SniffandGo have an amazing team of walkers who have taken my large and energetic pup on daily walks for past few months. They have always shown up, always taken great care to understand my dog’s particular needs (he can be reactive) and they have become essential to my dog and his daily routine. I love that my dog can’t wait for them to arrive each day and then always leaves the house without a look back at me. I know that they are safe with his care and that they give him the time and space on his walk to both decompress and sniff as well as get exercise. Thanks SniffandGo !

We have been customers of Sniff and Go for several years to care for our kitties. Emi, Joe and the entire team are fantastic and brought us peace of mind when we traveled. We love Sniff and Go and highly recommend.

We use Sniff and Go services for about 5 years (except 2020, for the reason we all know). To make it short, they are great. The team is available and do the maximum all the time, even during this difficult period. We always found our cat happy, waiting in the stairs for her daily visit. We want them to focus solely on our cat, but when they found an unexpected box or advertising in front of our door, they always took it inside. So the house don't look deserted. We get a report after every single visit, with pictures and a comment. We trust this great team and we hope that they will be able to do this good job for a long time. I am not good to write a review, but I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Sniff and Go for your pet.

The team at Sniff and Go is top notch. They have been walking our sweet senior dog for 3 years now and we could not be happier. It’s great to trust the people who are coming in and out of your home and they tailor their activities to the specific needs of each pet. They genuinely care about animals and are rigorous in their training. Flynn has been our walker for the past 2 years and is fantastic. Before that we had several different walkers all with Sniff and Go and each was also great.

Kathy and Heather have been terrific with my 5-month-old puppy Doc, teaching him to be a better walker in ways that I very much appreciate. Their consistent walks also give me valuable hours of time back during busy work weeks. Cannot recommend this service highly enough! ????????????????????????

This is a top-notch dog walking service. Communication is exemplary and I always feel that my pup is in good hands. I love the ease of booking walks and the updates after every walk (including photos!). My pup is always excited to see his walker and is happily tired when he gets home - win!

My family has been using Sniff and Go for our cats for a number of years now. They are very reliable, caring and professional. We have never had an issue with them. When they are at our house they complete all tasks that are requested and even more if they notice something need attending to (Mail, Trash cans for service etc) They accommodate our cat's diet and special needs. When our old cats were alive, they had many medications and the staff were happy to administer what was needed. Our house is left clean and secure.

Sniff & Go is a great dog walking service! They care about the safety of my dog and always make sure to get him the exercise he needs. Would absolutely recommend!

Emi and Jia and the Sniff and Go team are fantastic! Our dog adores them both, and we've been working with them ever since our dog was a little puppy (3 years). We've been happy to use their pet taxi service to take our dog from home to the vet and Puppy Prep, and have been using their private 1-1 walks for years. Also important to us is that the company is bonded- a huge factor to us when giving access to our house for private walks! As an added bonus, we loved getting the cute photos they would take of our dog on each walk. They were also very responsive and flexible on helping us with some behavioral training we needed to do - as we were working with a trainer, we also worked with Sniff and Go to make sure that they were walking our dog in the way recommended by the trainer. We're so grateful for their flexibility and willingness to collaborate for a happy pup!

All I can say is, WOW! I was in a serious pickle recently one late night (my husband took a last minute business trip and our car was in the shop at the same time and I had no way of getting our puppy to Puppy Prep besides UBER) and I emailed Sniff N Go around 10:00pm in hopes they would get back to me within 48hours for help... boy was I wrong in the best way! Sniff N Go not only replied to my note within 6 hours, but they proactively texted me early the next morning stating they were able to help pick up Koda that same day and take/pick up from puppy school that same day! Their service is absolutely incredible and all of their staff is friendly, happy, and so dedicated. They all love what they do and are always on time and ready to help! Thank you Sniff N Go, we have loved using your service for puppy pickup/drop off and cannot wait to use your walking service as soon as Koda is fully vaccinated ! :) YOU ARE THE BEST!

Flynn, from Sniff and Go walks our dog, Biscotti, five days a week for 1 hour. Biscotti is always excited and happy to see Flynn. We love the care and creativity of the routes that Flynn takes Biscotti on. Everyone with a dog should hire Sniff and Go, they are the best!

Communication was a breeze and the folks at Sniff and Go thought to ask about all the details that made me trust my pup was safe! Pluto arrived home promptly and safely, and she seemed happy and well taken care of. I’d recommend this service to anyone who needs a puppy taxi when they can’t be there to pick up/drop off their pet.

We have been using Sniff and go’s service for drop offs from SF puppy prep, and it’s been amazing! They’re very communicative, and our pup is quite happy whenever she gets dropped off!

I can't recommend Sniff and Go more highly! Emi and her team are professional, organized, reliable and skilled at what they do. They care deeply about the dogs they work with, and they are careful to make sure each dog's experience is safe. They are also responsive to our requests about how to handle training issues (e.g., if a dog scares easily or barks at other dogs, etc.) We have worked with a few dog walkers in SF, and with some, I have wondered about safety or questioned whether the walks were counter-productive to the way we train our dogs at home. But not with Sniff and Go! I feel 100% comfortable handing my beloved 4-footed family members over to Sniff and Go. We highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Emi, Paul and crew from Sniff and Go into our family for 15 years. They took amazing care of our dogs and phish while we were away and provided hundreds or treat filled walks for our pups as well. We tried several other Pet Walking and Sitting services before we met Sniff and Go but no one came even close. Although we moved from San Francisco we only hope to find the level of care, professionalism and love for our pets like Sniff and Go provided. They are the best!

The entire team is attentive, knowledgeable and professional and completely flexible. We rely on them mostly to transport our pup to and from puppy prep but when the school suddenly shut down they stepped in with phenomenal dog walking services and fun play time sessions with the our pup.

Emi and the Sniff and Go team are the best! When I moved to SF I had an elderly blind dog and just needed a short relief walkie during the day while I was working. Sniff and Go was right there, every day, to help my little one. After she passed, I adopted another dog and I would not have considered anybody else but Sniff and Go to help take care of him. RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL - I can't stress this enough!

We've been working with Sniff and Go for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Our dog gets to go on fantastic private walks along the Embarcadero while we're at work. Although we've most exclusively worked with Jonathan (he's awesome!) for our dog's walks, the whole team is wonderful to work with as well (Emi, Joe, etc.). They are a team of reliable and kind individuals that you can trust with your furry loved ones.

Sniff and Go has been awesome! My 4 month old puppy was not interested in walking on a leash... at all. A few days after starting with Sniff and Go... totally different puppy! Butter the bernedoodle is now an excited walker and can handle long walks. He even sits before crossing the road :) This service is awesome. They're super responsive and flexible. I appreciate having the same walker show up every day, and it's clear Butter loves him time on these walks. The daily reports and photos are also great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for private walks

I cannot say enough about Emi and the Sniff and Go team! They've been walking my 2 year old Golden Retriever ever since I used them for a "Pet Taxi" while he was attending SF Puppy Prep. The walkers are all honestly amazing, reliable and great at communicating. They always provide great notes from their walks to make sure I'm aware of certain things they might notice with Wiley. I've also used Emi for dog boarding on multiple occasions and my only complaint is he might like her more than me :)! If you're looking for a good dog service for your special buddy, all you need to know is that I know Wiley's getting excited for his walk when I see his tail start wagging around noon every day. I can't recommend them enough!

I have a dog that can be behaviorally challenging with other dogs- Of the last six years I’ve been able to rely on friends to help with his daily walks. Circumstances changed And I needed a dog walker quickly. Sniff and Go responded to my inquiry quickly, were able to address all my concerns, have been very flexible when it comes to scheduling, and started when I need them. Best of all I get a picture & report after each of his walks. I feel fortunate to have found them.

Sniff & Go has been walking our dog, Frankie, for a few years now and we are so grateful for them. We are very discretionary about who we allow in our apartment without us being home (basically just them!) and who walks our picky pup! We looked into at least two dozen other dog walking businesses before selecting Sniff & Go. Our walkers have all been super professional and take excellent care to make sure our dog is well cared for. Emi (the owner) goes above and beyond to make sure that all of their business practices are 110% and is very thorough about how she runs things. I have a very difficult dog who can only be walked by herself and is reactive to other dogs and sometimes people. Emi and Sniff & Go have accommodated all of our needs to give her a safe, consistent walk every day. They are super flexible and have an easy online system to add or cancel walks.They have also been a HUGE help while I'm working from home and my schedule is sometimes unpredictable. I know that Emi and Jia care as much my pup as I do. Don't know what I would do without Sniff & Go!
