We have a very excited 8 month old pitbull so I was kind of nervous booking the appointment. The woman that I spoke to had the exact same dog and my dog had a wonderful experience there! This is going to be our new doggie spa from now on. Thank you for your help Pink Poodle! You did an excellent job on our baby Gelato!

I love all the ladies here! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve tried other groomers but none compare to them. They always do such an outstanding job with my furry babies. Really the work they do here is phenomenal! I will continue to come here no matter how far because they’re worth it. Thank you for the amazing work you do on my babies.

I didn't like their service gave me a time but left to pick up son from camp. Then didn't do a good job on my polmarian dog how I asked. Then she forgot to put and give my baby color with tags and gave a attitude plus rolled her eyes. Don't recommend.

I took my very extroverted loving sweet dog who just wants to be friends with everyone in for her first grooming session (shes 10 months old) because her hair grew in front of her face and she couldn't see. When we dropped her off there was dogs screaming and barking and it was very over whelming. About an hour later we got a call saying that she was "un-groom-able ". They said that she would scream and growl when ever they touched her, and even suggested she may have been abused! She was obviously overwhelmed and they didn't even provide the service we brought her there for! They over charged us an overrated bath. It was clear they didn't know how to handle a nervous overwhelmed puppy and were defensive when questioned and suggested her anxiety was my fault because we waited till she was almost a year old to bring her to the groomer. When we picked her up she was shaking and acting very anxious. If you have a dog who gets nervous by loud noises please think twice before taking your pup here.

I drove here all the way from Point Loma. She is very friendly! Very professional! Not to mention she is also very quick. I would gladly go back to her.

I am very happy with this grooming salon! My little nervous Schnauzer has little anxiety because the groomers are so gentle and friendly. My dogs cuts are very tidy and she looks and feels like a princess!

The original owner was amazing had amazing pricing but had a horrible temperament. The new owner is relaxed, kind and sweet with pets. BUT every single time I bring my poodle in, she wants to shave him down. I request that she try to groom him without shaving him and when I pick up my dog, he looks awesome....unshaven. Today, same, I refused to have him shaved, she doesn't want to work on disheveled poodles...only ones that go in every two weeks and don't play in the yard. Time to find a new groomer.

My dog Bella always looks great after her hair cut here. Pink Poodle staff always friendly and very talented. The staff did lose my dog’s ID collar though so if you go there make sure to keep your pet’s ID collar with you.

Horrible. Been here twice, both times the employee was awful! She’s like a guard dog. Rude over the phone, rude in person. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of places that have helpful nice people.

Dog hair everywhere when I dropped my precious off and a filthier pig sty when I picked her up. Dirty! The other groomer down a couple blocks who is just as busy...spotless. It took three hours for a "Tidy up"? What the heck! I get a full groom at my regular groomer in one hour. No hospitality at arrival or pickup. That's what I get for buying a Groupon! My dog is clean but I'm never going back.

Rude and Unprofessional. Bought a Groupon for services and they still tried to charge me and not honor the groupon.

Worse grooming every I been going here for a while they hired a new girl and she cut my dog hair to short and my dog won’t stop itching from the tools not getting cleaned really want a refund

Not many places like to shower Huskies, since they are a hassle. But ever since I've brought my big husky not only do they do a outstanding job, but my dog always comes out looking better than before and happy.???? best spot in town

We get our dog's nails trimmed here. They are so fast, efficient and take very good care of our girls. I am a fan and customer for as long as we live here. I tend to prefer local businesses over large chains as you tend to receive more personalized care and courtesy.

They did a beautiful job with my long haired, hard to brush, 12 yr. old American Eskimo.
