I've been going here for many many years and I can honestly say I completely trust everyone there with our animals. They treat them just like the family members they are to us. Not only the best in knowledge and medical treatment but also loving and caring.

My dog had vomited and had diarrhea on Friday night. And I suspected a trace of blood in her urine early Saturday morning. I immediately got an appointment. The doctor checked her and left the room. The billing person sat down with me and proceeded to show me all of the work they suggested…$750 to $900!!! Then, I alone, had to make the decisions without the doctor’s input. I opted for fluids, and anti nausea meds. The bill was $233. The next day my dog was feeling better; no longer vomiting but there was more blood in her urine. It was Saturday. I was panicked. If only the doctor had been in the room when we were reviewing the costs. She could have given me more guidance. I won’t be returning. My guess is that the doctor’s reluctance to be involved in the pricing negotiations is a clear signal she knows the prices are too high.

My new veterinarian Finally a place for my boy Romeo.. Excellent crew from start to finish, The staff is very polite and knowledgeable.. The Dr is most informative and will explain in detail how is is treating your pet and give unbiased options for their health care. The Nicolosi family thanks the staff..

Just had to say goodbye to my baby girl. After being taken advantage of by another office, I appreciate Dr Robbins and Tammie for everything they did for my girl up until the end. Will never take my pets anywhere else but here. - Brittney Aspin

We recently had to put our 10 year old pup down due to bone cancer. Dr. Dave and all of the staff were incredibly caring through the entire process. Highly recommend them!

I've never had a bad experience here. I'm always in and out pretty fast, they've got my cat's records in order and know what's to be done, and they've never turned me away when I come in at the last minute with some emergency. ( Only happened twice, but great to know they won't tell you they can't see you when your cat is visibly injured. ) Each time I see a different Dr. so I can't really recommend anyone by name. The standout thing they do which makes me choose them over other places is no chit-chat, all business. For cats this is stressful so the faster they can do the exam, determine the issue and move onto treatment, the better. That is much appreciated!

I have been coming here for years to see Dr. Hackett. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I have referred both family and friends to her, and they all lover her too. She is the best
