Very easy drop off and pick up. Staff was friendly. Groomer did a great job. Pricing is higher than pet smart and petco stores, but I am fine with it for ease of location and knowing my my dog is being well taken care of. Last time I was in petsmart I saw a groomer yelling at the dog, so I looked elsewhere and these guys put us at ease. They weighed him before and after and he last 5lbs of hair!!! They included a cute bandana on him for the holiday. Thanks!

Great groomers! Bring all 3 of our toy poodles to see them. Tammy & Martin are both great! Always help with any questions we may have.

Was able to get a walk in appt to trim my cat's nails, only asked me to call first to let them know I was on my way. They were gentle with my cat (she's a very sweet, placid cat) and were finished quickly because she is so compliant. Rates were reasonable and I will definitely take her there again.

With short notice I was able to schedule my pup in for a grooming. Extremely professional environment very clean salon . Staff very caring with my pup and kind to him. He's never looked better and pricing was spot on.

I absolutely hated the experience I had at this pet grooming place. I’m new to town and tried a new groomer. Tammi did a terrible job grooming my dog and he had nicks and pink marks all over his body. I could hear him squeaking several times. She was forceful with him. The girl before me complained too bc her small dog was shaking when the owner came to pick her up. No one should feel safe leaving their dog with her. I paid $80 for a tiny 6lb yorkie. What a scam. This lady needs a new profession.

Did a good job grooming my sweet boy--Phineas Finn. I am discriminating when it comes to dog grooming. For its not just the haircut but how well my dogs are treatef.

Very pleased with their service. Took my two dogs in for the first time and they came out perfect. I will definitely be back. Very professional and careful with both dogs. This is in the middle of the pandemic and I was impressed with the way they handled it.

Haley is great! We just moved to Roseville and there are soo many pet groomers here with mixed reviews. She was so kind and patient with my super shy husky. Definitely making this our home groomer.

Very fast, excellent service and great prices. I highly recommend this groomer. I called so many places and they either couldn't get me in for a month or wouldn't take care of my dog's mats. I found pro groom and called, they said they could see him right away. He was in there 5 minutes tops and had his nails cut and mats removed. I couldn't be happier with my experience. We will go here every time now.

Coming from the Bay Area, it seems many groomers in our area don’t want to work because of Covid. I called Pro-Groom as I came to town to ask for a bath and brush out for our Bedlington Terrier, who needed some spa time and they were able to take the pupper the same day. We discussed a bath / brush service as the groomer capable of the breeds specific cut was very busy. We were shocked and very thankful she received a full grooming!! Great service and local business. Give them a shot. I have to note they didn’t cut the dog too close like the other groomers have in the past. Non paid or solicited review, just very appreciative of good businesses taking care of people & pets during this time.

I don’t always find great reviews lead to great businesses, but Pro-Groom was a real success for us. The staff was very professional and courteous to our two Collie girls. The prices are reasonable, but the quality of grooming was exceptional. Nail trimming was great, but these groomers did a great job on our dogs last Friday! If you are as concerned about your dogs as we are, I’m sure Pro-Groom will be the right place for you.

Great groomers and very friendly

Got my dog's nails trimmed I was a walk in and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have a German Shepherd and was happy with how her nails looked after. I'll be going back! Also...There was a line of people picking up their dogs and everyone seemed really happy with their service from what I could see and hear as a bystander.
