Just can't say enough good things! The staff is friendly and helpful. I can get appointments when I need to. My dog is happy to be there! I'm so happy to have found Ross Valley.

After looking for a veterinarian for a very sick cat, Dr. Radke was the answer to our prayers. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, loves animals (they love her!), seems to be unflappable and has the best front desk and tech staff you could hope for. Dr. Radke is a wonderful team player, she has great working relationships with other specialists in the Bay Area, including UC Davis Vet Hospital. I have not yet met the other veterinarians in the office, but I know the people outside waiting for their animals have great respect for all of them. This is the real deal.

I brought my dog to see Eva at Ross Valley Vet and it was a great experience. Everyone was very patient with his reluctance to go inside the building and sweet to him once he was in. Eva is a terrific vet and was able to resolve both of the issues we went in with. I highly recommend her and the Ross Valley Vet!

Great care provided to us and our cat, Oliver! Terrific team accommodating our concerns for a potentially fractious kitty, who ended up being a sweetheart in the exam room. Thoughtful, conservative approach on the the part of Dr. Radke. We're fans.

My experience with Dr Eva Radke has been great. She has always been kind, gentle, thoughtful and patient. I can’t imagine having a better Veterinarian.

This is the first time I have been here... following Dr. Radke from East San Rafael Vet Clinic. Although Ross Valley Vet Clinic is farther from Tiburon, I have every confidence with Dr. Radke in caring for my fur babies and I don't mind the drive. The staff were very responsive and friendly. I have no suggestions for improvements. I look forward to having Ross Valley be my forever vet clinic for Kimi and Tara!

Couldn't have been better!! Both Dr. Bransford and Dr. Jaggi gave me great info about Sid's condition and course of treatment. Dr. Jaggi even emailed me a very helpful guide to feline hperthyroidism. Warm, caring, knowledgable vets and a great staff.

Ross Valley Vet and Dr Bransford and her tech staff are all wonderful, caring and highly knowledgeable people. They have taken care of my cat since she was about 3 months old, and she is now 15 and 1/2 years. She has some health issues, and Dr. Bransford has been an excellent doctor - knowing the best food to feed her, the best meds to give her to alleviate arthritis pain, and to make my cat have the best quality of life possible. I highly recommend Ross Valley Vet, and Dr. Bransford and her staff. If you are looking for a new Veterinarian, this is the best place!

Very kind and helpful staff, the doctor was very helpful and patiently answered all my dumb questions, even helping me to find the words for the questions I wanted to ask, but didn't know how.

After many years of great care from Grace Bransford and her team at the Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital, a recent visit demonstrated their commitment to excellence. Our 10 1/2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Emma, suddenly stopped eating and was exhibiting pain while drinking water. After a phone call, we were able to get a same-day appointment. Once at the office, the vet technician efficiently and sympathetically gathered information. When Dr. Bransford began her diagnosis, she quickly deduced that Emma had a rather rare disorder known as MMM. She immediately provided me with information about the disorder, and treatment protocols. All the while, she soothed both the patient, Emma, and me, her worried "dad". As I was driving home with Emma resting calmly in the back of our SUV, I was reminded again of how bright, capable, empathetic, sympathetic, and efficient Grace and her team are, each and every visit that we make to RVVH.

We were lucky to have Dr. Corrine Anderson in Santa Rosa for several years where she treated our guide dog, Dobie and our mutt, Dublin. She's knowledgeable and scientific in her diagnoses. We have never felt like she was overtesting to make a diagnosis and our doggos responded quickly to her care. Now we live in SF so we cant see her anymore but my brother just started to take his dog to see her. He followed her from East Veterinary clinic to Ross Valley because he really likes to work with her. Dr. Anderson has many passions, but her interest and respect for end-of-life decisions were a huge part of our letting go of our first dog. I can't imagine having to go through that painful process without her.

I am disappointed and frankly quite alarmed at how I was treated by Dr. Bransford at the RVVH. She was clearly having a bad day, decided I was her problem, and treated me horribly. Veterinary doctors should treat their clients with patience, respect and a degree of humility and a good bed side manner.. Even if a doctor doesn't see eye to eye with a client, he /or she has a responsibility to act professionally. I hope other people are not treated as I was at RVVH.

I can't say enough about Dr. Bransford and the team at Ross Valley Vet. They are amazing caregivers. Last year when I was faced with unbelievable medical issues for my beloved dog Rocky, Dr. Grace Bransford and the staff went many extra miles for me to say the least. I couldn't have gone though that gut wrenching experience without their guidance. I have been coming here with my dogs for over 30 years and I would never go anywhere else. I whole-heartedly recommend Ross Valley Vet to all pet owners. They are amazing.

Very unhappy with my experience at Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital. I took my dog there for his rabies shot. When I made the appointment the receptionist did not disclose over the phone there would be a $75 charge for new patient exam fee. I learned this when I showed up for the appointment. I did not want an exam for my dog and did not appreciate this information was not told to me at the time I booked the appointment. My dog wears a soft muzzle at the vet because he gets agitated and nippy. I also requested a cone for him to help stay calm during the unwanted exam. Instead, the vet, Dr. Bransford, tied a piece of gauze around my dog's snout only agitating him more. While I was comforting the pup, saying "it's okay", the vet scolded me! I understand why Dr. Bransford did not want me to say "it's okay" but I did not appreciate her condescension and impatience with me and my dog. She gave up on the exam. Finally, I got the rabies shot I was requesting. When I checked out, I informed the receptionist no exam was done. I was still charged $65 for a brief exam. So...$87 for a rabies shot, a non existent exam, a vet with no bedside manner, and lack of a transparency around fees. We will not be back.
