ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Drove down from Big Bear to goto this veterinary center. Dr. Solomon is very compassionate. The front staff is well informed, kind, & very helpful. I called them bawling my eyes out since my dogs gums were bleeding & I did not know why. They scheduled Jimbob within two days of my call which is way sooner than any other pet hospital in a 65 mile radius. Cost for treatment is AFFORDABLE, far more than the hospitals I had called. Driving an hour away from home to get my 13 year old boy Jimbob help here was the best decision I’ve made. Jimbob needed his teeth removed, they made it easy, advised me every step of the way on his care & we are forever grateful. This place is more than a veterinary hospital they truly treat you as good as family & ONLY have you & your pets best interest in mind. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

My dog was from the shelter and this is where the SB shelter took him for neuter, they sent me home with antibiotics which I though ok for post sx. Went to my doctor a week later because he developed a cough. My doctor told me the antibiotics they gave me was for kennel cough .. so not only was I not told he had kennel cough but he was also sharing water with my old dog. To top it off he had a umbilical hernia which can be done with a neuter .. now I have to put him under again to get that fixed. I’m upset and spent money that could have been used to fix both problems. I had a bad experience and didn’t bother to take him back there for a recheck. Unfortunately I had no choice but to come here for his sx but never again.

I love this place! They are very attentive to your pets needs and are professional. I have been going to Advanced Pet Care almost four years and and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I was bringing my cat under an emergency visit. I was told that I would have to pay a 95$ office visit, and would have to leave a 500$ deposit. That would go to the office visit cost, and what ever they had to do to stabilize her without my notification or consent. I didn't want to agree to do something with out my consent. Katie, the receptionist is rude and abrasive. The whole vibe of office was very unwelcoming. I walked out and took my cat to Animal wellness center on Sierra way. They were kind and had a fantastic bedside manner. I left paying not even a quarter of that cost. I felt that they honestly cared about my pet and not just a dollar amount. The office was clean and comfortable. If you want someone to care about your pet don't take them there.

Absolutely appreciate the care my pup received at this facility. She tested positive for Parvo and was beginning to experience symptoms. Luckily with the help of their team, we caught it just in time. She began showing signs of improvement the second day in and came home a couple days later with tons of energy after treatment was completed. So grateful I found them!

I boarded my 4 dogs for the 4th of July 2021 and when I picked up my dogs they smelled like human urine. The smell was so gross that my daughter threw up in the car. Unbearable smell.....Also, when the handler brought me one one my dog he handed her to me and she was full of poop and got it all over my shirt. I really thought that because it was a Veterinary place they would be taken care of but I was so wrong. Days after my dogs had kennel cough and it's probably from the nasty conditions they lived those days. I will never boared my dogs here again or use the Veterinary services. I have used other boarding facilities before and had never had problems like this.

I took my dog for an emergency, he has vomiting and diarrhea. They told me they were attending emergencies. Unless I paid $ 500. My dog always goes tha clinic but definitely not enymore. His prices are super expensive and they didn't know if my dog was dehydrated

This place truly cares about animals. The prices are affordable and they care about your pet just as much as you do. I came here as an emergency for my cat. She needed an emergency abortion and spay. She was pregnant and her babies had died inside her. They were very attentive ,concerned ,and sympathetic towards my situation. They saved her life and it didn’t break my pockets compared to inland Valley Pet Emergency Hospital. They did a regular exam and told me she needed emergency surgery and abortion but would cost me $3500 . When I pleaded for another price or something they could do a worker told me “ we don’t work for free” when all I asked is for references to be helped by someone else and I found them. Thanks so much Advanced Pet Care!! Kitana is back and running and playing and jumping and no longer sick and bleeding

i brought my cat jaspurr in after he got into a fight/ He had a very bad open wound that i believe was starting to get infected. i was very scared because he wasn't his playful hyper self anymore so i took him to advanced pet care. there was a lot of necrotic (dead) tissue that they had to cut off but he was stitched up, giving antibiotics and sent home. a couple days later the stitches opened up because his wound was on his chest between his little arms, causing a lot of tension whenever he walked as well as the tissue just not holding. I went back and we started doing bandages around him twice a week until he healed. Everyone was so nice , this is one of the only places they allowed walk ins. All the vet techs were great and so was the doctor. They said it would take around 6 weeks to heal but it only took 4 and now jaspurr is all fine. What once was an infected open wound so deep you could see his muscles is now just a scar and bald spot. so happy i came here. the prices were reasonable as well and i'm so happy jaspurrs fine. 10/10 recommend bringing your loved pets here.

A lot of people are upset with this office but truly I cannot complain. We rescued a 2 year old Unaltered Dog from the county shelter and they took really good care of him. We had to board him over the weekend with him because we were out of town but when we came back to see him he was so happy. He didn't look abused or neglected. He was in good spirits and yes we got lucky with a wonderful pup. But truly they called us to check in the next day after getting him. The Vet Techs and staff there are so friendly and truly love what they do. Katie was so kind over the phone & in person, she had patience to the moon and back with us. Crystal or Krystal was so sweet, she went over paperwork with us, aftercare, even helped us fix the breed on his certificate since the shelter labeled him incorrectly. Every person there has a passion for what they do, you can just tell. We are from Orange County so we had to drive an 1hr 40+min to get our Pet and had to wait a bit to take him home/finalize the pick up, but that is expected. They are BUSY, but that doesn't mean they don't care. Even with 15+ people in their office the staff do their best to stay calm and help everyone. If they weren't so far from us I would go back because I know my Dog was nicely treated. No cuts, no signs of harm, no sad/scared Dog. Don't let all the other reviews fool you. It's a bit older of a facility in a lower income area but they do their best with what they have. Thank you Advanced Pet Care for taking such great care of our Bruno! Update: Bruno did have 2 infections in his ears they didn’t diagnose and his sutures were too tight but nothing that harmed him permanently! They did the best they could and at a fraction of the price.

Always professional and reasonably priced

I've been coming here for 2 months, they care of my little labrador pup. They take care of the animals and make sure all other appointments are safe and keep a good distance. Their vaccinations are at a great price. I highly recommend????????

Advanced Pet has cared for our pets through the years. We have always been satisfied with their service. They do an excellent job of communicating and are affordable. Everyone we have had contact with has been kind and professional.

For years we have taking our pets to this place,have seen doctors come and go (good ones ),prices have gone way to high and service not so good, unnecessary test always recommended,medicine prices very high as well,best to ask for prescription and get it at pharmacy,time to move on and look for another place,not very happy with last visit at all.

Stay away at all costs!

I worked here for a few short months as a groomer and witnessed employees drinking on the job, bashing customers also the manager would say rude comments to me like you looked dead yesterday I’m glad you put some makeup on!! Also they still owe me money and have a greedy hr that is not fair and shorted me several times on checks!!! They also took advantage of me by having me groom employees dogs and not adding it to the system like I wouldn’t realize!!! Terrible unprofessional business I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy my experience here was terrible and the worst grooming experience ever!!!

I took my elderly dog here for a check on what turned out to be a tumer near his eye. The Dr was very compassionate and explained everything as to what was the best option for him. He ended up having cancer, and we lost him in January, but through the whole process of making some very tough decisions, the staff here was very compassionate and explained everything very well and have us the time we needed to say goodbye.

MANAGEMENT HERE IS DOING THE BARE MINIMUM TO HELP ANY OF THEIR CLIENTS. THEY HAD MY BOSS WAIT IN THE PARKING LOTS FOR 3 WHOLE HOURS FOR A ROUTINE CHECK UP ON OUR SHOP CAT'S BROKEN LEG. THE DOCTOR SAID IT WOULD BE FAST AND TAKE NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. 3 HOURS LATER MY BOSS HAD TO FLAG ONE OF THE NURSES DOWN BECAUSE THERE WAS NO UPDATE AND NOTIFICATION ON WHAT WAS GOING ON. WE UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT WORLD SITUATION, HOWEVER, THEY DONT EVEN TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENTS AT ALL. WE CALLED OVER 35 TIMES NO ANSWER ONLY FOR THE NURSE TO TELL US THEY CHANGED THEIR NUMBER RECENTLY. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART IS THAT INSTEAD OF MANAGEMENT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MESS THEY MADE, THEY LITERALLY BLAMED ALL THE NURSES FOR TAKING THEIR LUNCHES. I WILL NEVER BE BRINGING MY PETS HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE!!

I never leave reviews ever but this place is so bad... #1 receptionist is so rude # 2 she was talking bad about other client #3 it’s Was so smelly #4 they didn’t even let’s me go back with my dog Just the whole experience was bad

I took my cat to Advance Pet Care in San Bernardino since he was not able to pee. Dr. Post was on duty and he examined him and took x-rays. He told me the cat should be on urinary diet only and that would fix the problem. We followed the diet and he is as happy as the first day we got him! Thank you APC and excellent diagnosis. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the doctor and the staff. I recommend this place to all pet owners.

Very terrible customer service, my wife and I rescued a dog back in October, we drove 4 hours one way to make sure we rescued Luna who was sick at the time of getting her, we were unable to get her spayed as she was sick, we were forced to pay $80+ dollars for a “spay” she did not receive but was told that once we had her spayed to call and send them the invoice and we would get refunded. After a rude phone call to a receptionist she proceeds to tell us that as it’s over 60 days we are not going to get our refund. At the vet when we picked up the dog this was NOT explained to us, my husband signed paperwork that we thought was releasing the puppy to us. Since having Luna she has had bowl issues and we waited for a clean bill of health before getting her spayed. Shocking help and now $80+ out of pocket for rescuing a dog we told we’re going to get refunded for. Would NOT recommend bringing your animal here which is a shame because the Vet techs at the time we’re great.

Amazing staff and place to get good and quick service for all your animal needs. The staff was amazing especially Katherine, She really made our experince and the choices that we made so simple and comforting. We brought in two dogs bother experiencing issues. She walked us through all the steps and pricing, gave us tons of time to decide and make our choice. You could really tell she loves the animals and that she cares about them. Doctor was great you could tell he knew what was going on by looking at the animals and testing them out. Services were super fast, we were in and out pretty much with all that had to be done. Prices are a bit pricy, but they do have a welness plan membership and they do offer payments. They have medicine on file there so you dont have to go some where else. Parking is spacious and roomy. We made an apptmnt because we hoped to not wait to long, but did notice they get steady buissnes. We have gone to cheaper places l, ya you save money but you can be there all day and weve found that there diagnosis are not always correct so we prefer here. Well be back and our animals love them and we know there well treated. Thanks for all you Help and love for animals!

Not honest on the prices, very much so do price gouging, rude to customers, we are caught off gaurd on how much it will be, then they are un willing to work with us on paying when that is not what we expected. Never going here again
