Busy place if you want to get in show up before lunch time. Prices reasonable but they don't spend much time with you. Receptionist flipped out that I don't wear a diaper on my face, sorry covid is not real according to cdc web site. God given freedom is very important.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and informative, I will definitely be bringing my other pets here.

The wait was long, and those waiting for vaccines only were pulled in front of pet owners waiting to see vet for illness or injury. Once called however, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Prices good. Will return if necessary. My vet and 4 hospitals had turned us away as full.

Valley Veterinary Hospital has a Super Staff and Great service. I've been taking my pets there for years.

I just took my 4 month old Lakeland Terrier here who was sick & they were amazing! It took me a whole day to find a Vet who could even see my dog, all the others I called even the Veterinarian I used The Temple City Aniamal Hospital for years for two other pets tried to push me to one of these emergency clinics where I’d be waiting 3 to 6 hours in my car before they would ever see her & the cost would have been multiplied by x4!!! Valley Veterinary Hospital was professional in every step to come to getting to the cause of her illness! Not just looking to make a buck! Honey Bee & I have found our New Home “ Valley Veterinary Hospital“!

Well there protocol is not friendly but they do render service and at a lower cost you have to sign in on a book that hangs of the door ???? and the usual wait time is about 45min too an hour so if your animal needs immediate help I wouldn't go too this place ...

I don't recommend this place if you have cats. The vet got great reviews from multiple dog owners I spoke with while in line. Let me be clear, they did not do anything to harm either of my cats, and the spaying was successful with no complications. Ultimately, I feel that everyone we dealt with (the receptionist/vet tech and the vet himself) have very poor communication skills. It was a very stressful and somewhat rude experience. I genuinely think this vet is afraid of cats and simply doesn't understand cat behavior. Our cat, who is a very kind cat, was getting stressed by the examination and was not cooperating for an x-ray. Instead of simply saying "she wasn't cooperating" or "she would not hold still" he brings her back and says "We couldn't get the x-ray, because she is not nice. She went ballistic. She is not a nice cat." That's just rude. Furthermore, after we had our kitten spayed they gave us no information to take home and very few instructions on how to care for her afterwards. I had to call back multiple times to get the complete information. And oh, they don't answer their phones all day and only return calls at the end of the day. The poor communication and the lack of attention to detail are what really turn me off about this place. However they seem to be very reasonably priced.

Great place!! I couldn't find anyone who would see us- NOT even emergency vets. Works on first come-first serve, they call you inside when it's your turn. They are minimizing people in the waiting room, THANK YOU!! Not a newly remodeled place but they have the next best thing- GREAT PRICES and SERVICE!! Veterinarian listened and helped us tremendously.

Had a difficult time getting a puppy for my family because we have children under eight. Finally got a puppy and Valley veterinarian hospital with fantastic getting her up with the shots and stain covid safe. Long-time customer absolutely grateful

I started going to this vet hospital about a year and a half ago, and I'm totally satisfied... I even drove 40 minutes since I moved away from the area.

Everything is good expect they never answer phone call, we need to go in person for surgery appointment.

Did not take appointment. First come first served. Signed in at the clip board by the door. Got there at 9:30am on a weekday. Waited outside about 15 minutes then was called inside to pay. Waited in the lobby for another 10 minutes. My dog received the vaccines. Total time for visit about 40 minutes. Friendly staff.

Ive used Valley Veterinarian for over 20 years. They have a low cost vaccine clinic on Saturdays and the prices are the best in town. My pets have always gotten excellent care here.

Always great coming here. Brought my baby boy Sammie in to get his routine shots and we were in and out in less than 15 mins. Of course had to come early to sign in and wait in the car for a lil bit. But wasn't bad at all. I always suggest this vet. Also, ask for sheryl. She is amazing!
