So inflation has apparently now hit my supposed membership? They are now charging 9.95 everytime I bring my dog in. Definitely need to look for another spot. I will say though that assistants that work up front are awesome.

Our dog was spoiled here! They treated her very well and listened to everything we had to say in regards to her. We had a great experience!

Purpose of the Appointment: vaccinate and get a prescription for flea and tick medication. I have a chihuahua who obviously has problems relating to humans. And ok Petco always tries to sell me training. Not every dog likes a veterinarian, and I believe they should be prepared for that. I tried to help the Veterinarian and she was always dodging or even afraid to touch, ok, the Vet doesn’t like dogs. The Nurses was completely friendly e I love Petco Team. Then She took my dog to another room and there she used sedative medicine without my awareness and charge me for that. My dog was sleeping the rest of the day. And I needed the anti-flea medication, which so far I have not received a prescription. In short, I always took my pet there since was a puppy and now I had to get another Thrive, because here they just want money and the dogs are sedated for the Vet.

No wonder they have a D- on the Better Business Bureau website. Terrible experience, took weeks to get an appointment, finally on the day of the appointment I was given bad information. In addition to that the soonest they can even do a procedure for fixing my pet or for a simple baby tooth extraction is four months out. So there’s no point in even taking the appointment to begin with if they can’t even provide a service that’s needed. What a joke

Based on the convenience of setting up an appointment for our new 12 week puppies' vaccinations we were excited to establish care with Thrive. Unfortunately the day of the appointment we received a text message notifying us that our appointment had been canceled due to an "emergency" and a number was provided to reschedule. We called the number provided and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience we were told that an appointment would not be available until 2-3 weeks. Considering the importance of proper timing of vaccinations, this simply was not an option. Emergencies happen but the lack of professionalism in providing a timely alternative especially considering we were canceled due to Thrive was extremely disappointing.

Rescheduled me twice the day before my appointment . Really annoying because I chose this vet since they had a sooner availability than other vets, but than it ended up taking longer.. scheduled surgery fell through because they fail to tell me that the cat can't drink and eat for 12 hours..

Be on your A-game at this place because they will try and fool the your cat needs its teeth cleaned scheme which everyone knows cats don't brush their teeth they might also try and get you on the laboratory analysis any issue that your pet may have no matter how minor but that being said the doctor and vet tech were very nice and not pushy whatsoever rewrite the

Fantastic treatment for our dog. It was affordable. The staff starting at the front desk continuing to technicians and surgeon were professional and compassionate. They listened to my concerns and took our dog's age and condition into consideration for the treatment plan.

I really don't know where to begin on explaining how much thrive meant to me. My elderly cat was rapidly getting sick/dying and they were able to move my appointment to the next day. Kevin is meant to be doing this job. We all knew it was time for my baby and Kevin was so respectful, understanding, compassionate and patient with us. It was a horrible day but thrive has so much love for what there doing if I ever have another fur baby I would absolutely go here. Thank you Kevin and their team from the bottom of my heart ????

I just wanted a least/most expensive quote for my dogs ear infection and all I could get were sales pitch rebuttals. This is a health and wellbeing issue of one of my family members and I just felt offended by the whole phone call.

I absolutely love Thrive! I recently got a puppy and made some appointments for shots. I thought I would have to pay over 100 dollars. I saved up for a month because money is tight so I was prepared. They explained that they have memberships and it would assure I got discounts. I ended up paying 70 for shots and a flea, tick, and hearworm medication. I honestly thought it would cost way more! I am extremely satisfied with the staff and professionalism of this vet. They are so kind and treat my puppy amazing. They talk to her and always compliment her. This is my go-to vet now. Thank you Thrive and all your staff! We highly appreciate you!
