Amazing friendly staff here. We were not sure what to expect as our dog is a rescue and can be shy around other dogs. During the temperament testing, she didn't want to go in. I just walked to the entrance to the play area and her tail was wagging. I didn't go past the door, but Jessie kept waking and our dog had her tail wagging. We found out on pickup that she had a great time and was playing with the other dogs all day. Just what we were hoping would happen. Can't say enough about the staff that made our dog feel welcome and comfortable.

How can you guys expect me to allow you to take care of my dog if you don't answer your phone or respond to the text phone number. Too funny.

Great place for doggie day care, they have 1/2 day & full day, flexible drop off and pickup times, great for boarding too. They take good notes for your dogs special needs, feeding, & meds. Really friendly staff and the dogs love them, they always come home happy

Best place to bring your dogs, the staff is amazing and we trust them to the fullest. I saw one negative comment, and that’s a bummer, but that is an extremely rare situation and I know Hydrant has make all necessary changes to always ensure your pets safety.

My dog loves his time at doggie day care. He can't wait to get inside to play. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They facilitate is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend bringing your dog or cat here.

Can't say enough great things. Staff is wonderful. It's easy to tell they love pets. My dog has serious separation anxiety and the first few times we brought her she was so scared. Now I can barely hold on to the leash when we pull up she is so excited to go!!!????

We have taken our little rescue dog there a few times now and the staff is friendly and they play with the animals! Pricing is competitive and I feel good leaving our little guy there.

The only thing I feel ALL customers should be aware of, is that all employees, that aren't even trained on how to use SHOCK COLLARS on your pets, use them WITHOUT YOUR CONCENT if the dog starts acting up. Not good business practice. Anyone can just shock your dog, at anytime, for any reason.

The best place in Orange County for your petcare needs! The staff is super friendly, qualified and helpful! The owners, Megan and Brooke treat your pet as if they are their own. I never have to worry when I drop my dog off. If you are looking for a place to take your dog or cat this is the place.

Customer service is not there most of the time nobody answers the phone

Owners Brooke & Megan have been taking care of our dog Beez for many years. Since it opened last year, our experience at Hydrant has been fantastic - it is clean and warm and is a very pleasant atmosphere. Along with the rest of their staff, they take exceptional care of our dog. I give this place and the Hydrant team the highest recommendation and would not take our dog anywhere else.

-THIS PLACE IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR DOG. IN FACT, THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS AND PROBABLY VIOLATING COMPLIANCE LAWS- First and foremost- Dogs are family. We take them to these businesses because we love and trust that our family member will be well taken care of. We believe that businesses like these are founded by their deep love for dogs. Hydrant Pet Hotel is far from it.. 1. There are not enough QUALIFIED staff per dog area to supervise and ensure their wellness & SAFETY. 2. They allege the small and large dogs are separated. Yet, when my friend picked up her little Max (Chihuahua) who endured this TRAUMATIC injury, they had two “stories”: (1) Max scratched his eye, then upon realizing how preposterous their lie was, they go with option (2) Sky- her Siberian Husky did this to him. 3. They leave him in this state OVERNIGHT with NO TREATMENT, no proactive effort to take him to the vet, no photos of the injury provided to the owner even when she asked repeatedly, no accountability, no apology, just a “your other dog did it, so POUND SAND” mentality. **Wags and Wiggles and Paw Sweet Paw** have an authorization form with your vet that gives them permission to take them to the vet, no questions asked** 4. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED- They used to have cameras and then removed them because they were receiving too many calls of owners asking and inquiring about their dog. FYI- I have never had other daycares complain EVER for calling regarding my baby *umm.. then why did you open this business? 5. This was a loyal customer who spends over $700+ EVERY MONTH. She spent time with the staff and owners outside business hours. If they treat her dog like this, how do you think they will treat yours? (I know.. not very well). 6. Failure to recognize that fact and mistreat a family member is what I believe is most problematic with this circus they’re running. 7. They are not properly equipped to care for ANY DOG. 8. Those who take advantage of the weak & vulnerable are trash. What happens when you stand next to trash? You start smelling like trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DANGEROUS, SCARY PLACE.

Simply the cleanest pet hotel /spa that I have ever visited! It's Snickers first visit here, however don't see having any issues. Wonderful place.

I take my mini dachshund to Hydrant and they are absolutely amazing. Kind, professional and helpful staff in an exceptionally clean environment. I feel my dog is safe and in a loving environment!

My baby girl LOVES this place so much. I know she is well loved and having a fun time when she isn't with us because she arrives and leaves with a puppy smile on her face. Clean facilities, with great staff, and good energy.

I worked at this company for only a short time. However, I must say that this place is insanely awesome!! THIS is how pet boarding should be.. when you heard at the vet your per is left in it's small cafe except for the 3x a day they are walked only to use the bathroom. Not how I would want my oet taken care if. At Hydrant hotel your dog is only it's his/her room if it's feeding time or bedtime. They have a wonderful staff as well. O recommend this place to dog and cat owners.

the best place for your pups.. we did not understand the value of e collars but after educating ourselves I am so happy they are utilized. The collars are very safe and sensible. 99 % of the time a simple vibration is used as a way of getting the animals attention. There is always a risk of a dog fight and the e collars are so beneficial. As much as we love our pups the bottom line is they are animals.. we use the Hydrant so often our boys feel at home there. The owners are top notch business owners and dog lovers.

Friendly, easy, professional & reliable. They accommodate our older Bernese mountain dog. He does extremely well in their care and is as happy as could be when we pick him up.

When we got our puppy, we searched high and low for the best day care with our busy/constantly changing work schedules, needing boarding, puppy lovers + training experts, and positive people. Hydrant Pet Hotel FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! They love our puppy, pickup/drop off, feed, bathe, train (even us) and always help us with a SMILE! It’s been a year with weekday, holiday, + boarding with EXCEPTIONAL service with not ever having a single less than perfect experience. Is there anything they can’t do?!? They are experts in the industry and the epitome of how a business should be run. If only every company we worked with had the same standards of professionalism, passion, execution, and style as they do! No one deserves a stellar yelp review more than they do! 5 stars were made for businesses like the Hydrant Pet Hotel! Our dog is excited to go play every single morning when we turn onto their street and that speaks for itself.

Our seven month old pup Jeter spent eight days and nights at Hydrant. He loved it! He was returned to us exhausted and smelling really good. He is looking forward to spending more time there.
