Love this place! They are kind, listen to your concerns, and can accommodate some special requests. My dog is family and I only chose groomers that understand that.

Glamour pooch is not only excellent in service but amazing dog lover's, I feel safe and worry free knowing my doggy is in excellent loving hands. Highly recommend this place ???? been loyal for over 10 years + always a great experience.

They have a fantastic attitude. Took my 3 dogs one gave them hell when they trimmed his nails he even poop on them and they did not even bat an eye they said bring him next month. They are my new groomers from now on. Thank you for being so professional.

Good service. My dog came out great. My dog hates to get bathed but he seemed fine here they treat them like there own. I recommend it.

I have been with the same groomer for years but when he was fired I needed a new groomer that I'd liked just as much im rather picky honestly but I found this AMAZING place I can't say enough good about this business. They kept me updated on all THREE of my babies,treated them just as I would and every employee was super friendly and a treat to chat with! I will be a customer as long as I live in this area

1st time here & my baby came out so cute, much shorter than I would have hoped for but still they did a great job for being a walk in ! Definitely coming back and more frequently! Thank you ????

Lissie was very kind and answered all of my question and the groomer did a good job at leaving my doggie looking beautiful. I wasn’t able to get my dog groomed during quarantine but they got rid of all the matts and got the filth out. The blueberry spray they used smelled amazing.

One of the owners made a mistake and almost completely cut off my dog’s dual claw (I understand mistakes happen, however). They would not take responsibility for it, the vet says the procedure to fix the issue would cost $477. I merely asked for a refund ($61) for the haircut. She proceeded to continue to be defensive about it saying “it wasn’t her mistake”, blamed us for it and wouldnt let me speak, more interested in explaining how it wasn’t her fault. I would’ve been satisfied with an apology at the least if not even a refund but her attitude was so prideful and unprofessional that she could not even provide that. This was shocking to me coming from someone who kept claiming to be a business owner and a full grown adult.

This place is our go-to for dog gromming. They are not perfect but they have always had a good attitude and willing to fix what they can.

Great place. Would be a little better if they took credit cards or checks. Cash only is a little of an inconvenience. But, great groomers.

Cheap witch. I went in to see if my mom's dog could have a light hair trim since she'd already had a bath. I explained that my mom is on Social Security and has had the family dog for the last almost 20 years, just trying to keep the dog comfortable because she's not always feeling well lately. She said no, needs to do the whole routine- just being mean and greedy. That's fine, I went somewhere else and they were ok with it

DO NOT BRING YOU DOG HERE They will cut you dog ! A former employee quoted” anytime they cut a dog they put glue on it and send it home! I used to groom for them and have family and friends that have worked for them as well. And have seen this happen. This is their bathroom. Kennels, fridge, toilet,and microwave all in one room. If a dog barks too much they put it in a kennel in the bathroom, turn the lights off and close the door. So the dogs have no ventilation. And this is incredibly unsanitary for the workers.They dont have proper kennel dryers. They put fans on top of the kennels like this. If a dog is a little bigger or even just stands, its ear could get caught in the fan.They expect their workers to each reuse one towel so they can cut back on laundry costs. (Even dogs with fleas) if it gets too wet they put it outside to dry and keep using it once its dry enough.They use the same flea combs to clean poop off their butt and to remove eye gunk.

A friend of mine recommended that I should take Gracie to Glamour Pooch. I had always liked the way her dog was groomed. So I took Gracie yesterday and I was so pleased with her grooming. The main difference I noticed between the previous groomers and Glamour Pooch are as follows: GLAMOUR POOCH PROS - friendly service where they ask and explain the process/hair cut you want. - they provide a realistic and fairly accurate time frame for services to be completed. - they called me 20 minutes prior to Gracie being finished. - grooming was done exactly as I had requested. - the nails were cut better than they have ever been cut by anyone before. - it's been a whole day and the bows on her ears are still on her ears. They used to fall off a few hours after we got home. CONS - I used to pay $40.00 for Gracie's grooming, I was charged $46.00 at Glamour Pooch and I gladly paid it and will continue to take Gracie to Glamour Pooch. The kindness, experience, and professionalism is worth the extra $6.00. I recommend them to anyone who likes top notch service.

I've been taking my pups to this groomer for years. They do a great job. They remember my babies every time I take them.

A terrible terrible place. I got my dog back with cuts on his body and they didnt tell me! A lot of horrible shared experiences have been coming out about this place and I realize its not just a "one time" occurence. They also underpay their workers and offer no lunch breaks. Dont even get me started on the photos one young lady shared about how they have kennels in the bathroom and cage dogs there in the DARK when they're being loud or annoying. I wont be coming back here
