Lap of Love San Diego, California

So grateful for lap of love. They were there when I needed them most. My dog declined so quickly unfortunately. I went on their website and filled out some information. Within minutes I got a call from a representative that walked me through the procedure, cost and expectation. They listened to me and asked about my baby. This was at 5am when I was most stressed and panicked. I cannot thank them enough!!! The doctor was wonderful and very neutral which I appreciated at this difficult time. He gave us all the time we wanted and after my baby crossed the rainbow bridge she was placed into a lovely basket and in the front seat. Words cannot describe my gratitude for lap of love. My dog crossed over so peacefully and stress free in her home that she’s been in for 14 years. Highly highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Sadly, I just recently had two of my beautiful Chow Chows pass away. I had a 13 & 1/2 year old cream Chow & and almost 2 year old black Chow. I miss them so much. With Covid-19 regulations set in place we called this company to assist with our dogs' transition. They come to the house and offer they're services. We don't like taking them to the vet to get this done because we like the fact of keeping them home to see them off. I miss my babies so much. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very professional and very understanding.

Dr. Sean from Lap of Love in San Diego was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He sat with us on the floor with my sweet girl, explained everything and was so kind, caring and gentle. Due to the circumstance, I can't say it was a great experience, but everyone there made it as easy as possible for us. They came out, to our house, to help our pet pass, early on a Sunday morning, with very little notice. Dr. Brian was amazing. He was compassionate, caring, and professional. He came into our home, during Covid. We can't thank him enough for making this impossibly difficult time just a little easier. Both Dr. Brian, and the office staff followed up with us, and offered to help in any way they could. Can't recommend Lap of Love enough.

Our Chipper had to be put down after a traumatic injury that broke his back. The emergency vet would not allow us to go back and be with him due to COVID. I contacted laps of love and they sent Dr. Lauren Chapman out that day. Chipper was at home with his whole family. We have three children and Dr.Lauren was amazing!! She explained everything that was going on and made sure the kids understood what she was doing and why. Thank you Dr.Lauren for coming to our home and helping us with Chipper.

Never had to put a dog down before. Sugar was the best dog we've EVER had. He was going downhill very fast and I started calling around. I"m SOOOO glad all the numbers I called couldn't come out right away. Dr Leann was able to come out within a couple hours, she was SO nice, compassionate and caring. She made the entire family feel better during a very difficult situation. She didn't rush and spent time talking to us so our son could get to see Sugar before passing. It was a peaceful process and we're all grateful for her compassion. Thank you for taking care of our baby.

Dr. Leann was very knowledgeable and compassionate. She discussed all options including hospice for my 17 year old cat, Noah.
