Always consistent, professional, and friendly service. My pup isn’t the easiest customer, but Pet Stylista has always treated her well and she no longer has anxiety about getting groomed.

First time taking my dog into the groomers. His hair cut came out perfect! I had no idea what I wanted, so the groomer asked me a few questions and when I came back it was absolutely adorable. This will definitely be our groomer in the future.

Fantastic, friendly, fast service for kitty nail trimming. We are both very grateful (well me more than the feline, he'll thank me when he's older ????).

What I love is the attention to detail at Pet Stylista. The set the appointment and someone is right there to greet your dog. They give me an approximate time to pick up and then text me 15 minutes before asking me for an ETA. My dog does not get nervous at the drop off and is happy and engaged for pick up, The give a report card for what’s good and what needs attention and a treat bag on each visit and this time - Halloween week - I was texted a photo of her with a Halloween backdrop. So cute. They have my business - for sure❣️

The whole team is amazing. They did an amazing job with my puppy. His previous groomer hurt him so he was very anxious. They were very patient and gentle with him. My baby came home with the best haircut that he’s ever had and looked so handsome. Loved them so much that I booked my next 4 appointments.

Excellent groomer, 10/10 recommend. I have a very large longhair cat and the team sent him back looking better than ever. He was bathed, dried, brushed out, and looked so majestic! Additionally I had both of my dog’s nails trimmed in the same visit and was impressed with how comfortable they were with the groomer. Chris went above and beyond with care and consideration for my furry family, and was clearly experienced at handling animals and their unique personalities. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks!!

Best groomer around. They do a great job with my dog Shirley. I always know she’s in good hands with Penny and her whole staff. Their new location is great. I can’t express how happy I am that I found them.

Just about the best pet salon we've been to. Our cats have always come back happy and healthier. The cost is reasonable. Just be warned that the booking time out is quite long per their voice-mail message. I hope this improves in the future but not worth a star to be docked in my book.

The only groomers I'd trust with my precious boy, Gizmo! Also, if you have a puppy, are new to the area, or have a dog who is not comfortable with groomers then their maintenance plan is a sure thing to help. It also saves a few dollars off each groom as well as any long wait time off a plan.

Second year in a row I had to bring my long-haired cat in to get shaved. I called on a Saturday morning to make an appointment for the following week and they were able to get him in that day, were done in a half hour, and all his matted hair was gone. Great covid, no contact policies too. Great job, definitely recommend!

My pup loves coming here and I love taking him! He loves being combed now. And always looks amazing when I get him back. Takes 3+ hours but I know the final product is always worth it.

This would be my 3rd year getting my cat groomed with Pet Stylista and my furr baby and I are always so pleased with their service. I have a long haired 3 year old cat who gets the 'Haircut Plus' package which is a bath & cut/brushout, nails trimmed and ears cleaned with all the love and compassion by groomer.. They provide a Pet Report Card that has an overview of your pets experience and what the groomer observed during their session. I have been consistently pleased with their customer service. They will do their best when trying to reschedule an appointment close to your current date if you are able to let them know in a timely manner.

We've been talking my mother-in-law's dogs here for years. They always do a great job, and the dogs always get really excited when they realize where we are.

The groomers at Pet Stylista are gentle with my dogs and understanding of their barking and touchiness. They also know how to do a proper groom, they don't just clip the dogs down and call it good. Sometimes I want that (like when the weather warms up), but they will err on the side of longer fur unless you emphasize otherwise.

Prompt, courteous service. I went for nail clipping and they did a great job as one of my pets is very afraid to go to the staff was awesome with my scared pup

I have been cultivating my pomeranians hair growth for a year. The last groomer at pet stylista completely cut or shaved off his his top layer of hair, about 8 inches, so now we are back to just undercoat. I expressed my concerns with the owner, with pictures, but unfortunately she was not understanding of my dissatisfaction and was just argumentative through text. I had been a loyal client for over 2 years! Very disappointing. Worst is that my lil guy wont have actual hair for another 8 months.

Wonderful boutique groomer in Mid Town. Great customer service, very professional, great rates! We have a Maltipoo and his hair can get a little crazy. The groomers at Pet Stylista can get out the worst of matted fur. I know they take the best care of our furry family member! Highly recommend Pet Stylista!

Love this place. My pup loves getting his spa day. The folks at PetStylista are fantastic. My pup is a rescue and they were key in assisting him to be comfortable around ppl. They treat him special and Vinnie has his own stylista that is amazing. The owner Penny is fabulous too and strives to pamper the animals. And there's a handsome gentlemen that bathes the pups and is gentle w the pups. The entire staff is wonderful and caring w all the animals. I like it cuz they treat each pet very special. I def recommend this place.

Our 11yo super fluffy cat hasn’t been to a groomer in 5 years and has needed a spa day for a while. We took her in and got her a sanitary cut along with a full body trim. She had very very long hair that was hard for her and us to manage We picked her back up and she had a nice close-body trim, all her fur was neat and tidy and she was very clean. Her ears were all clean, they trimmed all her nails, and they even brushed her teeth!! She came home looking and smelling like a princess and has been happily trotting around our house since. All for $98 bucks! Great pricing and great service and all the technicians were incredibly nice to talk to as well.
