I tried getting my cat his shots here two times, and both times they failed. The second time we brought him in early so they could sedate him, then they kept him all day without calling us, left him to sit in his own feces inside his carrier, and still couldn't administer his shots.

This was our first time to this office. The doctor came back after checking my puppy and said do you have an concerns. I said it’s my first time getting him checked after bringing him home so can you tell me about his health. He didn’t give me any details. My pup is a maltipoo. The Dr doesn’t seem very knowledgeable.

When I scheduled my pet's appointment, I asked very specific questions about the process involved to get sutures removed. The receptionist/tech sounded very confident that they could do this in their office. Once there, the vet brings my pet back to me and says there aren't any sutures. I had to show him exactly where they were. He takes my dog back, I hear my dog yelping in pain, and the doctor comes back to say he couldn't do it. He tells me my dog will need to be sedated for this. BUT I ASKED THAT BEFORE SCHEDULING HIS APPOINTMENT! This woman told me he wouldn't need sedation for suture removal. Now I have to take my dog to a different location, very far away from home. I still get charged a fee for this visit, even though the services scheduled for were not rendered. The receptionist said it was because he was "visually" examined, and had his weight and temperature taken. Are you serious?! I don't recommend this place one bit, even if you think you've asked about everything your pet might need. Once your pet goes in, be prepared for a different plan of action and unnecessary costs. Incompetence at the highest level - on both parts... the receptionist and the doctor himself.

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring doctor and staff. I know my pets and I are in good hands everytime we have an appointment. Office is clean and they have been excellent on safety during Covid-19. Highly recommend.????

The doctor did a great job with surgery on my kitten. The assistant/receptionist however is not so great. After the initial visit of $160, we scheduled surgery a few days later with a quote from her for "around $250". I get a call when they're done that it'll be over $700. I was speechless! Beware when getting a quote from someone who is not a doctor. She had no idea what was needed.

My wife brought our chihuahua, Lala, to this veterinary for the first time to have her rotten teeth pulled and the staff did a fabulous job. They enjoyed meeting Lala and they gave her back that fresh and so clean breath! We have a 2nd chihuahua that will be making a visit.

I took my 16 year old beloved Pitte "Joy" when we were unable too get an appointment asap with our regular Vet. They handle our furbaby and us with dignity & respect. They have my respect for ever.

Best place in to go. They actually care about family members who happen to be animals, and treat them with love

Doctor and staff were very nice, got a quick appointment for my kitty. Excellent Covid safety protocol, cleaned waiting area between patients but I was still able to enter the building with my pet and be on the premises while the vet did the exam. Thoroughly explained treatment, did not try to upset testing or unnecessary procedures. Will go back!

This is the only vet I use for all my pets. The doctor is very good with my fur babies and is considerate of my budget and the care of my animals.

Doctor tried to slip in an unwanted, extra lab test. Good thing I asked for a printed itemized bill! Buyer beware.

I love the receptionist and veterinarian here. They are both friendly and caring. I feel that my pets are very well cared for here.

At first seemed good, but towards the end seemed to not share enough information for me to have choices of whether all shots are needed and didn't mention there is organic flea medicine. Dr Sadang gave a shot and pulled out the needle too soon and caused bleeding at the shot site. I would not choose him if had it all to do again.

I wanted to take my dog there, since I live close , but they don't take care credit , only one I found that doesn't take care credit & it's the one by me ☹

I've taken both of my dogs their since they were pups and a litter of 9. Unfortunately we moved to the East Bay. But I still call Dr Sadang for information or referrals. I wish he was here in Berkeley.

We have been taking our miniature schnauzer "Cruzer" to Vintage Park Vet Clinic for the past 9 years. Dr. Sadang and his staff are professional, know what they are doing, and are very caring and gentle with Cruzer. Dr. Sadang's rates are reasonable and consistent with those being charged by other vets that our friends use. I especially like the reminder cards that VPVC sends in the mail to let me know when shots, etc. are due. I highly recommend VPVC to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and affordable veterinarian.
