I came here cause they had the best reviews and even though the price is higher than nearby groomers I thought it would be worth it. First thing I'm told when I pick up my dog is that they messed up his ear because he moved. What kind of an excuse is that? I've had my dog for 10 years and that's the first time I've heard that one. Even budget groomers don't make that mistake. Second problem was that after cutting my dogs hair is they did not blowdry the loose hair off. He was shedding loose hair remains everywhere. Poochons don't shed so that's all on them. Third problem is they don't even try to make up for their mistake with any kind of discount for next time or even this time. In fact they looked pretty upset that I didn't tip. I usually do but (Why would I tip when it's a bad job) First and last time coming to this place, for the price and the service I got it's definitely not worth it.

Best groomer in LA. Very professional and communicative. Call them to make a reservation. Would recommend to anyone

Terrible Attitude from the owner. She saw an ant on my toy sized puppy, and insisted that it was fleas and tried to sell treatment. She kept arguing and insisting it was fleas even she could not find any additional “fleas” on my dog. Our dog is strictly indoor. If our dog had fleas, we would be the first to know. Terrible service and experience.

I want to say: Great experience! I went to other place before, they don't even know how to cut a cute Poodle look. But this place did a really gooood job! Love Kiyomi Pet, my dog looks very happy and smells amazing (some places use very cheap fragrance) when I pick him up.

I took my friend's dog to their shop to bathe and grooming. It is worth mentioning that their service attitude is very professional and friendly. In the end, the shape of the puppy is cute, highly recommended

Also they are worker is very friendly and nicely the boy he has treated my dogs very good! My dogs very like going to the kiyomi pet store! Very time my dogs see the workers it is very happy ! COVID safety as they block off the front and only allow appointments to venture inside. Professional business, good value for the area, and spoke English too! Their response rate was really fast and they have an area to take pictures with your pets after they finish the grooming service. We got a hair cut, bath, nail trim, etc. service. They also offer a Japanese hair cut and other services as an extra charge. We did verify prices, any closed days (2 weeks before), and called to make an appointment on Thursday around 11:00am. I could view they might be busy on the weekends.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! Got the Japanese style hair cut for my dog and when I went to pick her up. They notified me that they accidentally cut her during grooming and assured me it was nothing to worry about it. The cut was HUGE, shouldn't even be considered a cut it was more along the lines of a gash or wound. Had to take her to the vet immediately. Again, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE.

We've been in search of a new dog grooming place, the staff is very friendly, they've done a great job on the grooming for my dog, even offered spa service for dog along with the grooming!

The service not very well and the manager are impatient for us. We don’t wanna comeback.

I brought my dog here the first time. People there are super friendly to my dog. During the cleanning, they send me small videos about the process. My dog can out clean and fluffy. I will recomend this place to others.
