The experience was amazing staff is super nice and professional! They treated and handled my fur baby like a princess. I would definitely recommend!

Took my baby Shadow there. They were awesome with her. She's hipper and don't care for stranger's. She was calm as could be. Got her nails cut and filed. Nice and short! Just amazing! 15$

fast service and cares...had to use special equipment for my puppy. less than $10 for nail clips. my puppy got an owee but she fixed it real fast.

To be honest, they were rude on the phone to my wife and they did a terrible job on our dog. We adopted a dog from Redlands Animal Shelter and he needed grooming pretty bad. And that's what we got. He got a bath ok but his fur is cut almost to the skin in places and in other spots it is almost an inch long. Very inconsistent hair cut. Dogs face still has eye buggers down one cheek. $70 for that.

If I could give zero stars I would! The incompetent "groomer" cut my dog with the clippers, which required stitches! And didn't tell me about it until i came to pick up my baby????... Then proceeded to LIE about how it happened! Which i found out when the Veterinarian inadvertently told me what actually happened! I will NEVER go back to get my dog groomed there. If you love your animal...I would advise the same....smh

I have an English bulldog. The place was hot and my Bulldog was having a heat stroke. Lady at counter was just laughing. Very poor knowledge at identifying a bad situation. I'll never go there again.

The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean . I will be definitely be using them again.

You guys need to update everything. Not just the phone lines. Came here during open hours and apparently they closed already.

Got my little bear groomed here was very professional and had a great groomer miss Casey Was very professional and did a wonderful job would recommend it to anyone family friends everybody

My dog was not traumatized like from other grooming places, so I believe they give good treatment. However, it seemed she was in a rush and did an uneven haircut. Some places longer than in others.

Love this place. She was very kind to me and my dog! Did everything I wanted and with a good attitude. She let me stay with my dog the whole time. Very professional.

I love that is is first come, first serve and they are always really busy and do quality work. I just wish someone else would handle phone calls or customer service on the front desk. The woman that is at the front desk just seems fed up or upset with her job. Any question you ask she automatically gets defensive or is annoyed. I took to get my cat groomed and she said she would call to let me know if my cat let himself by groomed. Then she said likely I would have to go somewhere else to get it done. I was a little shocked because aren't you supposed to want my business? Really love this place but disappointed I had this type of interaction.

They groomed my dog exactly the way I wanted. Very good job,would have tipped more,but that was the only cash I had on hand...

I absolutely love these people its first come first serve u take ur dog early u get ur dog early they are not expensive they are super nice they dont give u a hassle whats so ever
