Aaron did such a great job cleaning our dog’s teeth. He was patient and knowledgeable as how to handle our skittish pup. Highly recommend him and his staff for cleanings.

Unprofessional and unconsiderate. Do not take your pets here. Very dangerous. My pet has not been the same since going here. Multiple vet visits and surgeries due to improper dental extractions done at Southcoast pet dental. Good luck explaining your pets declining health to the employees of this establishment. When expressing my concern to one of the employees Aaron Goulding he became extremely verbally abusive to me and after reading reviews from all over the internet apparently this is how he treats all of his patients that he has caused medical issues with their pets from his unexperience in dental care to.. When reading other reviews from the internet from his customers that he verbally abused were shocking.

Wow! You guys are awesome! My dog has beautiful clean teeth and fresh breath again and it didn't cost the $1200 I paid my vet last time. I can't believe it took only 30 minutes and Mattie was so happy and at ease with the team. No anesthesia is so much better for her. I was skeptical of the price and waited for the hidden fees, but there were none! It was only the $200 new patient cleaning price we expected to pay. We drove 45 minutes from Valley Center and it was worth it! We'll be back in 6 months. I'll upload before and after photos if I can.

Aron has been in the business a very long time and I have been using his service for the past 5 or so years. My little Mikey doesn’t even get nervous anymore. Aron and his staff are friendly and great to deal with.

Took in my 13yr old Shihtzu, so glad to found this place, we drove all the way from Las Vegas and it was worth every cent . His teeth are sparkly clean. thank you Dr Spade and Aaron!

Took my dog June there today and wow there was a HUGE difference and was worth every penny! The staff were so kind and understanding that I was nervous about bringing her because she also gets very anxious with teeth brushing but they said she did great and the results are amazing! I definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Wish I could post my before and after pictures on this review

I was shocked to see how amazing my 6 yr old mutts teeth looked after the cleaning. Wish I had taken before photos, but I'm pretty sure his teeth look better than mine now! Highly recommend.

I took my 9 year old chihuahua in for a cleaning and I was shocked at how clean they were able to get her teeth and her breath doesn’t smell like a sewer anymore. She’s a little stressed afterwards but that was expected with her. I will never have her put under to have her teeth cleaned again. I will be a repeat customer. I only wish I had taken before pictures.

Highly recommend South Coast for your doggy dental. They are all very friendly and inviting and my dog didn't seem too nervous upon drop off. Her teeth are so white and she is happy, so it was a great, positive experience and we will be back!

Don't go there go to your vet. Has been a bad situation for my dog. He was so miserable when he came home he moped for a week. Come to find out they didn't do a good job in advising me of tooth decay in the back of his mouth not addressed and he was in pain.

I've been taking my dog to South coast for years now and have always had good experiences. I love that I don't have to make him go under anaesthesia to get his teeth cleaned and the process is smooth and his teeth stay in great shape. He's 11 this year and has great teeth and has never had to go under anesthesia for a teeth cleaning at the vet's. I know that has a lot to do with South coast. The only improvement I would make is they are often booked out months in advance so it's hard to get an appointment right away but I guess that's testament to how much others are needing their service. Thanks guys!

My dog went there for the first time and couldn't be happier. She literally had the biggest smile when she came out, even she got 5 teeth pull out. They explained everything before hand and you can opt to get notified if additional service need to be done. I can't thank enough of them.

Wow - Aaron & South Coast Pet Dental are amazing. The fact that my little Maltese actually enjoys getting his teeth cleaned and I get to save money, time, AND not have to Medicate/sedate him in any way is simply mind blowing. While it’s not for all dogs/breeds and/or temperaments - Aaron is a dog whisperer and has doing this for well over 10 years, he’ll let you know what to expect.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 but they decided to leave early and not say anything. When I called, they were extremely rude and tried to shift the blame to me. I would avoid this place.

I picked doing the teeth cleaning without placing him under because it take alot out of Grifo and he is 8 year old. Aaron was super nice with him. Grifo like it him, he curl into him which for Grifo is a sign. The service was fast and we pick him up right away. My only worry was location but other than that. Grifo bad breath is gone and he is playing around with his sister. No recover and beautiful teeth.

I scheduled an appointment online for 4:30 in the afternoon as it was the only appointment that fit my schedule for months and I was very eager to try this service after seeing many positive reviews. Unfortunately, a man named Aaron called me and told me that they didn't want to stay that late that day and that if I wanted to be seen I would either have to come in hours earlier, go to a location much further away, or wait another month. I asked Aaron why they have appointments on their website offered that late if they aren't really available at that time, and he gave a lame excuse, saying that they are "appointment based" and that doctors do this too. I told them that, no offense, but I've never had my doctor cancel an appointment because they wanted to go home early. Aaron got very aggressive with me on the phone, and I tried to explain that I was just offering constructive criticism of their booking system. I then began to tell him that I would try to figure out the scheduling earlier in the day and would call him back, but then he just hung up on me. Very, very bad customer service. He seemed extremely unempathetic and egotistical. I care about my dog's health more than my feelings, so despite the rude customer service I will still try to call back if I'm able to figure out how to make one of his options work. I will update this review if I'm able to receive better service.

But from first contact with Aaron through the appointment we are appreciate for your attentiveness to our concerns and professional care for Sugar. Your SouthCoast Team is personable and professional.
