just had a unfortunate experience which will never make me a customer and I feel compelled to leave a review. I was dropping off my dog next door at Cha Cha's as a first time client. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband parked in front, which turned out to be not a spot. our mistake. a short, older blonde lady who was not wearing a mask gets put and tells us to move. my husband starts to do so. she keeps going on about it as he's getting in the car and I told her I Understood. she snottily replied that obviously I didn't and walked away. my husband moved the car and I was waiting to be let into cha Cha's and asked about her services, she changed her attitude and let me know all their services. I just wanted to clarify to make sure it was a seperate business so they wouldn't get my money. I understand she could have been having a bad morning, however, when the opportunity arose to apologize she didn't take it. there's a phrase that the character of a man is not how he treats his equal, but his inferiors. it's unfortunate that I have two dogs that could use grooming but I will not spend my money at a place that is unnecessarily rude to people who ate not for sure customers.

A very nice place. My little Griffin looked super cute after a grooming by Shawn. I also appreciate the special and safe routine during this pandemic. Griffin is happy and relaxed when I pick him up.

My ancient old doggo needed a grooming but he was so fragile. I was scared to leave him anywhere for very long. Sean helped me do everything to minimize stress and get my old guy more comfortable. Sadly, it was the last grooming for him but I am so grateful for Sean's care and kindness. He also did a great job with my fearful pup.

I used to try all different places from petco/petsmart to fancier groomers and she was always incredibly itchy no matter how many extra costs I would pay for natural this and that, not to mention the amount of anxiety from sitting in cages for unnecessary lengths. Since moving back and coming to KJs again regularly, Mia is much more comfortable from drop off to pick up - I know she’s in good hands and they call me before she’s done so she doesn’t have to wait and get stressed. They also have reasonable prices for a better experience

The best groomer available in East Sac. We've taken our dog there since day 1, and we still drive miles and miles, to return him for grooming. A+
