They were very nice.. helped my dog get his medicine.

Didn't even fully check or dog. For $50 a visit you would atleast expect a full checkup. Other places don't even charge for the first visit. Gave us attitude when we expressed not being able to afford all of the extra medications he tried to give our dog. I reccomend Bruceville Pet Hospital, save your money and time by going over there.

Clean, friendly and upfront about cost. Loved that they make you feel like they care about your pet and don't try to take advantage of that just to make money. The doctor took the time to go over certain things to be mindful of and pay attention to but didn't feel any pressure to rack up a bill. They were timely and accommodating as well. Great first experience.

This is our regular vet. He is so gentle and loving with our fur babies. We have two dogs and two cats. Wouldn't take them any other place!

I am a relatively new client. Cute, small. Not super expensive. Staff pretty friendly and competent. Can't walk in due to COVID-19 but i was able to get a same day appt.

Dr. Manhas and his team are excellent and take really good care of their patients. I trust them with my fur baby because they treat him with such compassion and care. I have been taking my fur baby here since his first vet visit about the age of 8 weeks. He is 9 months old now and the care here is excellent.

Trouble's last visit was GREAT! She sees the same Tech which I like! As she is just a Baby, and can learn to trust him!

Went got my dogs 1st shots shots was good service then my dog went to get spayed and ran off didn't make it into her appointment. My do ended up getting hit by a car and died. No one from office follow up to see if I found my dog or just like a follow up call . My sister ended up taking my dog that day since I was working and the situation ended horribly but I thought at least a call from staff as a follow up would of been nice.

It was very clean. The staff was polite and you got to see the vet who explained everything to you and even asked if you had any questions I highly recommend it. The rates are reasonable.

The best Vet service ever. With the COVID situation they know what they are doing and how they are handling the business. In and out excellent service with less wait time. I highly recommend this place for your pet. Friendly staff members.

Ummmm I’ll give stars for the prices but the vet there wasn’t really informative. I had brought my kitten in for some hair loss (stress cleaning/itching) and I had ask the vet if there was any natural remedies to ease my kittens itch, gave me nothing at all. Then did this UVA light (Purple light) to check for fungal infection, then tells me the skin doesn’t look discolored skin (I guess fungal infections can cause discoloring which is detectable under that light) then proceeds to suggest a $125 test for that fugal infection. Why would I need to take a test for something that didn’t even show up under the light? I suggested some antibiotic cream to see if that’s safe for the kittens skin, all he said to me was “I can’t force you to do anything“ and “ to wash your hands”. Like sir, I’m not asking you to tell me what to do. I’m ask for helpful suggestions or tips to help manage the itching and hair loss. I just need some sort of guidance or cream to soothe my kitten. Just absolutely nothing. My current vet place is closed due to Covid but they were always so helpful with suggestions and tips. Actually every vet I have went to has given me some sort of advice or some at home remedies. I walked out with just a cone and completely irritated for the lack of listening/understanding and communication with the vet. The staff was amazing so I have no complaints about them. Again, their prices are pretty good.

I brought my two pets here on March 13th of 2020 and I had a positive experience. All the staff at the front were super nice and very attentive. The vet was a really nice guy and he was able to fit all the procedures in one day. My pup needed a deep dental cleaning and I thought we would have to come back but he was able to do it during the same visit. He explained all the procedures well, he was super nice, not pushy like others vets try to push products that you may not need. I would definitely come back to this vet. Ava and Boo liked his gentleness as well. I came back to him on April 13th because one or my babies needed immediate care. I did not have a prior appointment. I called that morning and explained that the situation was urgent and the staff checked for cancellations and they were able to fit me in within 1 hour. I really wanted to see this particular vet who is now the continuing vet for my current and future pets. I just trust him and his advice. He took very good care of my fur baby and took his time and never made me feel like he was in a rush to go to the next patient. He answered all my questions with so much patience. Super nice guy. He also called me the next day to check on my pet and his condition. How many vets do you know that will do that? None. I will continue to bring my babies here and I think anyone reading this should give him a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Love this pet hospital. My kitten was sick with an upper respiratory infection, and he really wasn't feeling good at all. They got him in the same day, no extra charge! My kitten is all better and this is our new pet hospital.
