Dont not go to this vet at all they do not care about your pet at all they are only there to take your money. They have employees in there that do not care about if you know how to treat your pets or not they would rather take a lunch break rather than treat your pet. They do not make your pet priority whatsoever they are slow and argumentative and problematic. We are supposed to rely on these people to help our pets when they are in need of help and we cant be sure if they will take a lunch break over our pet? unprofessional to the max im not happy

‼️DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!‼️ this was my dogs first vet and after a few appointments we started noticing what other reviews have been saying. They do not allow you to go back with your pet and DONT DO ANY KIND OF EXAM. I realized this after they left his weight blank on the paperwork and when i asked for it gave me the exact same weight as his last visit. today my dog had ticks and we were worried with questions as to what’s going on and what to do. instead of explaining to us the process he stated he didn’t have time to see our dog because he was about to go on lunch. instead of just giving us the medicine he pushed for an exam that would cost us. nobody ever has any idea what they’re talking about here and every time i’ve found better information from petco associates. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE THEY DO NOT PROPERLY CARE FOR THEM NOR EXAM THEM FOR ANY KIND OF HEALTH ISSUES. WHOLE PLACE IS A SCAM ‼️

This place certainly does not take care of whats at hand not only did they set off a dogs health for their lunch break they also only care about their income they won’t take care of pets just because of their lunch break, As a vet you should never put your lunch break before a pets health,Your a vet and you should always put a pets health before your lunch break. Not everything is about just making money when you choose to be a vet its not for the money its so you can help animals and you can decrease the amount of animal deaths, I dont think this place is a fairly good place to take your pets i don’t recommend it at all.

They killed our dog. What should have been an hour surgery was put off to 5 hours. They gave him too much anesthesia and were trying to put us off from picking him up to try and get him to wake up. He didnt wake up all night. He wouldnt walk the next morning. They gave him too much anesthesia and killed him. Then the doctor was very rude about it. 2500 for them to kill our dog during surgery. RIP kilo DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE EVER

DO NOT GO HERE!! This vet will do nothing to help your pet unless you are wanting your pet put down. They'll overcharge you for that too.

I would have like to you be in the room with my doggy he was scared I'm sure and I wanted to be there I wouldn't be in the way or anything just my baby and I think they should have treats or afterwards maybe or b4 or something, that just woulda been a nice juster!

VETERINARIAN DOESNT DO EXAM!!! Because of COVID 19 they will not allow you in with your pet so the veterinarian just relies on what the receptionist write down he doesn't even bother with examining your pet. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!! I have so many negative things to say about this place we gave them many many chances and never once could they even preform their job to the bare minimum. They do not care about you or you pets the Veterinarian thinks he knows everything, doesn't listen, and is incredibly rude, among many other things. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR PET BACK THEY MAN HANDLE THEM!!! ZERO COMPASSION FOR THE PETS IN THEIR CARE!!! Oh and you have to pay up front before services are even done and if they end up not doing something they WILL NOT refund your money they will just say "im sorry". My last appointment the veterinarian treated us so bad in front of the people in the waiting room another woman got up vowed to never come back told them to give her cat back (her cat was there for a dental) and she left.

Fantastic Dr. and office personnel! Our dogs are very important to us and when one isn't her normal self I get busy with taking the necessary steps to find out why. I called quite a few clinics around my area and actually felt Del Paso Clinic personnel cared about my pet! And I was correct, from the moment I handed my dog to the assistant I could see she felt safe. Today she is back to her spunky self! Fair pricing is always a plus but there is no price tag for knowledge and kindness!

UPDATE: talked to doctor he was super apologetic and sweet said Zeus has NEVER shown signs of aggression and he’ll be looking at the cameras and fixing the problem! So updated to 4 stars. Doctor is super amazing but staff is very rude. I have to give a one star. I have a 6 month old puppy who has severe anxiety and is currently in training. My mother in law recently took him in for a microchip appointment and the staff said “oh not him again” and said they were going to muzzle my puppy, who let me say does NOT have a history of biting. He just got out of the emergency hospital last week and we heard nothing but positive comments from them and when we were taking him back for a checkup they we’re excited saying he’s one of their favorites. Sucks to have people like that in the business.

My dog receives excellent care and the cost is the most affordable.

I gave this place fives starts because they were nice, friendly and fast. The pet nurse was very caring to my puppy. I trying to build trust with her and hurting her in the neck would set that back I would imagine. The price for the parvo shot and the other was good priced also! I would definitely suggest taking your pet here!

I made an appointment and the staff left me unattended for 1 hr. In the morning. I made another appointment for that afternoon and the second staff left me until last as I watched others come and go. Really bad service. Find yourself another vet. I will not recommend this one. Reall Your staff is unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. Twice yesterday I had appointments for the care of my dog and for whatever reason your staff gave me less than acceptable service. I have used you as my primary Vet for over 10 years. This is not acceptable.

We've been taking our dog here since he was a pup and he is now 6yrs. old. The Veterinarian is very good, understanding and reasonable. Friendly staff, and we always get an appointment within 24hrs. Prices are affordable but depending on what services are needed. But the basics shots, exams, and deworming are cheaply priced.

Initial visit was awesome, staff were great.

This last visit didnt sit well with me. Felt like he had better things to be doing rather then deal with me as soon as he found out i didnt have 300 dollars at the moment. Ill be taking my fluff ball somewhere else

They have a grooming section and I bring my Aussie there. He always looks great when I pick him up.

The doctor who really cares about the animals and also that you come back so he is not unreasonably priced. I drive pretty far just to go to this vet. Also the staff is friendly and kind.

Thumbs down - Zero stars, actually but won't even let me post unless I give at least one star! They ate just about the $$$$. The ONLY THINGS they are 'treating' & have 'compassionate care' for - is how deep is your wallet? Not deep enough, then they have zero concern with state your dog is in, no interest in it's pain & suffering, no desire or "professionalism" in just "DOING THE RIGHT DAMN THING" for any animal, and certainly NOT focused on prioritizing or promoting what is "in your (pets) BEST INTEREST". Our pets, furry friends, life-saving, life-long Best Friend Companions, with their 'instinctive, unquestionable, eternal LOYALTY + theirs Truly UNCONDITIONAL LOVE should NEVER be, nor deserve to be, treated as objects of financial gain or profit, by anyone! It's shameful & downright disrespectful to the entire Veterinary Professional Code of Conduct and Moral Oath to HUMANELY "care for & protect all ANIMAL'S", period.

This place just wants your money! Paid 40 dollars for the doctor to pet my dog and then charge me outrageous amount to get my dog fixed! I had my oldest dog get neutered for 80$ these guys want 800 money hungry... 40 dollars and all he did was pet my dog and ask for 800$ and I still had to make another appointment...
