Great place for dog food. Lots of options

I called about an appointment I had scheduled for 4:00pm, but it was switched to this location from my usual which was fine. I called and spoke to Monica. She was disrespectful from the jump. “Well the grooming salon is closed so I guess that checks out for you.” Excuse me? Then when I asked her name she still had an attitude. The manager he was nice and was respectful and helped me and offered me compensation. He can have 5 starts but her service is a negative 100. She needs to check her attitude at the door prior to clocking in.

Typical Petsmart. Wide variety of cat food so that's nice. They need more cat toys!

Great selection of new and seasonal merchandise. Always great prices.

Very wonderful Marisol was very helpful I think her name was Maggie tho she has a ???? ???? tattoo on her wrist she was so very helpful to me and my husky . She was very friendly and was very welcoming thank you gurl.

I brought my dog in to get her claws trimmed. Usually I groom her at home but I don't feel comfortable doing her claws myself. We adopted her only a few months ago and she's been very shy so I put off taking her to what I thought would be a stressful place. She did surprisingly well here, which I think was in great part to the very friendly staff and the fact that they weren't overly crowded. Her claws are much more manageable. My dog and my toes thank you very much! I will definitely return in the future!

Was sent this location from the one is mission valley because The tank I acquired for my new turtle was here. Dennis helped me out with everything and gave great advice from gravel to the cleaning supplies. As a first time turtle owner I wanted the best and she (Squirtle) and I were definitely not disappointed. Amazing customer service!

The lines were ridiculous there was only one person at the checkout counter I'm not going to stand there and wait 30 minutes to check out with one item So I just left

This location is always clean, fully stocked and employs super friendly helpful peeps that seem to genuinely like animals and want to assist in anyway they can. I was even offered help out to my car. Been going there for a little over a year and will continue as long as I live in the vicinity.

I'm from out of town I live in Washington state and some how my dog who was chipped was found in San Diego 2 years after he went missing so after our reunion I came here for food and harness ect but nooo I walk in first thing I see is 5 employees just standing around on their Cellphones so absorbed in social media they didn't even notice me walk in I asked loudly if some one could direct me to the dog care isle and not one response. I had to wave my hand between their face and their cell to get their attention. Then the lady didn't even know where the dog stuff was and could not help me find a proper fitting harness and didn't know anything about the differences in the foods when I asked, ???????? but it was all free any how???? that's why I gave it any stars they were so absorbed in their phones they didn't even notice me walk out the door. I even waited at the door for a few minutes to see if any one would stop me but nope too busy on their Cellphones to care. Sooo if you want free stuff and staff that won't notice this is the best place to go. I would have payed I had the money but I was angry about the lack of service ???? ???? and that they were all on their phones one person was even taking selfies while I was standing at the door to leave so they can likely find the pictures that I photo bombed ???? if they need proof I was there.

Really appreciate the curbside service!

Grooming needs to hire more staff

Yeah, PETSMART. Well, I don't usually don't go because they usually don't have what's on my list (Brand). And customers service was a joke!! I stood by an employee, supervisor to top it off, did not ask me if I needed any help!!! I really couldn't find Missey's treats. I has next to her for about 3 minutes, I was very disappointed ???? .

This is the first time I've gone in here but its like the Home Depot of pet stuff.. My impression was that it's a larger operation than Petco which is where me and girlfriend bought the parakeet...

I would not recommend the grooming here they barely bathed my shepherd she is visibly still dirty. They said she was extremely difficult because she kept trying to jump up. Not sure but I feel that groomers should know how to handle a situation like this instead of charging me full price for a job that was hardly done. My shepherd is also 12 years old with bad hips so I’m not sure how much jumping up she was doing that prevented hardly any grooming to get done. I’m extremely disappointed I’ll never be coming back here or to any petsmart again. My groomer was ryan so if your dog is perfect then I’m sure he can groom them. Ears are still sandy from the beach. No discount paid over 100$ for this.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean-up stations for pets, bathrooms available for customers, and convenient parking.

Little pricey, but great selection, and very knowledgeable staff! Helped me figure out exactly what I needed to take care of my babies! Even stayed after closing time to make sure I had what I needed and also gave me the info to find it at a lower cost than the in-store price! Sincerely appreciated!!
