I cannot say enough about Coastview! Every experience my pets and I have had was 100% exactly what I knew it would be. You can just feel the love for fur family the moment you meet them. I have had several Coastview Vets over the past few years and they were all super. Kelly Pizzo has been our Vet for 22 years!

They got Bella in same day when no other vets even an emergency clinic couldn’t. They got my pup the medicine she needed and most importantly Bella has the zoomies back.

Limited parking. You wait in car for long periods before they call you. Overmedicate and do too many tests and visits.

First visit today for our puppy, they were wonderful! The staff explained everything clearly, the vet was very nice and solved a skin problem that we hadn’t noticed before :) highly recommend!

The staff is so sweet!! They handled the home visit to put down our 13yr old dog with such compassion. Now we take our cats there. I could not recommend them enough.

I love the care this clinic provided. First of all, THIS IS A FEAR FREE CERTIFIED CLINIC! This means that they are educated and trained in creating a low stress environment for any pet that comes in the door. I am fear free certified as I used to work in an animal clinic and I can attest to how thorough and extensive that training is and can say with 100% certainty that this is an important contribution to ANY clinic. I have a very nervous little dog who isn’t aggressive but extremely shy. It is very important for me to know that he is good hands especially if I am not physically in the room with him (due to COVID-19 precautionary measures). The doctors and staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave my little guy extra attention. He came out very happy from his first appointment. The doctor took the extra time to ensure I had all of the information I needed regarding a medical procedure and shared a ton of extra information for my review. I felt that all of my needs were met. Before my pups appointment, this clinic sent me a few forms with questions about my dog’s medical history, wether he prefers men/women, what scares him, if he was aggressive etc. that way they could review that information prior to seeing him. I felt that this extra step is incredibly effective and eases my worries as dog mom! When the technician came to my car for my dog she took a few minutes for my dog to smell her and pet him so he would be a little bit more comfortable with her. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!!! I am so happy I’ve found this clinic and incredibly satisfied with the service we received. We do have to drive about 45 minutes to get here but it is worth the drive! 100% would recommend!

First time here, staff and doc were extremely friendly and helpful. Pamphlet provided with various information regarding cat caring. Only downside is rather costly, both exam fees and med. an ointment(terramycin) was charged 2.5 times more than when you could’ve gotten elsewhere for $20...

We have been extremely happy with the service here. Never had a bad experience in a 3+ years. They follow up after visits and don’t charge an arm and a leg for every little thing.

This review is for Pei and not for the whole clinic. We called needing a last minute appointment for our puppy dog who gets bad ear infections. It was 8:30am on Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend on 5/22. Pei was not willing to see us, do a visit over the phone, or call in medicine. The vet told the receptionist to say that what we were asking for is illegal. Which is not true and an awful thing to say. We are just trying to take good care of our puppy dog, willing to come in at any time, or willing to start a medication until they can see her so it does not get worse over the next four days. How completely jaded, uncaring, and callous. This vet Pei should not be taking care of animals because she didn’t try to help us in any way. It’s not just the decent thing to do, it’s her job.

We followed Dr. Pei here when she left a veterinarian clinic that was closer to us. Now she's a twenty minute drive away but it's still worth it. All of the doctors here are trustworthy and caring, and the staff is friendly and courteous.

My old special needs bulldog mix saw Dr Pei for the 1st time today & our experience was wonderful! The post exam call (COVID means no in office / face to face visits) was so thorough and professional. I had plenty of time to ask any questions and I love that the staff takes care of calling prior vets for history (she has several). Everyone I have spoken to so far has been super nice and professional and I feel like they really care about my old girl.

Staff are great. They're always willing to make sure you have everything you need to take care of your pets.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I would give more stars if I could. Even with both of my current pets being very scared of vets, the vets here were so patient, flexible, and compassionate. A previous dog, who has since peacefully died, was muzzled within 10 minutes at a different vet, for a regular exam; here, despite getting blood and urine drawn and a glaucoma test done, she was never once muzzled. Turns out, sticking whipped cream in her face is the key! I especially appreciate that I never get talked down to, even if I am asking a million questions. They never push medications or treatments, unless they truly believe it is the best thing for your pet. The entire staff are always pleasant, helpful, and kind, though a special shoutout to Dr. Schultz and Dr. Jordan! Great veterinary practice, I couldn't recommend them more!

CoastView is really exemplary. We put our cat to sleep there about a month ago, and they were so kind. It's not a fun experience, no matter how you slice it, but they were amazing. The last time we went through this, many years ago, I remember the vet questioning our choice, which made me feel guilty, then finally administering the drugs in this sterile room, and then leaving us alone. The CV staff did quite the opposite, they NEVER questioned that we and our cat was ready. Like why would we put down our cat, just cuz?? They stayed in this lovely little, decorated comfort room with us to make sure Izzy had a peaceful death. They even provided CHOCOLATE. OMG. They've been great with our dogs, and well visits too, but as someone who does grief counseling for a living, they get my respect!!
