I have tried repeatedly to cut my dogs nails. Nope, no go. Diamond in the Ruff is able to get it done in 4 min.

I've been taking my Quincy, Oscar, Bella and Sophie here for at least 9 years or more. Very happy with this team. Quality of service, flexibility and support has been wonderful through the years. Their costs are reasonable and far better than what you get are Petsmart or Petco. Compared to similar dog salons their pricing is reasonable and comparable. When my dog Quincy died, the team was very compassionate and supportive.

NEVER take your dog there unless you want them to overcharge, keep your 10 lb dog most of the day, and treat their paying customers rudely. They definitely need to teach their employees some phone etiquette. I will never take my dog there again and will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere for grooming.

Short notice walkd in they made. Everything ok...clipped snippd and squiretd em and we were gone !!! Great service !!!

I used to take my little guy there but had a few issues that caused me to go elsewhere for a couple of years. I recently had them do a bath and face clean up, so decided to book a full groom for today, 8/3/19. I not only emailed requesting the appointment, but also called the same day - two weeks ago - to book it. It was booked for 9:30 a.m. I showed up for my appointment and was told a man called a cancelled my appointment and they are short 2 groomers today so can't fit my dog in. I insisted I don't have a husband, and if they called an incorrect number to confirm n appointment, my ex may have done that. However, after further research - they looked in the computer and gave me 2 different last names that are not mine - connected to my phone number. I showed her my phone call history and insisted I never called to cancel. She was blatantly rude insisting someone had, and "you can leave him but I can't promise I can fit him in". Multiple statements were made "since you cancelled". I don't know what world she lives in, but the lack of ownership of THEIR mistake infuriates me. I will NEVER do business there again.

First visit the staff was friendly and attentive Bichon poodle mix came out looking very good pricing affordable and fair

I've been bringing my dogs to Diamond in the Ruff for about 4 years. They do an excellent job. My dogs return clean, look sharp, and most importantly are relaxed. I have used other spas in the Roseville area (that are closer to me) but returned to Diamond in the Ruff because of their service, and the disposition of my dogs when I pick them up. That's really what's most important to me. They treat my dogs like their own.
