It was my first time with Aussie Pet Mobile and I was not disappointed. Gaby was great with my dog. It was also a fast service and it was very convenient having them come to us. Lily was very happy with her bath.

The best grooming service we’ve ever experienced. Excellent customer service and they truly treat our fur babies with such care. Rebekah and Brian are awesome groomers and you won’t be disappointed in how your pups look after the service.

Ash did an amazing job with our Persian cat. She was patient with our sassy cat and was very professional, friendly and quick!

I’ve used Angel before and recommend him. Although he won’t let u stay in the truck like some groomers do, he does seem to be good with the animals. Recently tried this place again. Groomer jasmine never showed up. When we called to find out why, they gave us a phone number we haven’t had in years and said they called that. Clearly they didn’t confirm the phone number at the time of the appointment as we wouldn’t have provided the number they said they called. Also why wouldn’t they get out of truck and knock on door or ring bell? Their story makes no sense. They then said they would come out right away. And never did. Nor did they make this up to us in any way. Don’t understand what happened here.

Spent 30 minutes with our dog and did not clip nails or blow dry. No adjustment in $89 price for services not rendered. Staff was friendly (why I gave two stars) but $89 for 30 minute bath not worth the cost.

Virginia was our groomer for years when we had Great Danes and Laboradors. They aged and eventually passed away. This last year we acquired two new puppies, afghan hounds. The hair on this breed is a challenge. Virginia is great with them. Patient and kind, but firm enough to get the job done efficiently. They look amazing after their bath and blow-dry, and feel and smell wonderful. We love that we can be with them while they have their grooming, rather than just drop them off somewhere and have no idea how they will be treated. We totally trust Virginia and would want anyone else taking care of them!

Jennifer was so sweet and SO AMAZING with our pup!! I have a two year old Australian Shepherd mix that becomes very skittish when strangers come to our property. She has a difficult time trusting new people. Jennifer handled our pup so well! Her cut looks amazing, she smells amazing and even better, once she was done with her grooming, Jennifer brought my pup to our apartment and was clearly so comfortable with her by the point! It made my boyfriend and I so happy to see this! Jennifer, we will be requesting you again! Thank you so so much!!

Awesome people. Vanessa was awesome! First time using a mobile groomer and I will continue from now on. I have cats and a dog. This time I needed my cat groomed. I couldn’t find a single place to book. I looked up various mobile ones and nothing. I came across Aussie and she booked me the next day! On time and courteous! Claw loves his new cut. A++++++ 5 stars!

RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RELIABLE, NOT RESPONSIBLE Note: The owner’s response below is wrong. This is posted for the correct business in San Diego! Groomer Jasmine showed up FOUR hours late to our appointment in San Diego without calling ahead. When she arrived, she didn't apologize for missed appointment, making excuses, and was rude, hostile and belligerent. She didn't park where asked, didn't follow instructions, etc. Then insulted our pet, saying she was excited. However, at the actual time of the appointment, FOUR HOURS earlier, we walked the dog, tired her out, fed her, etc. so that she was ready to be groomed. Unfortunately, the office was similar. They didn't coordinate the original appointment properly, they provided the groomer with incorrect information, and didn't notify us she was coming back. We actually called several times to find out why they hadn't showed, and go no callback. Then she just showed up. I've never seen such poor customer service, unprofessionalism, etc. Not sure how this place Aussie Pet Mobile of Southern California is still in business.

They never pick up the phone 4)I left voicemails and no one called back 5)groomer Jasmine was unprofessional, had an attitude, and didn’t accomodations our needs 6)owner called and made excuses for her saying she had wrong phone number. However she had correct address and could have knocked on door. 7)the entire experience was abysmal. I wouldn’t recommend using this place at all. 8)no offer to fix problem at all 9)worse of all: this place tried to bill us for an appointment they didn’t come to and for work they didn’t do

Angel was a cat whisperer. Did an amazing job with our 2 crazy Siberian cats. Wish we found him earlier and will 100% use him again!

Aussie’s Pet Mobile has been wonderful. Caitlin is fun and energetic. She is so caring with our sweet old puppy, Tabatha. You can’t beat the convenience Of having them right at door on time and ready to take care of our dog.

My groomer was on time and was so sweet. My dog loved her! She did a great job - my dogs nails were quite long and she trimmed them up perfectly. I will definitely use their services again!

Gabby was awesome!! She was very patient with our big Maine Coon and informative with what was happening during the grooming process. It was great to be able to have the option to see exactly what she was doing and using on our boy. I will definitely be using her as our groomer again.

I was very happy with my experience with Aussie Pet Salon. The technician was gentle with our two senior dogs and brought them back clean and completely shaved down for the summer which is what we wanted. My only reason for the 4 stars is it seems like the cost is exorbitant and I feel a more reasonable cost is warranted. Otherwise I was happy with my experience.

Amy did an awesome job on my mini schnauzer and shi tzu. It was so convenient to have Aussie Pet Mobile come out. My schedule has been too hectic to take my furries somewhere, so it was so worth it, and easy to schedule. The dispatch for this company is very on top of getting back to you. I did everything online and through email. Highly recommend Amy as your groomer. I will be requesting her from now on.

They did a great job and the groomer, Amanda, was very nice to my two dogs and professional towards me. It was the first time my dogs left from a bath and still liked the person bathing them. I just wish it was a tad bit cheaper so we could do this on a more regular basis but I also understand why the cost is a little higher than a traditional groomer (But the higher cost is totally worth it!).
