Connor did a great job with our cat Pancakes. She typically doesn’t get along with people but he was so gentle with her and she loved him. He took his time and made sure she had a pleasant experience and didn’t get overly stressed. Pancakes is really difficult with grooming but he was patient and did what was best for her. I would highly recommend Connor to anyone looking to get their dog or cat groomed!

We have a long haired cat who does NOT like us to brush or bathe her (she's a spoiled princess and we're push overs). I lost my groomer after she sold her business and it's impossible to find good "chain" ones. I've used their services twice now and it is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Vic is professional, soft spoken and very good with keeping her calm. He does great cuts on her and she's always happy after. We're thrilled and will be customers for life!

We were having some trouble finding a cat groomer because many of the mobile groomers only groom dogs. Then I found Aussie Pet Mobile OC and booked an appointment. They were professional, courteous and our groomer Thalia was absolutely amazing with our cat. We've already booked our next appointment. They're really great folks and they know how to take care of a anxious cat.

Elizabeth showed up on time and gave the dogs lots of care and attention to detail. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

This is the first time using this company. Elizabeth seemed fine. I asked her to give my Shih-Tzu a puppy cut as he is a 7 month old puppy. She shaved his entire body except for his tail. That is not a puppy cut--that is just shaving his entire beautiful black and white fur. A puppy cut leaves about an inch or 2 of fur on his body, legs, face etc. The paws are shaved too. He now has to grow out some hair to look cute She said he had fleas and gave him a flea bath for more money. Then charged me an extra $50 for my sons dog, even though the dog was not groomed. So I paid $160. Way too much money for a badly groomed Shih-Tzu. Never again.

first time calling this service today. They came out and cleaned up my cat and trimmed her nailed and deshed her. She looks and smells great!!! Thanks again for the killer service today!! [Update] its been a couple weeks and my cat STILL looks amazing!!

Expensive but my dog needed to be cut bad.. wish I would of never done it .. his face, ears and under his chin were not even I ended up having to do more cutting.. not a happy customer .. groomer Rachel

First time user for my 15 year old goldendoodle gentleman and couldn't be happier, He has hip and back problems but priscilla wa so gentle with him helping him up the ramp. He came out beautiful and very happy iinfact when she was leaving he was going to go with her, I highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile Orange County.

They used to be great but the last time my dog got groomed they sent out a new person which i didnt particularly want to because my dog gets anxious but i decided to give it a chance but she was awful she forgot to cut the nails on 2 of my dogs feet until I pointed it out, the dog was terrified when he came back (more so then usual) and he was left very wet. This time i had scheduled with a particular groomer then i got a text from a different groomer that they were on the way. Apparently they changed the groomer without telling me because the groomer i scheduled with wasn't in the area that day. Guess I'll be finding a new groomer who can communicate effectively with there clients.

My kitty Luna has been getting chubby and she has had a tough time grooming herself. She's been a nightmare for me to try and do it myself, but Aussie Pet Mobile came to our rescue! Matt, the groomer, was sweet to her, efficient, professional, and Luna loved him! She is normally scared of men, so that's saying something. Another bonus - Aussie took all my info via text and they were really great with communicating with me. If we need grooming services again, we're calling Aussie again.

I couldn't have asked for a better service. Joel was both friendly and very professional. My wife and I just got our new fur- friend from he shelter yesterday and he reeked of urine poor thing. Well, now thanks to Joel, he smells like roses :) ..it'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Used them because I had trouble getting to a groomer because of my work schedule and it was a fantastic experience. It was my cats first groom and Conrad did an excellent job and treated my cat great. Would definitely recommend Aussie Pet to anyone looking to get their animals groomed .

It was a beautiful job, so shiny, smooth and especially no puffs/flying hairs. Makes for less sweeping/vacuuming. Lol Dominique was very welcoming, gentle and understanding of Shasta's apprehension. I would hire your/her services again and again, (which I think I am on the books for another visit in 3 months). I would also recommend your services to all my furry friends parents/loved ones. My experience was awesome. I was babysitting my grand dog and he got the works. He's cute so he gets a lot of attention anyway, but he was silky and so happy when they were finished with him. Will definitely use again.

This was my dogs first time with a groomer and I am so happy that used Aussie Pet Mobile and can't say enough great things about them. Everyone I spoke with was SO nice when scheduling the appointment and their overall customer service is really top notch. When Joel arrived, both my dogs were scared and wouldn't stop barking. Joel was so patient with them (probably more patient than I was) and spent a lot of time trying to calm them down, you could just tell how much he loves animals. Even though they were still a bit scared being their first grooming experience, I felt completely comfortable leaving them in the van with Joel. Once i was gone, they opened up to him and he was able to gain their affection. Both of my dogs look great and are softer than they have ever been.

My Lab has extremely bad skin allergies and requires extra time with his bath. Aussie Pet Mobile is amazing with my big boy and extremely caring❤????

I was worried that my cat wouldn't cooperate while getting his haircut but Joel was as patient as a saint and we got the job done! I was very pleased with the service and have already recommended Aussie to my friends.
