The ladies at the front desk were kind and welcoming but I had a terrible experience with the older male doctor on 10/15 around 2pm. My dog was brought here for a first exam. She is overall a very happy and healthy pup but she does have a bad knee which was communicated before hand and has been checked several times by past vets. My pup gets anxious at the vet so he decided to take her to the back. When he got back in the room he was incredibly rude and accusatory and began criticizing my dog and insinuated that I was a bad owner or neglecting her care. I love my pup to death and have taken great care of her for many years!instead of inquiring about her past history or gathering information he jumps straight to conclusions. I was taken aback by his accusing behavior and have never been spoken to like that by my vet back home. His bedside manner, or should I say lack there of, was harsh and cold. I felt super uncomfortable, and all of a sudden there was an astronomical bill of all these things that needed to be done. Beware of vets like this!

Made an appointment for 3:30PM. Arrived at 3:28PM and checked in. After waiting with my pet for 30 minutes, no on came to take my pet, and no one checked in on us. I called them at 4PM to remind them that we've been waiting outside for half an hour. They said they would come to get my pet shortly. As of 4:36PM, no one checked in on us, and we left. tl;dr: Waited 1+ hour for an appointment. Doctor no show. Zero communications from the staff.

We've been bringing our pup here since we rescued her 2 years ago. The entire team at VCA Angel is awesome and we appreciate how well they have taken care of her.

The service is great, but there is a lack of communication, sometimes between doctors and their patients. Other than that. They're decent and easy to get into.

I bring my cat here and they are wonderful with her. The team does a great job communicating and providing options for care when possible. They also are cognizant of minimizing the stress to animals during their visits and I greatly appreciate that.

Every VCA we've been to has been great, and Angel is no different. Everyone on staff is great. Our dog is happy to see them every time.

Great and caring team of animal lovers that put your pets health first. Great at fitting you in when there is a minute emergency, especially when you’re an overly protective puppy dad. Their hearts are definitely in the right place!!

Dr. Ball is the most compassionate veterinarian I have ever brought a pet to.

Dr. Field delivers comprehensive care of my three 4-legged kids. One pooch is Old with arthritis and is gently cared for always. Currently, due to COVID19, staff come to car for pet. My pets have always gone there and are treated gently: there's no hesitation when the assistants take them. My 2nd dog was abused by former owners (men) so he's a bit stand-offish but when he needs anything medical he'll be seen by them...hesitently... I know he'll be Very Well Treated.

This clinic fires on most cylinders. They've forgotten a few requests for medications I've called in for and their prices leave much to be desired. Overall a decent vet clinic

Staff was friendly and informative. Quite an emphasis on dental care here.

I feel like they don't communicate with each other.

The kindest and most caring veterinarians I have ever worked with. They saved my pet’s life and worked with insurance to settle costs. I could honestly never find a better vet.

Been going here for a few years now. They don't try an upsell like the other places I've been, very honest work and they've taken care of my babies.

I walked in off the street 3 years ago with my kitty that had been attacked by my dog. The staff (receptionists, techs, and Dr Ball ) was awesome! I was in tears and I have never been more impressed with the way everyone there really cared and their compassion was so amazing. Everyone there works so well together. They are all so very special. Dr Ball made sure I was informed and he is so good at what he does. He genuinely cares and the animals know it. I don't know what I would have done without them. He had to amputate my baby's leg which broke my heart but I still have my kitty (shes 20 yrs old now) and she does not mind going to the vet today even after everything she went through. That says so much when a lot of critters are so scared when they have to go to the vet for any reason. I am so very thankful for each and every one of the folks at VCA. Because of Covid-19 you gotta wait in the parking lot and they come and get your pet and bring them back. This did not impede customer service still very nice and helpful. You can even text them from your car or if your me from the stairs lol. You gotta keep your best furry buds safe and my Rufus is good to go now!

We highly recommend Dr Ball and his team of angels . They are kind, compassionate and great at what they do . Dr. Ball is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all of our options and find a solution that fits for us. They are sympathetic to our financial needs and have never tried to sell us services that we don’t need . I am so grateful we can trust that our dogs health is taken care of by such wonderful people. They were great with our dog, who was in for his first checkup after we adopted him from the shelter. Everyone was nice and professional and clearly knows how to handle animals.

When I called, the receptionist said there was nothing available until May 15. My cat needs help now. She was very unhelpful. I think she just wanted to go home as it was 3:00PM. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Dr. Ball is the best vet I’ve ever known. My dog loves seeing him every time we go. The staff is wonderful too. I drive 20 miles to see him but it’s worth it.

They could not get us in for three weeks. I'm sure they are great but scheduling an appointment was impossible if your animal does not feel super good

I'm an idiot who over the last few years has taken in 4 rescues. 2 cats, and 2 dogs. Thankfully, Dr. Ball and staff has been there and helped me through a plethora of issues, from tooth extraction, to a cryptoccus infection leaving my kitty Sheanu Reeves with 9 toes, but she lives! Every visit, the care and service has been top notch and compassionate. if you are local, I highly recommend them! ...and if my pets could talk, 3 out of 4 would recommend VCA North Park. The fourth is still bummed about missing the tooth.

Dr. Ball is a really great vet. He is the best person I've ever taken my dogs to. He really explains all the options for your pet and he is also so nice! You can tell he really has a passion for his job. So great!

Brought my dog here for the first time the vet was very nice and understanding and they gave us a price of everything before they did anything. They explained everything to us so we could better understand our pets needs and what could be done. Definitely coming back and will be a regular client.
