Great place. They opened right at 7am, which is very important. They are very friendly and very sweet to my dogs.

Dogs were well cared for and the staff was great.

We have 2 pups one is 4 months old and the other was 10montha old. They handled them both with amazing care, the 4 month old had never been around other dogs so he was scared they helped ease him in with other dogs. they have been amazing , I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow weather its for a day or days. You can watch the cameras to see what going on and its a good piece of mind.

After my third visit to this facility I am convinced that this is the place for my pup! The staff has been nothing but amazing and I feel my pup is well cared for and safe when in their care. As a graduate student at CSUS, I am constantly stressed for time. This place, and these folks provide my family and I a reliable, safe, and much needed space as we navigate the complexities of modern US life. Check them out!

My dog uses the day care twice per week.. she loves to interact with other dogs. She gets lots of attention due to her great personality.

I use to take my other dog to Bow Wow and have never been to a better place here in Sacramento. The people who work there are so loving and caring to the pets. And the fact that you can go to their site and actually see your pet in action is a big plus.

So I'm writing this review for my parents who have had a few bad visits to the Elk Grove location. We would have given this place zero stars but that wasn't an option. They left their dog there for a 3 day visit and left enough food for a few additional days if their trip was extended. They were told there was no food left when they picked her up after the 3 days which meant they either over fed her or they gave her some other dogs food. Well after they got her to the car they could smell something and realized that her entire rear end and tail was covered in dried up feces and she had diarrhea when they returned home. Her diarrhea continued for days and she still isn't eating like she used to. Her demeanor has changed and they may be taking her to the vet soon if she doesn't start eating properly soon. How do you mix up a dogs food for one and how do you not realize the dog has diarrhea and that it's all over her? We trust places like this with our animals and they are our family so this type of mistreatment is unacceptable. Think twice about using this location for dog boarding!

Very friendly people, very clean facility, and they were amazing with Hazel. This is the 3rd time I've taken her there, and will continue to take her during future trips.

I truly appreciate that my dog can really play at camp bow wow. They have worked with him to help him participate in safe and supervised play with other dogs. I will always love them for that!

I've been bringing my dog here for over 9 years. While the staff seems to change a lot most seem to care about the dogs and clients. The facility is great, giving the dogs the choice of going outside or in. They seem to keep a good eye on them as well. It's nice to know your pet/family member is safe and being treated properly.

Applied for a job here and they are super nice and totally understanding. They never need to raise their voice because they take such good care of the dogs. Take any dog here, I trust them.

Camp Bow Wow is a happy fun place for our furry best friends to be. The staff is kind, caring, and loving to our buddies that we entrust in them. I am confident that my pup is well and safe in their care.

We love the attention and care our little guy gets each time he is at Camp Bow Wow. I highly recommend this establishment because it is a great place for puppy socializing and your little puppy will thank you for it ????

Man this place is really cool. You can watch your dog on the phone. You can see if a dog gets rough how quick they are on it. Also if a dog does get rough it goes into time out and if the same dogs seems to be to rough all the time he or she cant come back for a while. You get hurt reports and they give you a picture of their best friend there. It's like sending your kid to school. Lol. The staff are also excellent with the dogs and are very friendly. So if you drop your dog off and go to work you can still check up on your dog.

Everything seems to be convenient, well planned and organized. My dog loves Camp Bow Wow and never wants to leave. I recommend Camp Bow Wow to every dog owner I meet.

They took excellent care of my 13yo Rat Terrier, Liam. He came back trim and happy, as well as clean. Will be using their services again for my next surgery in a couple months.

I have always had a positive experience, fast friendly service, staff is professional. Facility is clean, hours of operation are flexible. My dog loves going to Camp Bow and I feel completely comfortable sending him for day play and overnight stays. The pet cams are also a nice touch.

Camp Bow Wow is peace of mind to me as a parent of a fur baby. Any staff person I have spoken to can comment about Liam’s day, and we only started two weeks ago. I love the cams to check on Liam through out his day. Liam is quite nervous in all new situations and shakes like crazy. Staff is kind and patient and notices even the smallest accomplishment and progress. I love the picture you get “First Day at Camp Bow Wow” it so special and I have shared it with family and friends. Camp Bow Wow really gets that fur babies are family members. The facility is always clean no matter time of day. Staff is attentive to parent and pup!

If you need time out or your dog(s) need one, take them here, it's the best.

We love Camp Bow Wow! Our Winter gets so excited to go and loves seeing her doggy friends. It has been a huge help in making sure our dog learned socialization with other dogs. It also has made it so she doesn't have any separation anxiety. We love the staff and can't recommend this place enough!

I greatly appreciate the staff at Camp Bow Wow because they treat my little guy, Ollie, as if he is their own dog. They don’t mind when I worry too much, and know just how to put me at ease. I especially love how excited everyone is to see Ollie whenever we walk in, and that Ollie is super worn out when I come back to get him - a sign of fun times had!

Poor grooming, I picked up my dog after work at 6:10 pm my dog back was still wet and was not blow dried or bruised. I wasted my money And I could have spent $3.00 more and have petco do a better job. I had to take my dog in the following Sunday to West Sacramento to petco to have the dog redone so it ending up costing me more. I hired someone to take care of my dog for now on.

Camp bow wow is great! Great staffs! My dogs come to camp to play and they come home tired. I would bring my dogs back! Thanks CBW!
