Amazing experience with the team at pet camp: cat safari. I truly feel like my sweet cat Kai would be well taken care of and loved while I was out of town for a week. They were super responsive and professional as well as very friendly. I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends. I can't imagine my sweet baby kitty staying anywhere else.

We take our cat to pet camp cat safari when we go away on vacation. We like that facility and our cat is comfortable there, I think. They know her habits and how she is.

Well-designed accommodations and friendly, caring staff. I loved looking at the pictures they post on their site every day, and I loved knowing that my cat was well-cared for and comfortable while I was on vacation. I could definitely tell she enjoyed watching the fish from her condo! Also, the price was a great value for all the services and care provided. I will absolutely use Pet Camp again.

Go-to spot for boarding our cat when we’re away. They post daily photos, cats get to explore the outdoor space (safely contained so they can’t escape), and our cat comes home happy and healthy. Pricey, but worth it.

Giving 4 stars overall: Giving 3 stars for the customer service, but the facility would definitely be 5 stars! Brought our cats here for the first time. We went and toured the space and it was great so we felt good about getting a reservation. Honestly though, the reservations call was much more of a sales call and it was pretty annoying, not to mention they couldn’t figure out what my total would be for 2 cats for 5 nights bc they were more interested in adding on expensive programs while the cats were to be in residence. When we dropped off our cats the person working was surprised and said they werent expecting us for another day, bad communication from the reservation line. We actually didn’t know what this stay was costing us until we dropped them off! On the positive - the cats appeared to be in great shape when we picked them up. The photos posted of the pets daily were helpful and assuring. They keep the facility very clean and the staff we met appeared to be cat total cat lovers! One thing that would be nice would be some sort of report card or review of how the pets did during their stay. When we picked them up, the staff just handed them to us - no comments at all!

The staff at Cat Safari works wonders with my very particular and skiddish cat . . . they're professional, friendly, kind and pay attention to all of the details I supply on each visit. I couldn't give them a stronger reccomendation!
