Very friendly and helpful service ????

This vet is hands down the least helpful vet I've ever come across. The lady who answered the phone quickly interrupting me once I said that I was a new client and shut me down and hung up on me. She was rude inattentive and she was probably the worst front desk woman I've ever talked to. I would not recommend this place to anyone just by the way that the woman answered the phone and by how quick she was to shut me down and not even ask me a single question or help me. I have a puppy and he has medical issues and I really need help figuring out my best option and most affordable option, and she couldn't even help me or refer me to anywhere she just straight up hung up on me and said there were no new customers at this time that they're taking. WHERE'S THAT HANDS DOWN 100%!!! DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE APPARENTLY NOT TAKING ANY NEW CUSTOMERS ANYWAYS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Was told a 3 hour wait which is already pretty hefty for an "Emergency" my husband and I and our puppy were waiting very comfortably in the car with AC and literally just chilling, then we were called to go into the little tiny room where it was hard to breathe(super hot )in there only to wait like four more hours. All the while my very injured puppy laying on a metal slab super uncomfortable, she was being such a good girl. Once you're in the room the employees pretty much ignored us, no one checked in on us, no one asked us if we needed anything, literally just sat there listening to doors open and close for 4 hours once in the room. My husband is literally one of the most patient people I know and even he couldn't stand it anymore.In the end unfortunately I could not afford the $2,000 bill they were trying to give us, I personally don't have 2,000 bills to hand anyone. No payment plan available and they literally looked at me like I was crazy for asking. All in all it was a horrible experience I will never go there again. I guess I can thank them at least my puppy got antibiotics and now I know where not to go if ever there is an emergency ever again.

Loving care for animals. Very affordable.

I have been there a couple of times. The ,vets are friendly and handled my ten year old cat very well. He was able to calm my male cat and put me at. ease also.The clerks were helpful and informed on products needed for.my cat. I will be returning with my cat Neko Again. I rate them with 5 stars.

Thorough well puppy physical $49 plus vaccinations

Doctor guajardo is superior in diagnostic and genuine caring for our pets. His prices are competitive yet affordable. I highly recommend this Vet. I don’t think he is accepting new business but it worth the try. I only wish he was more accessible for emergencies

Dr Jesus Guajardo is compassionate to our family needs. He understands our pets are family and to be treated with the utmost professional care. We are forever grateful to have been a part of his community in caring for our beloved family Thirty year relationship is beautiful and truly appreciated

Dr as always was friendly and listened to my kitty's needs. Would recommend, but they are not accepting new clients at this time. Maybe in the future though.

They are not excepting any new animals...that shocked me...

My dog had three tumors a hernia and was spayed they did a excellent job. The vet even allowed her to stay overnight so he could keep a close eye on her free of charge. I'm so thankful to them.

I really love the two vets in this clinic. They are attentive, no nonsense, and great with handling animals. I feel at ease with the people here and I trust them to make good decisions for my pet. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very expensive services neutering kittens should be less than 100 and to top it off got convinced kitten package was beneficial..ended up pay way too much more that spca and cat coalitions just so vet can say with a sheet of paper no findings of anything no detail on what they did

We LOVE Dr. Gujardo! He has been our family vet for 20 years. Referred many to him. He is kind, gentle and very reasonably priced. I worked at a vet hospital for years and feel he is very honest and never tries to oversell. The staff have always been friendly too.

Love this place, it's not outrageously expensive and they really take good care of your babies.
