My puppy has been coming here since we got her and we never had a problem before up until last visit. We used to live in Sandiego and moved to Temecula but continued to take her to the place for vaccine shots/ treatments. Today we were charged extra fee because it took time to travel and pick her up which never was the case before. My pup has allergic reactions to vaccines so they have always been monitoring for few hours after her vaccine shot and I was never charged on that before. Upon asking about this Emily has been really rude and asked to change the VET!!! All I asked for is the REASON FOR CHARGE and why was I not charged before but only now!! I feel like they want to extract money some way or the other if the bill doesn't round up! I DONOT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL ANY MORE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Back in September I brought in my dog for the first time to All Day Pet Hospital. She had become very I’ll very quickly and we were so lucky to be able to get a same day appointment. The doctor was very caring and professional and set her up for a hospital transport. Unfortunately after a few days in the hospital she did not make it. I am opening this mail a little late, but the hospital made a donation in her name. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this kind gesture after losing my best friend. Thank you so much for helping other pets in my Sophie’s honor!

We will be always grateful to the whole staff in All Day Pet Hospital. We were visiting family in SD when our puppy started vomiting. Initially we thought it was something minor, but in the afternoon the dog looked really bad and we knew that we needed to see a doctor. Dr. Mayor was the only one who agreed to squeeze him in without appointment in his already full schedule. After the exam and the X-Ray that they did, it became clear that our dog had an obstruction that had to be removed immediately if we wanted him to survive. Dr Mayor performed the surgery right away. The whole staff stayed until after midnight to take care of our little guy and made sure that he would have a chance to survive. Our dog stayed in the hospital for 5 days. Without going into too many details we are very happy with everything they did for us. For that whole period all the doctors that took care of our dog and the whole hospital staff were very attentive and did everything necessary to make sure he would recover properly and quick. Even after we took him they kept calling us and checking how his recovering was going. Our little guy is fully recovered and healthy now and we are incredibly thankful to All Day Pet Hospital for that! If we lived in SD that would definitely be our primary vet. Thank You!

I am blown away by the Vet here. My poor cat has reoccurring bladder infections. So I took her to this office on a whim when I wasn’t able to make an apt with my usual Vet. The information I was given from this Dr. was stellar. I love that he walked me through preventative options, even suggesting pheromones to distress my fur child. I think this will be my new Vet. My only “meh” about the situation. I wasn’t able to use my care credit card unless the total cost was over 300$. Thank you ALL DAY !!!! Thank you for squeezing in my baby .

Brought in our pet to be checked after a laceration , days after the visit and paying $250+ the problem was not solved and there was no improvement yet. Staff was rude over the phone . Waste of time and money and effort .

I’ve taken my puppy here multiple times and never had a problem until yesterday. I took my puppy in because he has been having diarrhea and right off the bat the doctor said he needed x-rays, an injection, and two different types of oral medication without even diagnosing him. They also told me they were doing a fecal sample and CHARGED ME FOR IT, only to come out a couple minutes after I payed to say they weren’t able to get a fecal sample. I really wish they would have told me before charging me $60 for something they literally did not do. I’m just confused how a doctor can prescribe multiple medications BEFORE conducting the diagnostic tests??? Seems like he just wanted to add as many things as he could to charge me for… This is extremely upsetting because now my puppy is filled with multiple medications that were not only very expensive but could potentially not be helping his situation because they were given before the tests were done, and could make him feel worse because of all the potential side effects. Let me be clear, it is MORE than obvious that All Day Pet Hospital’s #1 priority is money. If they truly cared about my pet they would have found out what is wrong with him BEFORE creating a treatment plan. $400 later and I get my puppy back and have the doctor tell me his GI tract is inflamed and he is gassy… like I could have told you that myself before coming in. I don’t know what changed but this place is not capable of truly caring for pets as their main concern is extracting as much money as possible from clients. PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TAKE YOUR PETS SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY WILL GET REAL CARE.

I’ve had to take my dog here twice because our current vet is always booked at least 2 weeks out. Both times we’ve called we were seen the same day. Both vets who run this clinic took the time to answer my questions which helped put me at ease. Also for being an urgent care this vet is reasonably priced.

Would consider other vets, we wasted time and money here. We drove out of our way to get our dog examined because they were open on a Sunday. I didn't get a good first impression because we were waiting outside for awhile and the girl who finally greeted us was straight rude. I asked if they could clip his nails she said it would cost $15. We were not invited to see the doctor in the examination room or at all in person to discuss anything. After waiting, they called and said that they didn't know what was wrong and then promptly emailed a list of estimated procedures costing around $600+ in order to figure it out. Note- the nail clipping was not on their fancy proposal. Our whole experience was not personable and was lacking in so many areas. We didn't receive any information regarding our dogs health and the examination. We decided to not go through with it, payed an office fee and were glad to get out of there. We ended up at a vet in El Cajon with modern technology and great customer service which was only 1/3 of the cost. We received better communication and professionalism (with options) elsewhere.

Our dog had a very badly infected tooth. Not only were we were able to get her an appointment the same day, but they handled it the same day and got her feeling better in no time. The staff was very friendly and professional. I am so grateful for them and very impressed with how communicative the doctors and staff have been. The professionals at All Day Pet Hospital have earned my trust and business for both of our dogs from now on. Thank you!!!!

All Day Pet Hospital exceeded our expectations on numerous levels. First, in timeliness and willingness to see our boy when everyone else was at capacity including our usual vet and VCA. While all clinics nationwide are overwhelmed and overtaxed, all staff were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They truly cared about our pup from intake through sedation and beyond. Additionally, the doctor (Bayon) gave transparent recommends that actually saved us money (though we were willing to pay what it took to get the the bottom of what was making him sick). Additionally, the facilities were very clean and welcoming. I would go back in a heartbeat. Baloo was in great hands. This was a huge relief especially when we were scared and vulnerable. All Day did what one else could today and we are incredibly grateful.

Took my cat in after she was attacked by another cat. Staff gave me a course of antibiotics to give her and very little instructions. Seemed to be in a big rush. I tried to ask question but got very short, curt answers. When I got home and looked at my bill I saw they had marked the antibiotic shot they were supposed to do in the office as “declined”. This was false. Then 4 days later I happened to look up the take-home antibiotic and saw it needs to be refrigerated. I was not told anything about that and the medicine wasn’t on ice or anything to indicate it should be kept cold. This is super upsetting not only because I paid almost $200 for literally nothing, but even worse my cat got no actual treatment in their office and rotten antibiotics sent home so she’s had deep scratches totally untreated on her face for 4 days. Absolutely terrible experience. I called the office and they didn’t seem to care at all - I’m supposed to get a call back in 48-72 hours. Ridiculous.

I had no choice but to take my dog to this vet on Saturday 7/31 as my usual vet had closed for the day, and every other emergency vet in my area had a 4+ hour wait. All Day Pet Hospital was able to squeeze me in with an appointment less than 2 hours after I called. Being that we've gone to our normal vet for over 15 years it was a bit nerve-racking to have to visit a new place, especially since with covid they only have drop off services. And being the crazy dog mom that I am of course I read every single review on Google and got a bit freaked out considering some of the negative reviews, especially since I was bringing my dog in for an eye infection/issue. Let me tell you that the staff and veterinarian treating my dog was not only extremely kind, friendly, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable, but their prices are also extremely reasonable. The vet visit itself, along with six other services and/or medications only cost me $200. Please, let me remind you that yes there are bad people in this world but most don't go into helping animals so I can assure you that your pet is in very good hands when you drop them off at All Day Pet Hospital. I feel like the negative reviews of this place are folks who didn't get their way, truly don't understand what goes into veterinary services and helping animals, or are upset that veterinary costs are quite expensive. Just imagine how much your medical exam would cost if you didn't have insurance. Anyway, I wanted to make sure that for those of you who may be in a similar spot as I, where you are visiting this vet for the first time perhaps because you're looking for someone new or because you have no other choice, you have made the right choice. To the staff and vet who cared for my 14-year-old beagle while I was a wreck last Saturday, THANK YOU for all that you do.

You need to know about my girlfriend and my experience before you consider coming here. We brought our dog here because he had an eye infection. $250+ later, after a comprehensive eye exam, we were told to give antibiotics and eye drops, and to put a cone on him. Well, 2 weeks later, my girlfriend and I were not seeing any improvements. We asked them do do another eye exam, and they assured us everything was okay. As I was pinning the poor guy down to administer eye drops the next day, I couldn't believe it when I saw a fox tail in his eye! THESE ARE INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS and often make it all the way to the brain of your dog if not caught in time. THEY DID NOT CATCH THIS AFTER THEIR COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAM. I had to catch it. They called us and apologized after my girlfriend wrote a review, and I asked for a refund. They said they would get back to me. They never did. So I guess All Day Pet Hospital is going to keep my $250+ despite the negligence on their part.

My dog was diagnosed with "eye infection" at this "hospital". We got antibiotics and drops - after 2 weeks - no improvement. My pup woke up with a bloody gooey eye every morning, and I was becoming extremely nervous that he will just loose sight at some point. The doctor was just prescribing more and more antibiotics, and drops despite my request to come for more exams. Well, I should have known better and should not have blindly trusted this establishment. I guess, pretty much any other clinic would be better. This morning my boyfriend was helping me with putting the drops in pup's eye (don't get me even started on how much pain he suffered, isolation from other dogs and being in the cone all this time). And my boyfriend saw a foxtail in the dog's eye...that the "doctor" has somehow missed. Luckily, our dog is well at the moment. We paid $250+ for the wrong diagnosis and complete negligence. Worst experience when you are the most vulnerable. Don't risk it, I don't know how much more grey hair I had from visiting this place.

Thank you for all your help with my cat Michele in her last days. You all helped make it easier to deal with. Thank you for the donation in her name to the Face Foundation and also the personalized card you sent to me.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Called in the morning for my puppy who had an eye infection and they saw him the same day. During the appointment they were so communicative, calling a couple of times to explain what the vet was doing and how much it was going to cost. I felt in the know the entire time. Not only did they treat his eye infection, they made time to give him his second round of a rabies shot. The pricing was fair and affordable. Overall great experience from start to finish!

Focus on how much money they can make and not on your animal’s well-being. Don’t take your pet to this place.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Dr. Mayor and Dr. Bayon and their incompetent staff are money hungry. We lost our puppy due to the negligence and mismanaged operations in this facility. They are not fully equipped to handle hospitalizations yet claim the title hospital in their name. Poor marketing. The entire focus of the staff including and leading with the manager Emily Vidal was to collect money from us before sending us a nearly dead animal. I felt uncomfortable and confused the whole time our dog was there. 7 days and the result was a dead animal. We spent over $1,200 to have our puppy stay here for parvovirus treatment. We understand the circumstances however they made it seem like that they could handle the situation, and only when the puppy was too sick and too weak they inform me the puppy can either go home or if money is not an option it should go to an ER. What? Thats the response after a week. One day the puppy was doing good one day the puppy was dying. You guys can't be serious. This review is not over. As I spoke to more and more vets and vet techs, the consensus was that the puppy might need a transfusion. This place Is a complete joke of an operation. When mentioned to the vets treating out pup, they said they don't have the Red blood cell packets and it was not necessary to perform. In the end we lost our puppy and all these people cared about was collecting money. Completely horrible experience and I urge any pet lovers out there to please reconsider this place. RIP Puppers, rest in pup heaven.

My dog got sick during the holidays and this was the only vet we found open. Dr. Mayor and his assistances help us during the two weeks Kira was sick. They were very professional and caring. We really appreciate their hard work. I highly recommend this place. They care about your pets.

Taking my pup to All Day was the best move I made. Collin, the vet tech, was incredibly helpful and made me confident in their work that they would take care of my puppy. He calmed me down when I needed it and kept it 100% honest with me. She was very sick and within one day she was already showing a huge difference in recovery. Thank you to Dr Bayor as well! He is INCREDIBLE! I am someone who asks a thousand questions because I am curious about it all and he answered everything I was going to ask prior to me asking. Thank you so so much. Lani and I will be back regularly for check-ups and anything else

Horrible experience, I dont get how I make an appointment and sit outside for 20 minutes unacknowledged and the time that one of the nurses came out to drop off a dog she didn't even bother to ask if I was being helped, I had to say …

CHAOS...on so many levels. First we dropped our dog off at the curb because of covid. They took her in to be examined and brought her back out to wait for a phone call. We got the phone call but they asked me how Oleg was planning to pay for the entire proceedure bill. I said who in the heck is Oleg?? (wrong dog, wrong owner, I guess). Second we dropped off the dog the next day to have a dental cleaning under anesthesia. When we dropped her off I asked if we needed to sign any more papers. The gal said NO. We proceeded to stop and get a bite to eat at a restaurant while dog was being treated. We were not there 5 minutes when I got a call saying that I needed to come back and sign paperwork! To top everything off, during the dental cleaning they were supposed to call me and tell me what teeth needed to be pulled. I got a call and was told 6 incisors, the right fang, and left upper pre molar. I said okay. A few days later, when the dog let me look inside her sore mouth, I noticed the teeth they told me would be pulled were not, instead the teeth on the other side were the ones that they pulled out! I called the doctor and he did research on his surgery report and we compared that with my dogs mouth in front of me. Sure enough, in the phone call they had listed the wrong teeth, the surgery report also had marked down the wrong teeth being pulled. He wanted me to bring her in, which I did . He verified that yes a lot of mistakes were made. He tells me the correct teeth were pulled out in the end, but how are we going to know for sure? He issued a new surgery report (after the fact) that was corrected. I do not understand how all these mistakes could have been made?

My poor doggo has been sick for weeks off an on and today it seemed worse. Our regular vet couldn't see him so we took him to All Day Animal Hospital. It was amazing! They had us come right in. Also, they were so Covid safe. We waited in the car until they came out and took him in. Their protocols are strict, which makes me very happy. They didn't charge us an office fee, just for the treatments he needed. I was surprised at the fair cost. I highly recommend!

We are so glad we chose All Day Pet Hospital as our regular vet. The staff are incredible! So professional, kind and on top of everything. Our puppy actually ENJOYS going to the vet because he gets to see this staff. His tail goes crazy when they come get him (curbside drop off due to COVID-19)

I got a new kitten and was looking to find a top-rated vet closer to home. I am SO happy I was referred to All Day Pet Hospital. THEY ARE AMAZING. My cat had really bad ear mites that required multiple treatments (and as a result an eye infection from scratching). All Day Pet Hospital took such good care of my new kitty and also my wallet. I've had enough animals to know you plan financially for things that come up, but in no way was I expecting so much to occur right from the beginning! Without even asking they were sure to save me money in every way they could. They care about the animals they treat and their owners. I will most definitely be staying with All Day Pet Hospital <3
