I was never going to write this review until I was treated so poorly after filing a complaint with the manager of this salon. I took my dog here to get groomed and the groomer left a cotton ball so deeply lodged into my dogs ear canal that it was not visible to me nor my vet. After I picked my dog up she was noticeably uncomfortable scratching her ear constantly, and shaking her head. This is not normal for my dog so I assumed they maybe put too much water in her ear during a bath so I immediately made an appointment with our vet. After several ear cleanings from my vet and a diagnosed ear infection filled with bacteria in my dogs ear the vet found a cotton ball in her ear canal. Obviously this was deeply upsetting and negligent of the groomer to leave cleaning supplies in my dogs ear, which in turn caused her an infection. I called the manager to let her know this and kindly asked to be reimbursed for my vet bill, not even the bath. The manager was very rude and reluctant but told me to email her the invoice to which she would mail me a check for. But once I emailed her the invoice it then became an uphill battle from there. She insinuated that I was lying, and that I told the groomer that my dog had an ear infection prior and that she had to “check tapes” and told me she was going to fire her groomer as punishment. She was trying to make me feel guilty and tell her not to reimburse me. I was shocked at her aggressiveness and unprofessionalism. I told her it was extremely unprofessional to discuss how she was going to reprimand her employees and it was none of my business. I then stated that if my dog did have an ear infection prior to her cleaning it is even worse that the groomer knew that and put a cotton ball in her ear and left it there. No matter which way she framed it her her salon was in the wrong and made a big mistake. Not only that but it is extremely dangerous, if i had not found it when i did it would’ve sat in her ear and she could’ve had serious damage such as loss of hearing and increased growth of bacteria and yeast. This place is not safe, they do not care about their customers or the repercussions of their actions. I strongly do not recommend taking your animal to this facility to get groomed. Moral of the story treat your customers with respect and kindness and take responsibility for your mistakes. We not only pay you a lot of money but we trust you to take care of our animals that we love like family.

I will never take my dogs to Bow Wow Beautiful again ever! So many things about these people that are just so wrong, how they mistreat their customers and the pets , I don't even know where to begin. I'm just going to leave it there and never make the horrible mistake of dealing with those people ever again.

At Bow Wow Cortney takes extra care for your Furbaby. She definitely is a Furbaby Lover. My Baby and Angel are Bigger Furbabys and they Love going to see her. They come back clean, nails done with smiles and wagging tails. Best place ever to go.

Danielle has been the most detailed, careful, and loving dog groomer we've ever had. She is perfection.

I want to give a shout out to Danielle who did a phenomenal job on my golden retriever/german shepard mix! He was desperately in need of a cut and brush because the hair tumble weeds around the house were getting to be too much. We will certainly be returning to Danielle at Bow Wow!!

We've been bringing our tea cup Yorkie here for a while now. They do a great job and you can tell they love the pets they groom.

This is the best place I have ever taken my dog to. He loved them, and they him. Pampered and proud he was. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent prices, Heidi is my go to groomer and who I always refer to when it comes to my dog. She is very polite and is very knowledgeable, will definitely come again.

Best experience at a dog groomer! Mary went over all areas of our Aussie"s cost beforehand to make sure she was clear on what we wanted. She did a beautiful job. Everyone seemed very professional and all dogs seemed to be very happy there. Our Aussie is often leary of dog salons but she felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend!

I love this place for our pug. They always go out of their way for everyone. They have a pretty good reputation in the neighborhood and their prices are very reasonable!

All of the groomers do an amazing job, and they truly care for the well-being of the pups they groom. They also do a lot of work for free, giving "makeovers" to dogs who have been taken in by rescue organizations. Love this place!!
