I hate leaving my dog but we had a good experience, they make me feel pretty comfortable knowing she was safe and looked after.

Good concept, but our dog did not get all services we reserved, staff took some of her items thinking they were 'hotel property', and other glitches. Wont be back

Excellent people who truly care about your dog.

The camera that I paid for in the junior suite worked 25% of his stay, they didn’t feed him breakfast and getting a hold of anyone at this location is so challenging. Would not return or recommend this to anyone!

This place is the best option for our Milton when we go away. I really appreciate the staff and their total operation. Thank you Wag!

If you are fine with the location, Good for the price and they are pet friendly which is a big advantage

Honestly I'm not sure why we continue to go to this location. Rarely do they follow through with extras like bathing (they are 1 out of 4) always the same excuse "I'm not sure what happened" or "oh, I'm sorry she didn't get fed yet today". Maybe they are good for Overnight Stay - but for Day Stay this location is a mess. Wag - if you read this - you really need to get your systems in place and deliver a better customer experience.

I called the Wag hotline, as there is no store number listed. It stated that you can go in the facility and tour any day between 10am and 6pm. So my husband and I both went in on a Saturday, and were told that they don’t do tours on Saturday and to come back any day Monday through Friday to tour the facility and that we cannot bring our puppy with us on the tour. So I waited for my husband to get off work so he can watch my puppy while I went on the tour, drove across the city again and arrived at 4:30 just to be turned away again. I told them I was told to come in the weekend, he said sorry. They only do appointments. The lady on Saturday did not tell me that. They need to get some sort of communication going on their protocol. I think either one of them could have, they just didn’t want to.

This was my first ever experience boarding a dog so I had no idea what to expect and relied on staff to guide me 100%. As someone who has a young puppy who is just old enough to be able to board her and also has never boarded an animal before, I'd say the check-in process was easy. A little too easy. The online booking system did not send me a confirmation so I had I had call to ask if they had space. I had zero expectations going in but also had zero expectations set by check in staff. They seemed nice and eager to take her. So eager that I didn't get any paperwork and had to ask for at least an email confirmation that they had accepted my animal. After a few minutes of their help, I had one. It just felt weird to not have 'something' before I walked away. I even offered my credit card ????. Picking her up, She was handed off to me...pretty gross. She for sure needed a bath after. I know she loves to play with other dogs so it was probably slobber. Dogs do that and I think it would have been less ofnan issue for me then,, except I mentioned to them at check in that I was only in town for the night and was driving from Los angeles to Seattle. The desk staff might have had the foresight to say, "hmm, she is going to play a lot and might get a little grimey. We have a boarding package that includes some bathing and brushing, etc that might be a good idea.." that would have been great because I had 2 days of driving ahead of me with her in my car. I left her food, a toy and a chewable treat for her with them, which I got back but had to come back and ask for and nearly forgot it there. I left, but called after I noticed that she seemed very eager for food. Something she seldom is at 12pm. They told me at check in she would get breakfast and lunch at 11am. I picked her up well after 12pm. When I called them back (maybe 20 minutes later) to ask how many meals she had, I was told her kennel card was missing and the staff that took care of her in the morning had changed out. Well, I'm glad I asked. She didn't poop until around 12am, 12 hours after I picked her up. I'm guessing she wasn't fed at all or she would have pooped more. I imagine I should have asked before I left and the kennel card was probably tossed as soon as she exited the place with me but if that's true it seems like a process that they might revise. There was zero upsell, even when there was opportunity. I didn't know if my dog was fed. She was returned to me grimey. But after this, I do know she had fun and didn't seem like she had any issues with her stay that I could tell except being hungry. I learned that I need to ask more questions before I leave with her since there seems there are holes in the process and that I need to ask for grooming if she's gonna be playing, but I'll give wag another try when I need it!

Very friendly staff, great facilities, good service ... but the circular drivethru/way gets backed up with slow customers (pro tip: don't pull your car in if there already a line and you're in a rush).

If you don't mind your dog rolling around in urine that hasn't been cleaned up properly, send your them here! I expected much much more with the hygiene and cleanliness. Watch the webcams for yourself and see.

OMG I took my baby girl there to get a complete spa day and I couldn't be any happier. She looks great and smells wonderful too. Thanks Wags I'd definitely recommend you to anyone seeking some place to take their fur babies. It doesn't give me the option to share pics otherwise I would. The only downfall is with the epidemic going on you have to drop off and pick up your baby at the door instead of going inside but that's not a big problem though.

My cat always stays here. This place is more known for handling dogs but it's my cats go-to place when I am out of town ????

Easy drop off & pick up for my girlfriends dog. Neighborhoods a lil sketchy, but its fine once inside.

I really don't know what's going on at the San Francisco location. My dog came home three times with diarrhea. I hadn't used them in a long time because of that, but was desperate this past weekend. Thought I'd give them another chance. Huge blowout this morning! All over his bed and then in the entryway before I could get him outside. Also, when I picked him up from Wag, they gave me half of the food I provided for him back. I only gave enough to have a little bit extra. Not worth it. Will stick with my dog walker (she wasn't available this weekend) and didn't have enough time to vet for Rover. Edited to add that I forgot he's come back with kennel cough in the past as well. Remembered after reading some of the other reviews!!

Came for the free puppy social session. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Will defuse them when going on vacation now that we've seen the facilities and how the staff care about the puppies and their well being.

Open 24 hours. Super nice. When we went to pick up the dog and they offered us a tour the facility. Grooming is there and they always have space for boarding last minute.

We take the dogs to wag every week. They love and so do we. The staff is awesome and are very accommodating. The cameras are a nice way to burn time at work

Do you realize that their STANDARD policy for boarding is: 8am-9am play/walk, 2pm-3pm play/walk... then not go out again for 17 HOURS!? "Your dog will be in their room from 3pm - 8am with no bathroom breaks", and they stand by this. I think it's borderline inhumane. Sure, you can pay an extra $10 per walk if you want in those massive breaks of time, but it's hard to imagine dogs aren't peeing/pooping all over their rooms with that kind of standard policy. The people that work there are great, and this isn't on them, but Wag Hotels should be embarrassed with this money-grab, inhumane policy.

Full compliment of dog grooming and pampering, plus training and daycare! Our dogs love going to daycare and we love when they come home pooped out!
