Had my first visit to this place today with one of my dogs and I truly could not have asked for a better experience! The gentleman running the place (he may be the owner, I forgot to ask) was very intuitive and noticed how anxious my dog was as soon as we came in the door. He welcomed us to the facility and directed us on where to stand while the previous customer came through with their dog (great call because my girl very rowdy). After they left, he showed me to the washing station and explained everything and even upgraded my dog shampoo and conditioner for our first visit. It was oatmeal and worked very well on my super dry doggie! I took my time washing and drying and eventually my dog calmed down and we had a pleasant time. Spent about 30-35 mins giving her a thorough wash and didn’t feel rushed at all. I will be going back soon with my other dog but we will definitely be frequent customers of this establishment. Being pregnant I was nervous about doing this by myself but the ease of using the stations, the guidance, and well placed supplies really made it easy! I've been going here for the last 5 years and the experience has always been wonderful.

One of the best self service dog wash stations I’ve been to! Located in a great area. Nicely set up, no set time limit, no lifting your big dog into the tub, $15 for a large dog, $5 add on for nail clipping, and they upgraded the shampoo and conditioner for free for our first visit! We will definitely be back :)

This place is awesome ! I love taking my big dogs here where I can easily wash them and I dry them. The owner, Tony, is such a cool guy and great with dogs. We have one special Olde English bulldog and dislikes getting her nails trimmed. However Tony is her guy when it comes to getting her nails trimmed ! We only trust him. He is very kind and patience with our dogs and with the rest of the dogs that come in. Thank you for this awesome local place in Midtown for bathing our pets. Great price, and great place.

Excellent customer service and great place to take your dog

I take my chiweenie at least once a month for nail trims. Extremely competent in both restraining and clipping. Always a joy to chat with. I enjoy supporting this small business and their fair prices always encourage a generous tip.

Quick and easy place to bathe by big girl! I love the complimentary shampoo scent and usually upgrade with a conditioner too. Bathes are nice and spaced out and most dogs that come through here are well behaved. Blow dryer is powerful and gets my girl nice and fluffy :)

Really happy that i found this place! I have two big dogs, a husky and half husky and half germán Shepherd, so really helpful with all the services that they provided.

This place is fantastic. It's been years since I've been here, but it didn't feel like it! I switched to a mobile groomer for convenience but now that my schedule permits it, I will be coming back to Splashhound! There were 2 reasons I switched to a mobile groomer. 1. I started a new job and didn't have the time to wash my fur babies, 2. I have a husky and he's a handful! Tony and his staff made grooming my dogs so easy. They groomed my husky while I washed my boxer mix. It was very easy, convenient and cost-effective for sure! Whether you want to groom your baby yourself, or schedule an appointment to have them groomed, I highly recommend Splashhound.

Thank you so much again!! You guys went beyond what you are expecting to do. I had 3 dogs in today because a skunk sprayed all 3 of them. You miracle shampoo that you made helped so much with the bad smell. They don’t stink anymore. But as all 3 are scared of baths and they were going crazy I basically flooded the floor. I’m glad you were understand and compassionate. But I need that recipe for that shampoo so I can keep it on hand. It also made everyone super clean. Thank you so much for being so helpful and being here when I had no other place to turn. Thank you

I take my dog here every couple weeks. The owner is a great guy, the price is very reasonable $15, and they provide everything I need to watch my 85 lb Labrador without getting hair all over my bathtub at home. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to wash their pup, but don't want wet hair all over the house.

Awesome place! I’ve been going here for 2 years now and I’ve always received great customer service. The owner is awesome and is always super welcoming. The grooming area is always very clean considering the revolving door of dogs shedding lol. Price for extras like oatmeal wash are fair. My doggo may dread getting washed, but it’s a great facility.

If your not washing your dogs here, you're doing it wrong! Awesome service and they provide everything you need from towels and blow dryers to nail clippers and custom shampoo! My dogs and myself are obsessed.

Local business with good customer service. Supplies are kind of limited right now because of limited traffic flow for customers but they do good grooming services so it's worth stopping in . Is of the time of this review If you are looking to get grooming for your dog you should check their website or go a week and a 1/2 out in your planning to get a reservation. Good grooming services and my dog was happy to go back in to see the place.

Great place to take your pooch a bath!

Always a great experience. I usually do the self wash. Today was my first time back since Covid. They took all the standard precautions. This is an economical way to get your pet the care they need. Support Local Businesses
