet's. The one criticism I would have is that it's kind of hard right now to see an actual veterinarian. Overall I do reccomend this place

I brought my dog here and she was treated very kindly. I would recommend them to anyone who has a small animal that needs a vet.

They have been the only ones to take care of bb my 6-7 lb yorki poo. But our vet retired and went back east to be with family I miss her terrible I don't. Have the faith in the new vets and I feel like I'm being gouged by the new priceslike over a grand to do dental on here

Friendly staff and great prices!

The staff are great and friendly. They took good care of our fur baby while he was there and learned how to socialize with other pets. We left feeling good about the great care our pet received while boarding. Masks required. Social distancing is in effect.

nice staff but we all that are or going to be in a immediate pet emergency animal clinics are not going to place us to see vet doctor in front of the line by pass all who have an appointment it's like a broken record they say you need to set an appointment and the earliest you can come in is two weeks sorry hang up . important hate to know USA now is granting EVERYBODY EVERY STATE MILLIONS IN help funds all but not one penny had they mentioned that animal shelters ASPCA was getting help funds of all trillions of money goes out but who cares about shelters always desperate need to keep who actually deserve it most of all lowering costs to those who can't afford to take spend expensive prices just for a vet exam who cares rite our pets never qualify for stimulus package funds because there animals USA who cares rite????,,,. I wouldn't be leaving this my important personal review if I didn't care I DO God loving speed growth of donations and awareness to every animal shelter all States city's God loving speed sad veterinary clinic hospitals are beyond expensive for a living pet family member to all of us ????????

My little 16 lb dachshund has been treated and boarded at Small Animal Clinic. She has always received excellent care. I will say Covid threw a wrench for most who needed care for their beloved pets, all vets in this area were locked down and getting them care the last 16 months or so has been problematic. Finally the doors are open, no more long waits in your vehicle. Vet costs have definitely increased, hurting those of us on fixed incomes. However her last visit went well, can finally wait inside and like always she received excellent care for her procedure.

I take my guinea pigs here to get their nails done.

Made an appointment two weeks ago for today. Arrived on time for appointment and contacted vet inside via telephone and was told someone would be out to check on our dog. Others arriving for appointments were knocking on door and being seen. We asked someone who was helping to bring in people's dogs if we could get any information about when we would be seen after waiting 30 minutes. They replied I don't even work here, yet they are helping bring in dogs. Maybe a volunteer who knows, but as soon as we saw someone who looked more like they worked there we asked when we would be seen after an hour. To which they replied hands up "oh well". No info, no I'll check how much longer, No I'll see if someone can come out. Just "oh well". We were on time and courteous. You were rude and unprofessional.
