Phenomenal place , excellent service !!

The nicest team of animal lovers, and they're SO ORGANIZED. The facility is super clean and the cats have roomy accommodations. The staff is attentive and lets us know when there are issues or changes they need to make, like separating our cats at mealtimes when they started seeing unfair food stealing. We've been bringing our two cats here for years, even when it's not convenient. (Geographically, it's a very convenient location if we're leaving from SFO, but not very convenient for us otherwise.)

Very nice place for my pets

Excellent! We are so happy we found PPR. We've been taking our Sunny there for 2 years. We work full time and like to drop her off so she can play and be with other dogs instead of being alone at house all day. She absolutely loves going there and we have complete peace of mind knowing she is well taking care of. Staff is great and very caring. Their groomer is also amazing, she smells great for more than a week after her baths!

Our dog LOVES to come, making it much easier to feel good about leaving her behind on vacation. Run by wonderful people who take great care of our animals.

I’ve been bringing my Pug to PPR for more than 12 years. They are very sensitive to his age, now 14 1/2. Herbie always goes in wagging his tail. I never have to worry about him when he’s in their care. PPR is always professional and dialed in to the needs and personalities of every dog. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars!

We love taking our pet here, even though we live all the way in Fremont. The dog handlers and front staff have always been pleasant and I've never had a problem with vacancy when I book her seemingly last minute. If it's your first time there, they'll offer you a tour of the facilities so you can see where your pet will be hanging out during their stay. They also make their own dog treats and special holiday meals for your pet. For example, they offered a Thanksgiving dinner that had turkey, carrots, mashed potatoes, and a cookie for $8. It's nice to splurge for your pets every now and then, so I purchase these special meals every now and then. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a kennel in the area.

Our dog Monty loves Pet Peninsula Resort. He gets excited about it even if we mention the name. They've worked with us even with special requests. Staff is friendly, helpful, and personable.

My lab has been coming here for years. He's so happy and loves it!! I love the staff, and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's his home away from home!!

Our 50 lb mystery mix 3 year old loves it here. This is our first choice to board when family is unavailable. I was nervous at first since we had never boarded him before. I requested a tour and they told me to just to come as appointments for tours are not necessary. A staff member in gave me a tour of their clean facility, explaining the routine for the dogs throughout the day and encouraged us to have our dog stay for a day care session so he would understand this place is fun. This was the perfect introduction for all of us. Now our neighbors take their dog here, too. We explored other boarding places before, but they were much less personable, and not as available for pick up/drop off. I feel very comfortable leaving our dog here.

"Jack" my 140lb Bernese Mountain Dog LOVES Peninsula Pet Resort! He stays here at times but we use them a lot for grooming even though I live in san Jose. We have used other groomers but Peninsula Pet Resort does a great job! We love how clean he comes out and love the bandana on holidays. Thank you!
