First and last time using this groomer! Left our Cavalier KC Spaniel with them instructing to shorten body hair a little, round the paws, and leave the skirt and ears alone. Returned to a completely trimmed dog, no skirt, ears cut back. The worse grooming experience we've had in our 40 years of caring for our dogs.

Rude receptionist and bad service.

I had our 6 month old Golden Doodle's first grooming done by Fancy Feet a few days ago. When I dropped her off in the morning, "please don't cut too much all around, give her a little trim, please." The groomer said, "Oh, no, don't worry, just a little trim on the face and tail is all we'll do." My husband brought her home in the afternoon and I was flabbergasted at how the groomer botched up her face/eyebrow hair. It was shaved so close to her forehead and between her eyebrows. To top it, the groomer nicked the corner of her left eye! This shows how the groomer shaved so close to her eye and forehead area. No more luffy hair around my puppy's forehead, now it is flat! I'm very upset with this experience. Obviously, I will never go back to Fancy Feet!!!

What a GREAT job these folks do for our doggies. Our little Lhasa Apso especially is a very difficult clip - and we live near the woods, so she also gets all matted - and Jennifer does her magic and little Bella comes out looking like a charm! Thanks so much, Jennifer and the Fancy Feet team!

We had a difficult situation that was not caused by fancy Feet and they handled it with professionalism and empathy.

The team there is wonderful. My dog always jumps out of the car straight through the waiting room and back to the grooming area. I’m reassured he’s treated well and even has fun!

Fast and efficient. They trimmed my dog's nails in 10min. The staff was very professional.

Sadly very unprofessional experience. I called ahead of time to discuss my doodles size. She’s about 50 lbs but has very tall legs so she looks like she’s about 80lbs. We arrived for our appointment and the gal kept going on about how big she was. Oh well no big deal. Upon pick up I could hear the a gal I assume manager or owner yelling across the room. The dog needed to get cut not just a bath and blow out. She said this a couple times and then I was told to come back in an hour or so because my pup wasn’t ready. I came back an hour later to get my pup. this gal told me my pup needed to get groomed. I think this information would have been helpful before had since they are the experts. I’ve groomed my doodle myself so I know when my dog has knots and doesn’t. Plus I brush her everyday. She had a couple knots behind the ears and on her collar. Typical spots. I prefer my doodle have long hair. If you want to charge me extra because of it causing more work, have that discussion with me. Maybe have a consultation with the owner before taking a new client. Also just tell me straight to my face how you feel instead of yelling about it across the room. A call would be great to let me know my dog will not be ready in time.

Three generations of my dogs have been fancy feet dogs. Never had a complaint. Only 4 Starz cause there has been a little attitude from the staff lately towards me and towards themselves. Yes my dog at the moment is a spam so I kinda get it. However being a loyal customer for so long I'm not digging it. They are competent groomers. The place is clean, well locked down so your pets are always safe. Jen has one of the friendliest cats EVER at the front desk. It is almost like he isn't a cat at all. He loves on everyone even your dogs if they let him. No surprise attacks for scratching his belly. I love him and I'm a dog person 100%.

Amazing Groomers!! Many of our pet sitting clients go here as well as our own pups. Jennifer is BIG in the Doodle community for a reason. Dogs have the option of playing and not being kenneled if you prefer. However, they can keep your dog separate if requested. Dogs are ALWAYS happy when we get there and pick up.
