They are only interested in your money, if your dog is dying they will let your dog die. I brought my dog in because she was sneezing out blood for hours. They said they checked and everything was fine. After almost 4 hours, they brought my dog back out and said everything is fine as my dog sneezed blood all over the lobby and they billed me with no advice and told me to put a cold towel on her. My dog is still sneezing blood and they are not willing to help. I pay pet insurance and it still does not help here it’s a scam!

We’re so lucky to have such a great vet down the road from us. We’ve come to this VCA a few times and every time we have left feeling satisfied and happy. Everyone is very kind and the vets are transparent about costs and procedures. I’ve been to other vets in the past that feel as though they’re trying to sell you things, but I don’t feel this way here. It feels like they have you and your pet’s best interest in mind. I definitely will continue to bring in my cats in for care!

I won’t take my hair ball anywhere else ! Doctors and staff are so sweet to my little Bella . The vet is not her favorite place to be , but she always leaves happy and with a treat or two!

Can't seem to ever get an appointment within a reasonable time. I've tried with my last 3 dogs. I'm going elsewhere.

I was recommended by a friend to come here after getting my first pup to. VCA staff is extremely helpful in making sure we are up to date on medicine, shots, and anything else to keep my dog healthy and happy. Their protocol for COVID-19 has been very convenient for patients. Shoutout to Patrick for always helping out over the phone! Very funny and kind guy.

By the first visit my sister's cat was diagnosed with a condition that was overlooked by two other vets. I also had a good experience with my fosters. I'm hoping to bring in my own cats soon. Updated: we love their grooming services. The cats are so cute after, smell clean, and I appreciate that they are so gentle with them. My cats are anxious around strangers and they seem fine afterward. I'm very happy with the vet and grooming and am planning for 3 of them to get teeth cleaning done this year.

My dog esmee loves this place the veterinarians and staff are very welcoming and always have the upmost care for my pet.

Gumbo the old pit bull sees Dr. Rowan regularly. He loves his checkups and we feel like he is well cared for. Doctors Jones and Rodarte have also treated Gumbo and we liked them both. I would recommend this vet to friends.

The staff are following pandemic protocals. Very well organized, staff come to your car to pick up your pet the Dr. calls calls with prognosis and instructions, then your pet is brought back to you.

Everything went efficiently in this Covid time, never left my car seat, payment via phone, chat face-to-face with Dr.

Pros: Answers phones quickly. Excellent customer service. Cons: They do not want to give you prices, they want to get you in the door. Crazy expensive.

First visit to this office was during the COVID-19 lockdown. They did a great job creating processes that not only helped keep exposure minimal, but also kept things very effecient. Vets and staff were all very helpful and friendly and I was given multiple treatment options for my dogs injury. I was nervous about needing to find a new vet but we certainly lucked out with VCA Greenhaven!

Long story short, I had issues trying to get my dog a health certificate to fly from Sacramento to Boston as well as financial issues paying off a big bill with them because of the COVID-19 economic impact. They went above and beyond to help assist with both. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We have been taking our pets their for years and they really care about the animals they treat.

The front end staff and Dr. Metcalf made my mother-in-law's cat appointment low-stress and easy. This vet is the perfect place for seniors with pets. They took the time to listen to all of her concerns and explain the necessary treatments. The Pet Care Club saved her so much money! She even came home with a welcome bag with toys for her kitty. It was so nice to see Grandma happy instead of worried. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Metcalf!

I brought my kitty yesterday and I was very happy I got an appointment really fast. I stayed in my car the entire time which was nice during this time. Also I'm pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone. After the exam the vet said that I would need a specialist so she wasn't gonna do unnecessary services since she would refer me to the specialist. I really appreciate her being honest and looking out for my best interest. I really recommend this place I'm really satisfied with the service.
