Take my kitten there to get his nails trimmed. Always quick and easy with them! They are sooo sweet to him too. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn't be happier with their service! Finding a good cat groomer is always difficult but Furry Friends did an excellent job, especially dealing with my two difficult cats! They also gave me recommendations to make the next visit easier on them which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely be coming back!

Brought our kitten in to get her nails clipped and they were very fast with a reasonable price. They were also knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely will be coming back.

Very bad experience in that place, our cat got infected with ring worm in that place, is filty and smell bad.

The first thing I asked do you groom cat and the young man answered yes. Then I asked please make sure you shave or trim the hair on his paws he said yes, but after looking at my cat's paws and legs the cat groomer kept making excuse why she couldn't trim or shave his paws and legs (AKA) loins cut. But l will say this the young man at the front counter was willing and able to refund. So I took my cat to regular groomer who was on vacation at moment. Thank you so much young man

We have been taking our furry babies to Furry Friends for years! (since old location on Adams) Lucy has been grooming our little one and has been doing a great job. Lucy is knowledgeable and made time to speak with me about some concerns I had with my little one. Claudia and Wilson are great too. The quality of their work is awesome! We highly recommend Furry Friends for your little ones.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Furry Friends! Took my previous cats here when they were at their old location and now they have helped me tremendously with my newer fur babies! Every time they return they are clean, tangle free, and the BEST part is they are relaxed. They don't seem traumatized and come back into our home like nothing happened. I cannot thank you guys enough for making a usually very stressful event, carefree!

Wish I had the time to check my pets before leaving. Haircuts are uneven and noticeable longer in some areas. No bath was given, showing signs of dirt and urine on paws that wasn't there before. I only decided to leave this review after several comments on the haircuts from friends. Not terrible job, but plenty room for improvement. Price is reasonable, but my tip was too generous for the end result. Had to fix it myself.

Caring pet people, honest and patient with your animals. Our very large cat is willful and long haired, but comes home de-matted and happy to be bathed and groomed.

I have a Coton de Tulear and it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t butcher his hair. I love coming here, the work is great for a full grooming or just a quick wash. I like that you can call in to schedule an appointment or do it all online. I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been going here since grooming was given the green light to reopen due to COVID. Good prices, knowledgeable staff.

My cat came out clean and not too angry. The staff were very courteous, even with how busy they were. I appreciated the orientation to the variety of services offered on our first visit and will be back.

We took our dog Dulce. She gets great haircut or trim. Also nails she is so lovely we love it.

I brought my dog here after reading the reviews but was sorely disappointed in the quality of this establishment. The staff was friendly enough but when I picked up my dog, the groomer released someone else's dog to me without asking or checking ID. Once I returned home with my dog i found that she had been scratch up all on her underside and was bleeding. The groomer, Claudia, confirmed that she did in fact use a broken blade. Clearly no consideration for the dogs safety and complete disregard of what I asked for as they used shears when I specifically requested not to. Save your money and find a more reliable groomer.

I have been going to Furry Friends for 3 years. I take my cat for a nail trim every 8 weeks. I did notice the lack of customer service, personal touch, or even remembering you or your pet after a year......but Claudia did a wonderful job. One day, after I was once again treated as though I was a new client, I decided I wouldn't we back. I always tipped the amount of the nail trim. It's sad that they have no personality.

We love this grooming facility. The staff is friendly. Our dogs always come out happy, clean and professionally groomed.
