Recommended by a friend. They are wonderful. Been researching veterinarians and Tierramesa Veterinarian Clinic was highly rated. I am so glad I took my babies here! They are now my go-to veterinarians. I also felt their bills were very reasonable. Really glad to have discovered them!

Quick service. They came to my car with paperwork, took my dog in for her check up, and the Vet returned with my dog and we discussed necessary care. Not pushy but deliberate, considerate and quick. Very little wait time.

They brought out my order and placed it in my car. I didn't have to interact with any one.

Rushed my 14 year old dog, Cliff, in for an emergency check at 1130 on Saturday after vomiting, loss of appetite, etc. Dr Burke and staff checked him out, gave a quickie Ringers Sol IV for dehydration, shot to stop vomiting, blood draw work, etc. Was out a few minutes after 1200 noon, closing time, with a free small bag of food for upset stomachs. Dr B and staff could not have been more helpful.

They were able to take my cat to be seen sooner than my regular vet. Very professional and personal care for me and my pet!

Our regular vet wasn't able to get our min pin in for an emergency situation. I remembered hearing amazing things about Tierramesa Vet clinic. I called them and they actually connected me with a dr. They said to bring him in and they will see him. When my husband arrived with our dog they took him in right away. It was realized shortly after that he needed emergency care. When my husband asked about payment, they said not to worry about it. We endured an extremely long and stressful night with our baby at the emergency clinic, he ended up not making it. We were absolutely devastated. The next morning, the Tierramesa called to see if he was ok. It meant so much that they cared that much. It was appreciated so much. We were so incredibly touched that they reached out. Thank you Tierramesa.

Best vet I’ve ever been to. Dr. Berk and Dr. Shatila are both excellent and my pup has never been more happy to go to the vet. They always speak clearly about what they believe is going on, help you evaluate the most cost effective options, and treat everyone (and every animal) with respect and dignity. We are treated like family when we come here and everyone knows our pup. The staff is always welcoming and comforting and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Truly, I recommend anyone who has a pet in San Diego to use Tierramesa Vet Clinic if you’re searching for excellent care.

I highly recommend taking your pet to this clinic! Staff is so friendly and caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Shatila spent a long time looking inside my dog's mouth on our first visit and sure enough found more than just one tumor. Other vets we went to just quickly looked in and estimated a price to remove one tumor. My dog end up having 12 tumors removed from her mouth and one from her leg. Dr. Shatila removed them all. The cut on her leg was the cleanest cut I've seen and she recovered in no time! I am so happy we found this place, they did an excellent job, and for a fair reasonable price. I could tell how Dr. Hani Shatila loves animals! Don't go anywhere else!

Took my Corgi in today with a swollen hip. All the staff was so nice and caring. The vet was fantastic and seemed to really care for the well-being of all his patients and not after the money like some vets in San Diego. Would highly recommend this clinic to any one who has furry children

I highly recommend Tierramesa Vet Clinic. I have 2 dogs (senior and puppy) and have been coming here for the past couple of years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors are incredibly gentle and kind. The prices here are great compared to other vets in the area. The office is small, so you definitely get that family feel as soon as you walk in.

Dr. Shatila has been my veterinarian for over ten years. He and his staff are wonderful - truly concerned with their patients care.

I have been taking my dog Roxanne to Tierramesa Veterinary Clinic for about a year now. I just wanted to take a moment and say how Wonderful they are. They are so Compassionate and Really care about Animals and their Owners too. No Matter if it's a routine Checkup , Shots or an Emergency you can count on getting in and getting the best care for your animal. Both Doctors are Amazing and the Front office Girls are Sweet as Sweet can be :) :) :) I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

We love Dr. Hani and all of his staff! More importantly Book (Our Chesapeake Bay Retriever) enjoys her visits as well - Dr. Hani always thoroughly explains any concerns and is conservative in his approach. Highly recommend!
