I have been going here for YEARS! I have taken my 2 cats to them and have never had any issues with them. My cats come home happy and never been cut or over clipped. They have squeezed me in for last minute appointments and have never disappointed! I love this place so much and will forever recommend this place to EVERYONE!

I read some reviews after I took my puppy there and it scared me. But then I thought positive, and I think It was a good outcome. They left my puppy so cute and she seemed to have been ok being there for a few hours (3.5 approx). I’m content with the service.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars, where to begin I called the day before if they had any availability for a small senior terrier and they said "yes, bring her by tomorrow, I'll be here at 8" I said perfect, her name is Gizmo but she is a girl. My sister went to drop her off in the morning and they said she didn't have a appointment, they didn't know what she was talking about and have her the run around. Then when I got out of work that day I come to find my sister said that Gizmo still wasn't ready after being there all day!!! Fed up I went to pick her up, they told me at the desk she isn't ready yet, I then asked where is she in the processes, and the lady at the front said she is second in line to get started at 4:30!!!! She had been there all day for nothing, horrible experience, we will not be returning, I'm sorry I made my dog go through that.

Took my dog for a bath and hair cut been there since 10am and kept calling every hour and after 9hrs I went to complain to owners of the business because they never started on my dog and it’s passed closing time, very unprofessional would not recommend this groomers. Employees have the worst attitude

My Fur Friends go there since they were babies...they looooveee going to get groomed, so that is the best proof that Sylmar grooming is a great place to take your fur friends to. Highly Recommended by Lola & Rocky ???? ???????? ???? ????????

My cat had lots of knots on him and they patiently got them all out. Excellent job. Freddy looks great!

Walked right in, and got my dog's toenails clipped. Was sooo happy, because his toenails were growing so long. I did call first, though.

Opened early. Employees are nice.

They always do a great job. They call me as soon as my dogs are ready. They are usually finished with both dogs in under 2 hours. They are reasonably priced as well.
