Do not take your long haired pups here for grooming. I took my doodle, I asked to “trim down the body and neck, leaving as long as possible, frame face to get hair out of eyes, trim under ears, and round the top and feet. Also trim snout” I left with a patchy poodle imitation. And they cut his whiskers! I brush him out prior to any grooming and matting was minimal and only under his ears (which is why I like to keep that area short). So disappointed. And this ugly cut was $87!

Very big, nice customer service. Brad as always super nice and respectful.

This PetSmart is very awesome store they help the people they help all customers doesn't matter what you looking for they try to their best to help you out and make sure you're happy and they do awesome pictures with the animals come Christmas time

We went on a Wednesday to buy dog food. The place was very clean, had plenty of stocks to chose from, small numbers of small animal to take home; those little guys looked like they were well cared for.

I got so many goodies for my baby Fox. She is happy..

Could have done better with the toy selection for my pet dog. Employee that helped me had no idea of what she was doing. Will go some place else.

I took my teacup poodle in for a haircut and he is so traumatized! He is not the same dog anymore and he won’t let me pet him. Before he was a sweet boy that was well behaved and just two hours after we got home he acted out and started barking which he never does.

This location was well organized and very easy to find the products. The employees were all helpful And willing to Provide suggestions and alternatives

Staff was positively wonderful and helpful with the issues I was experiencing. I stopped in to see what options i had to calm a very, very anxious kitty after her prescribed medication wasn't seeming to calm her down, as well as find out what travel options were available for litter boxes. Quickly found all the items I needed as well as had all the questions i had answered regarding using cbd products with pets. Gave me the confidence to use it with her and with a thorough explanation of how to handle her and it was on my way for the trip.

Took the dogs in for grooming and they came out beautiful. After grooming shopped for harnesses, leashes, collars, coats, and carriers. Had a very nice, friendly, and helpful lady with us. Her name was Becky. Great experience.

It's very nice and big. They were fully staffed which is great, but not friendly at all. Didnt get one smile from none of them

I’ve taken four classes with Ashley at the Delta Shores PetSmart and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ashley is a great trainer and has done a fantastic job working with me and my dog.

Trainer spent more time talking about pet apparatus than actually training but this lil fella had a ball bossing the other big dogs!????

Malinda is Awesome, great groomer, she did my baby Jimmi Chu, and he looked fabulous .

Brownyn L did the bath&brush for our French bulldog. She was kind and sweet to our Hulk which was his first time. She was knowledgeable on products and suggested a brush which I purchased. Definitely will be coming back.

Great job working with our older dog who gets anxious and scared during grooming.

Grooming experiences--have never spoken with someone who wasn't rude. They seem to be gentle at drop off but my dog seems traumatized. She won't leave my lap. She has patches of long hair and bald spots and is super short even though I asked for it not to be. I'm having to get her a bigger sweater and she is wrapped in blankets. They didn't give her any water and she drank for like five whole minutes when we got home. This place does not treat me or my dog well. Gave them a couple chances but I'll never go back there. I also found new tiny little scabs on my dogs ears and she seems depressed. She hasnt run around or played ever since I brought her here. She's sitting on my lap right now just being lathargic. She normally wants to go on a morning walk. What did these people do to my poor baby?

They are the best here at this location. The staff is amazing and their customer service is excellent. Extremely satisfied with Stacey because she does excellent with our puppy each and every time and she is just perfect at what she does. She never leaves any room for error. Petsmart is beyond lucky to have her, she always does excellent work.
