This is a great vet. They seem to actually care about the animals and aren't just trying to squeeze every penny out of you. The staff are super nice. The parking lot doesn't accommodate many cars and can be tough to squeeze out of, so if you have a choice take the smallest car you can.

Very friendly employees, shows they care about animals. I recommend this place.

It wasn't all that bad for me so I guess it wasn't all that bad for my dog.

Staff very courteous and professional. Doctor explained things clearly and was honest. This was my first time taking my dog to this clinic and I wish I had known about this place sooner.

I brought my Maltese in a few weeks after he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He had not been eating for a week and we had suspected it was due to his rotten teeth. Dr. Tsugawa let us know that he needed to see a cardiologist first to ensure his heart was healthy enough for anesthesia before they could do a dental and remove the rotten teeth. She referred us to a specialist in Tustin where we took our little guy to get an echocardiogram and received confirmation that his heart was healthy enough for the dental. We brought him back to Walnut Valley for the dental and the team was able to squeeze us in that same week given the urgency of his situation. The dental was a success and our little guy is eating again and back to his normal self. I cannot thank the whole team at Walnut Valley enough. Dr. Tsugawa truly went the extra mile for our special guy and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process with the care that he was receiving. I also got the chance to work with Becky and Felix at the front desk and they are the most wonderful people you will meet! Truly amazing people all around who genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pet. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good vet!

They truly care about the health and well being of every animal that walks through their doors. I love them so much I wouldn't know what to do without them

They were very friendly. Came out met myself and the dog. I brought the dog in for boarding. They really seemed to care. Took lots of notes on his medicine and care instructions. Made sure I was comfortable about leaving him. ????????

I went to Walnut Valley Animal Hospital with my two kittens. From Becky at the front desk to back room aasistant, Angel, they were very professional and courteous. The place was clean and didn't smell like some animal hospitals. I called around to get estimates on havivg my kittens neutered. In this area, their prices for boys and girls kittens were very reasonable. They are also a kennel for dogs and cats. I want to say thank you to everyone I was in contact with. I would recommend this place.

The staff here were more than accommodating! And although I was there waiting way too long for my cats first time shots and exam, I was happy with the knowledgeable attendants and doctor who answered all my questions and made me and Pepper, my cat feel like family there. One thing I should point out that when there is a large dog who has a lung capacity of a football player, who is scaring everyone when it barks, have a muzzle available for the dog to keep his mouth quiet! Thanks! ????
