Jessica did such an amazing job with my dog! He was so shaggy (as you can see in the before shot). I brought in a picture of what I was hoping for in terms of a dog haircut, and she was so detail-oriented and kind and truly gave my pup his best haircut ever. Will definitely be coming back, specifically for her! ????????

Very pleased with the doggie hotel, this was our second time leaving our baby doggie and the staff are very friendly. We boarded him for 5 nights with no problem, thankful for the friendly faces and making our vacations go smoothly !!

The PetsHotel was very easy to get into. The attendants were open and answered my questions and it was a very smooth transition. My dogs read vibes very well and they were very calm… I’m not worried leaving my dog at the PatsHotel for Christmas.

Our family was super disappointed in the Santa photo set up over the weekend. We made the time, drove a few cities over and we were really excited... then we saw the Santa.... not what was advertised. Basically threw a Halloween custom on an employee and called it a day. The ad showed a professional Santa. I would show the photo, but I don't think it is the employees fault. The kids were pretty disappointed. Hard pass next year.

I would not recommend this as dog boarding option. I was charged an extra 350 emergency vet fee for my dog having diarrhea and anxiety after being surrounded by 100 other dogs. I’m upset, I feel like my dog wasn’t taken good care of. I feel this facility is negligent for having that many dogs and not enough staff to watch after them. Then instead of taking her to an outpatient vet they take her to a animal hospital and regular people can’t afford such an outrageous bill for something like diarrhea. I really don’t believe I should have had to pay 60% of the emergency vet cost! Petsmart should take responsibility for her being in a overwhelming environment and being nervous. In addition, my pet developed respiratory symptoms after being at this hotel. Since the 6 night stay my dog has developed consistent sneezing after being a 100% healthy dog for four years. I would like to be reached out to in hopes to make petsmart a better and safer option for the dogs and to discuss the financial fairness of these charges.

So many adorable cats for adoption! I wish I could get a couple of them! I will soon!!! Also great collection of fish.

STAY AWAY. The shop is abusing animals it's selling, in abhorrent conditions. Please support another shop which is treating the animals with kindness

Just because hamsters are small and don't live long does not mean you can abuse them the way you do! A wheel in that section is completely rusted and doesn't spin. After being informed of it, the store did nothing.

If people can’t trust your staff on hamster care, how can they be trusted on any other animal care? Treat living beings with kindness. They didn’t ask to be put in a pet store.

Literally gave a hamster a TINY wheel that couldn’t even spin and the staff refused to do anything about it and said it was “fine” even though it was rusted into a non moving position.

Treat hamsters like objects. You are selling living, breathing animals, maybe show them some basic respect. I am embarrassed that a store could even function this way.

does NOT provide adequate care for small animals. Videos have circulated of hamsters not receiving proper care or wheels at this location do NOT give them your money!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My dog went here for a while and everything seemed fine, until one day we picked him up with one of his canine tooth half gone. When we picked him up they said he did great and everything was fine. After noticing the tooth was fractured we called the Pet Hotel within an hour or two. One of associates said "oh I could see how that was happening he was jumping when dogs walked by and very unhappy". The vet said he will need a crown or to take the tooth out completely, which will cost $1k to $4k.... Petsmart refused to pay the vet bill. If something was wrong with the our dog while he was there, then they should have said so. I feel as though my dog was neglected and know we have to suffer the consequences both emotionally for the dog and financially.

I think they need to put a little more effort into the animals they have up for sell. How difficult is if to put an appropriately sized working wheel in a hamster cage?

Take care of your small animals. Make sure your hamsters have a working wheel- it is a NECESSITY. So tired of the lack of care of these animals due to their small size. It is your responsibility to take care of the animals you sell, and you’re not doing a good job at that.

Pocket pets deserve only the best! Let them have wheels they can play on! Be the example for the public. Happy pets are good pets.

They don’t give their hamsters the right care and supplies they need and deserve. Wheels so small the Syrians can’t even use them, and less than an inch of bedding as most pet store chains sadly do anyway. PLEASE give your small animals appropriate sized wheels!!!!!!!!

Does not provide good enough environment for the hamsters they sell. They set a bad example and mistreat their hamsters by not providing big enough wheels for them and one of them doesn't even spin. Poor hamsters.

This place is treating it's hamsters horribly. I just saw the too small, rusted, and broken wheel for their hamsters. That is cruel to not even provide a wheel that works and won't injure their backs!!! Booooooo!!!! Stay away until they sort this out!

This location has poor hamsters in extremely small enclosures without working wheels to exercise. Hamsters need exercise as much as they need food and water. This is cruel and inhumane. They sell wheels! All they have to do is replace them with the wheels they already have in the store.

The wheel is too small and not spinning in the hamster section. The poor hamster is in distress because they can’t exercise. Store use a proper wheel if you have to, such a disgrace. It was reported, but the store did nothing. The hamsters and all of your other animals deserve better!

Don’t take care of their small animals! Associate was notified that one of their hamster wheels was too small and not even spinning, but they did nothing and said it was fine. This poor little guy was trying so hard to run but the wheel wouldn’t spin. Not fine!
