They were really awesome with my cat and we're able to take care of what was wrong with her eye it wasn't an arm and a leg and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with pets.

The receptionstist are rude and unattentive. I had to ask multiple times for help. And they kept trying to talk over me and then have me repeat myself. The manager was also rude and unhelpful. Claims to be professional but very childish vet care. Most unprofessional clinic ever

Amazing doctors knowledgeable professional compassionate front desk staff. If you are anything like me your pet is part of your family truly your best friend and you want to make sure they are healthy and happy as long as you possibly can All pets let’s me do that & with there Careclub it’s affordable a once a month fee I highly recommend asking about Careclub it’s already saved me hundreds of dollars Thanks ???? from Sprite ???????? Took my pooch here back in Sept when he was sick. I like the prompt service and seeing that peetie was in good hands with the friendly staff.turns out it wasn't too serious and he was back to his usual self shortly after bieng seen at VCA.

I love the young lady that helped HasH and I. They clip his nails ???? made suggestions for his diet and filled prescriptions. Exams and shots.. All in one stop. Loved my experience there. Thanks ladies and gentlemen.

The lack of communication and the amount of miscommunication is outrageous. The vet cares about the dogs, but the office staff seems to lack the same passion. VCA seems to either not care enough about their animal patients to train staff to properly inform owners of costs, processing times, etc in a caring and efficient manner. I was told my pets meds would cost a lower price then I was charged. They are not willing to honor the original price and I cannot afford her meds. Therefore, she has to be without her very important meds for q full week now!!!! Very unpleasant experience and now my poor fur baby has to suffer while they do not care.

I really like Dr. K. she's awesome, but most importantly she went straight to Fays problem. Which I feel a lot of the Veterinarians their don't. They want to drain your pocket. It's difficult to find a thoughtful, honest animal doctor at VCA. The office personnel are professional, but now with covid, they take longer to answer calls and wait time is a lot longer, you can hear their frustration.

I’ve been on hold for more than 25 minutes and it was an emergency , Called back And let them know that it’s an emergency and that my dog was throwing up and she still put me on hold again.Never again am I taking my dog here.

The work in general is great with great staff. Downside is you'll be waiting for like 2 hours before they come get your pet & the prices are very high!

The last time I went to this vet office I waited 6 hours in my car with no explanation as to why it was taking so long. My pet was getting very stressed and a few days after that visit she was still throwing up every she ate. I ended up taking her to another vet at a different office.

How are u gunna over charge and not communicate with the patient that ur being charged more months later and expect us to pay it and not give us a reason why ? And then tell me I never left extra money but I never received my changed back ? Cause you told us u guys don’t give change back? So the extra money should be on my account right ? Poor communication with this animal clinic don’t not recommend going , I don’t understand how this place has no record of us leaving extra money or no communication of u charging me more after I paid the bill the same day ? Ridiculous place and ridiculous employees who don’t know how to communicate about billing

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD! 700 DOLLARS FOR TESTS THEY WONT EVEN CALL ME BACK WITH RESULTS AFTER I PHONED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. I WAS IGNORED AND NOW MY CAT IS AT THE EMERGENCY VET IN DEL REY OAKS. I AM SO FURIOUS I CAN BARELY THINK STRAIGHT. DR FLING AND THIS WHOLE CLINIC WILL BE GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL BLOW YOU UP ALL OVER THE INTERNET. I AM DISGUSTED.

My mom and I took my dog Bodges here for years. When the time came to say goodbye, everything was handled with grace and kindness. I also took my dad's dog Little Boy here last year during the pandemic. Hardly anyone can touch him, so he had a tiny muzzle. They were so careful with him and did a double ear extraction for fox tails. Most recent visit I took my pup Dolly May for a basic 1st visit. I thought we still had to wait in the car, so I took my other dog Elenore as well. They let me take Elenore in the room too, and they vet loved them both and did a great job with Dolly so that both dogs saw the vet as a positive experience. The only drawback is they try to upsell with all the tests and vaccines, but of course you have the option to decline, so its not really a big deal. Dr. Aroner and Dr. Fling are amazing, and one of the other vets that I don't think is there anything

These people were short tempered right off the bat. Less then one minute in our phone call i was faced with rude behavior such as being cut off and ultimately hung up on without a chance to speak after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. This clinic doesn't doesn't show any regards to help but instead to generate a profit instead.

Only place in Monterey County that not matter how busy they are they still take in new costumers. I had to wait 3 hours but they were worth. Thank you for great service. My dog is better now

Will NEVER go back. Sat in the waiting room for 1hr 30min waiting for the vet to come back and I wasn't the only one who sat waiting in her room. My dog waited 3wks for this appointment and I arrived 1hr early in case I had to fill out paperwork. I had to check in twice because they forgot I was sitting out in the car. My dog had an appointment at 4:30 I didn't leave till 6. I would probably would have sat in that room till they closed if I hadn't of gotten up and asked what was going on. There was a pet emergency which is 100% more important but don't leave the rest of the pets in the rooms waiting without a notice. I could hear people in the back telling the dogs to shhhh, shut up, and say I don't care when they were whining or howling. I heard a lot of dogs whining, yelping and cats hissing. Which was stressing my dog out the longer we had to sit there. This is a vet's office but a lot of the employees in the back were just chatting away with no regard to the fact that I could hear their entire conversations. The vet explained there was a pet emergency. Which is fine but tell me so I can pay and go. If you are busy tell one of the employees in the back or the three ladies sitting in the front. While I was leaving another lady came out of her room and said her vet hadn't returned either. Not charging me for an exam fee doesn't give me back the 3hrs and 3 weeks I had to wait. Nor does it change the fact that she didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. Disappointed. Find a different vet. I know I won't ever go back, nor suggest this place to anyone.

VCA is nothing more than a corporation that is only concerned with one thing generating as much money off of your pets misery as they possibly can they constantly over book wait times are 3 to 4 hours they overcharged for every service a simple exam is like $55 it takes them less than 2 minutes to exam they never find anything wrong just took my dog in for some pain issues charged me $278 to tell me they could find nothing avoid VCA All Pets at all costs do yourself a favor find local veterinarian privately-owned who truly cares about the well-being of your pets it's not
