Best Vet care Ever! Dena Eldridge is straightforward and caring and has worked with me to help with some of the feral cats that I take care of. Although they don't do X-rays, they do all other medical care here and have the most reasonable prices I've seen in years. We are lucky to have her here in Prunedale!????????

When I lived in Prunedale in the mid 1990s I took my pup to Dr. Dena. She and her staff were always wonderful. This year I was back in the market for a vet for my 3 pups. Even though it is a bit of a drive I thought I'll go and see Dr. Dena. I am so glad I did! She is a wonderful vet; her staff is awesome and her prices are very reasonable. She didn't rush me through my appointment, like I have felt other vets do in the past, and she took her time answering my list of questions. One of my pups is always very stressed when going to the vet. Not at Dr. Dena's office! All three of my pups were happy to see her and the staff, even though they had never met, and after a while they all just laid down and relaxed. We'll definitely go back!

This is a very busy office. If your pet has a need call as soon as possible. It may be a couple of days before they can squeeze you in for an appointment. Dr. Dena was very good with our German Shepherd, and provided an ear medication. I would recommend this clinic.

Dina has been our family veterinarian for years. She and her staff have always given the best care when it has come to our dogs and cats. Even taking them home with them at times when the incident required them to stay the night. They may be a large animal/equine vet but they put as much love and care into their smaller patients as well! Make an appointment today! You won’t regret it!!

I love the staff and the Vet is good. We love her, however every time we call the office we can never get through the line is always busy. No matter what time you call. The only time they pick up is when their answering service answers.

While I really love Dr. Dena, she's knowledgeable and personable, the person you have to go through for information is sorely lacking. Almost to the point of going somewhere else. She told me bad information regarding a medication Dr. Dena ordered as well as the wrong price (it was much higher) and when I mentioned it she couldn't care less. I'm very disappointed.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!! Dr. Dena has been our family vet for 21 years. She has seen our dogs to guinea to rabbits. I live a mile from her office so she is the closest pet vet we have in an emergency. Scott's valley was our next option & we could not wait that long our rabbit was suffering. & yesterday was a HUGE EMERGENCY and huge mistake! My rabbit was dying in my arms as we were speaking to the nurse. Me & my mom couldn't even talk because we were crying so hard. The nurse did NOT have one feeling in her body to help us. As my rabbit was trying so hard to breath. She told us " yes the dr has seen rabbits in the past but not now " so you're telling me that dr dena CANT put our rabbit out of her misery because SHE DOESNT WANT TO ?!?!? What kind of veterinarian are you if you will let an animal suffer right in front of your eyes ? This office will never ever see one of our pets again because we were under the impression that this vet cared about our pets. Guess not. She will never handle one of our pets again.

I've only had to go in twice so far but both times they were excellent!! Great service great staff! I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Dena is always so patient and understanding whenever I take one of my animals in. She genuinely loves animals and wants to help. Caroline is efficient and helpful whenever I call, especially with emergencies. We are so lucky to have her and her awesome staff.

Dr Dena and her staff are great!! My pets are always relaxed there and they are all super sweet to our pets. Very reasonable rates and accommodating, especially during this crazy pandemic. Thank you

We are new to the area but before our first visit for exam and shots the doctor had reviewed the prior records. On subsequent visits the staff and doctor have provided clear and concise explanations. I appreciate the accommodations made during the pandemic. The fees are very reasonable.

All I can say is WOW. What a wonderful experience. Dr Dena was exceptional. She made our dogs feel comfortable and so good about feeling around on him even though he was clearly terrified. We were in and out so quickly with 0 wait. The team was excellent and very helpful. What really set the bar so high was the price. The were SO reasonable and didn't gouge us at all. I couldn't believe it was so cheep. We're staying in Monterey now but I'll be back here again. Its WORTH the drive. Thanks so much!

Safe! Waited in car till inside in our room. Vet Dena came in, cheerful as usual. She's extremely smart and practical. Her team members are definitely qualified. It's a great office. They deserve the 5 star rating.
