AAH does an awesome job from the time you call for an appt to the time you walk out the door. Everyone is friendly, you can tell they love the animals and care about them. I've been coming to AAH for about 20 years now and I won't take my animals anywhere else! Love the AAH Family!!

Friendly staff and they take care of my baby

I had to cancel my holiday plans because my dog came down with a skin condition and could not leave him with friends who would dog sit him. I called my vet and they would not be able to see me until March (not cool). I called around for the earliest availability and this vet could see me mid-January. Not ideal but better than March. On Christmas eve they contacted me saying they had a cancellation for 9am Monday and I took it. They are a small facility with a small parking lot so large trucks will struggle parking. You can phone in your check in and they had me in the exam room with Dr. Benedetto in minutes. She handled my grumpy Corgi very well. She diagnosed his condition and put me at ease. They will go over your options and estimate pressure free and their rates are reasonable. I look forward to seeing them again for my dog's veterinary needs.

They seem to be always available to help, even w last minute calls for urgent need. my kids love my vet and are not afraid of her. wonderful doctors, wonderful people. wonderful care

Oh it's lovely the charge a ridiculous amount for end-of-life services so let's go to the person why there in pain suffering from a very traumatic situation

I came to Arden Animal Hospital when my dog was clearly sick and our old vet could not see for 2 weeks. Can you imagine? Well, we stayed with AAH! They are always so sweet and accomadating to my GSD, he loves people, but not other dog (rescue PTSD). The staff is always helpful, and respectful of my budget. We have only been there during COVID times, so I cannot review the office itself. But the appointments always go well, Dr. calls and takes there time, and tech visits are super quick. Yes, they are a bit more than our old vet or others in the area, but well worth the extra $$'s.

What can I say, Arden Animal Hospital is the best. The Veterinarians and staff are amazing. The lobby is very inviting and calm. They genuinely care about you and your furbaby. Dr Tobey is compassionate and helped me through a difficult time with my almost 21 year old kitty, Dexter. I would highly recommend Arden Animal Hospital to anyone.

Dr. Miller was awesome! Great experience! She had to poke him with a needle on his ear to get a sample of what was inside the bump he had. It was no threat to his health! Very relieved! She told us that our little boy was so good that she put a Gold Star on his head!!! See the joyous moment in the Photos!

Everyone there is wonderful. They squeezed us in and took care our our cats and made sure to follow up with us to see how they were doing.

My 12 week old kitten was sick with an Upper Respiratory Infection, wasn't eating, drinking, stuffy nose, and couldn't meow. They said to bring in to Urgent Care, (on a Saturday), and they efficiently and quickly diagnosed her and called me in to explain how to administer the antibiotic. Very friendly veterinarian and wonderful staff.

I've taken my dogs here for their checkup and flea med prescription. I had a very good experience. Front desk reception was courteous and the doctor was professional and in good spirits. Unfortunately, recently I had an ill feline. I attempted to book an appointment but was notified that they are booked for the next 3 weeks. Luckily, the feline just had what appears to have been a viris and she's all better now. They did provide me with contact numbers for an alternative and an emergency care location.

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to AAH for years. The doctors and staff have displayed what feels like genuine care/concern and professionalism, not only to me but my animal family as well. I have never doubted that my pets were in good hands and that treatment recommendations were in their best interest. I also appreciate the follow up phone calls after procedures to check in on how my pet was doing. I have no reservations in recommending AAH to other pet owners!

Buddy and I really like all the doctors and techs at Arden Animal Hospital. They're caring, thorough, explain exactly what needs to be done, what can wait. You get a printed sheet showing all possible treatments and the financial impact for each one.

The visit was delightful as always. The only way my experience could have been better is if it was free. Hahahahaha The doctor and staff are kind, loving and really care about my dog. My dog is little so her vaccine made her very tired. The doctor called me to followup and see how she was doing the days after. My dogs always get great care from the doctors and staff at Arden Animal Hospital.

Friendly staff, great care, and they offer payment plans if you find yourself with a sizeable bill.

Very pleased with our visit. Linda took good care of our boy. He’s a bigger dog (pitbull) So I was kinda nervous but he did great with them. He’s already getting better too! Thank you for taking care of our boy!

The Doctor and staff are amazing! They helped our baby puppy get better when we were in tears worrying. I'm very thankful for their help and their kindness! My puppy will be going there from now on.

Our new puppy has round worms and they were very quick to get us in and help our pup. Dr.Tobey helped us today and I am so pleased with the communication and the outcome. With covid, I thought it would make it way more difficult to get our puppy help but it was so easy here. Even over a phone call with the doctor, she made sure not to leave anything out as if we were in person talking. I will definitely be bringing our pup and cats here from now on.

I love this place. They are always so compassionate. The front desk staff are always nice to us and our girls (our two Australian Shepherds). The doctors are really knowledgeable and take good care of our girls as well.

I've been taking my cats to Arden Animal Hospital for about 1 1/2 years now, and feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Miller. She is a crackerjack diagnostician - she found a heart murmur in my cat that the previous vet did not find, for example - and is always very thorough. She also does not push for unnecessary procedures, which I greatly appreciate. She listens patiently to all my questions (and I always have many!) and has a wonderful bedside manner - very upbeat and compassionate, a clear communicator, and just genuinely nice. The administrative team at Arden is also very efficient and helpful. It is considerably more expensive than my previous vet, but worth it.
