Had a power outage but got people checked out manually

5 stars for Roseville most of the time 0 for Rocklin. Everyone was extremely nice. Our puppy looked amazingly beautiful the groomer was friendly and professional. We know Luna is a lot of a fur dog. Very impressed. We would always recommend petsmart salon and staff. Thank you for taking care of our princess And thanks to you she now looks like one again. <3. On a reverse i went to Rocklin because the groomers were all book in Roseville. I took my new rescue amazing Oliver Charlie. I took him to petco they did a nice job but I like petsmart so.., took him here for his second grooming, wrong decision . I asked for a silhouette trim and bath, his fur was growing a little longer. Just want a shape before Christmas they scalped him a total… shave total shave. the groomer left his ears a bit long and tail but all jagged. I didn’t want either trimmed. He had curly hair the gets brushed every day no matting. I call this lazy and even the trimmed face I didn’t agree to is all jagged. His paws were all jagged I don’t think they even bathed him. So Why. He is devastated and shivering. below after and before pics. I have a sweater on him because he’s cold. And he looks embarrass and mad at me.

If you see a dead betta fish in a store, it should be removed from the shelf. So many dead fish! Being short staffed is understandable, but having dead animals in a place where we bring our pets seems strange.

I can't say enough about the team at PetSmart! We purchased a guinea pig. In the two weeks we had him, my family fell in love. After two weeks we noticed something around his eye. I called and spoke with a manager, Kayci. Winston, our guinea pig, had ringworm. And it would be 2-3 months before he would be able to come home. My daughter was heartbroken! During those months Kayci was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for my daughter. She sent pictures and called us after each vet appointment with an update. Today we brought him home!! We told the staff we were there to pick up Winston. They all knew who we were. They were so excited for us! Thank you Kayci for making this experience amazing! You truly are one of a kind and my daughter will never forget it.

The person answering questions about my needs for my dog was very helpful.

Within about 90 seconds of walking in the door four different inviduals greeted me and asked if I needed help. I wasn't able to get past the fish department as I was just glancing at the aquariums waiting for a crowd to disperse and give way for me to meander through the store. Considering there wasn't enough room to take a breath and the overwhelmingly thorough greeting I knew I would never be allowed to independently browse the store. I turned around and left and will stick to chewy.

Awesome store! Always has good amount of stock and is super clean! Groomers here are top notch. They always take extra good care of my fur baby, follow covid rules, and are always safe when it comes to taking care of my Brodi! 5 stars is not enough!!

My dogs get so excited they whip their tails going to petsmart. They love walking around and selecting what they want. The staff are always so friendly and kind. Love that there are dog poop area with bags stocked outside. In Sacramento, they usually are never stocked. It is a nice location.

This location is open 24x7 which is awesome... I was craving coffee middle of the night... and found this location... ????

Went to PetSmart to get some fish for my tank. During the visit I was very suprised of the way they cought the fish out of their tanks, without consideration that it is a living being, just fast way to get them out ( as it was a game) and it looked that the whole process exhaust them and stress them out + way ahead. I would suggest more trening to the staff.

My favorite place to eat ????

Its the usual PetSmart for the most part. It is one of their smaller stores according to 3 employees who have mentioned that to me. The employees are quite friendly, but are not the most knowledgeable, especially when it comes to non-cat/dog pets such as birds, fish, reptiles and such. This store does not carry prescription pet foods. Also, there is not a Veterinarian on site, which is why they do not carry the prescription foods here. For prescription foods, go to the other PetSmart locations in Rocklin, Roseville & Lincoln that are along the 65 corridor. If you're in need of a vet, I recommend VCA on Sierra Blvd in Loomis. Reasonable rates and they are also an emergency vet practice, open 24 hrs, 365 days a year.

You can't buy live mice there.

I ordered 4 bags of dog food to be delivered by Door Dash, same day delivery. Here it is the NEXT day and still no delivery. Petsmart blaming Door Dash, cannot tell me when bags costing $250 will be delivered. Plus, the order required a $40 tip. False advertisement, poor service. Going back to Chewy.

I’ve shopped at Petsmart for years I love this location because it’s closest to me but sometimes they just don’t have the selection I wish they did in stock. And it’s funny Up until a couple years ago when Covid started so used to use excuse of their suppliers were just not shipping enough merchandise and then Covid hit and then it was a Covid excuse and now it’s back to their suppliers just are producing enough so I don’t really know what it is but I think they just don’t order enough. But all in all it’s not a bad store and their health is generally fairly good.

We had our kitty Piper in for her summer trim . They were wonderful with her snd did a great job. I highly recommend this service!

PS When my puppy had an accident - there was no judgement, and everyone was so eager to help out... You guys are THE BEST.
